FAFA PREMIUM , is the newest and the most prestigious hotel in Albania. Positioned in the area of Mali i Robit, Kavaje, this 5- stars hotel, inaugurated in June 2016 , offers the luxury and the best service. One of the most beautiful hotels in Durres region, located near the Adriatic Sea, with its own private beach, offers privileged opportunities to those who desire to experience a unique holiday
Most of the upper class hotels in Duress are fine if you are ok with lots of cold meals. Don't expect to get quality drinks if you are on all-inclusive. Be prepared that the sea here is not as crystal clear as in many parts of former Yugoslavia. One has to swim quite a distance to get to the less sandy waters.
Hotel staff at buffet was friendly and helpful however at main reception would not say the same ,food was good. Coffee was terrible had to go to the paying restaurant for to het me a good coffee even I had all inclusive. My main complaint about the hotel was the construction was going on from my the morning till sunset. After 08:00 good luck sleeping from drilling and hammering the walls, filed the complaint at the reception that did not do anything. I rated 3 stars because of the staff at main buffet because they worked as off to accommodate people.
Nice and clean, perfekt location for swimming and sunbathing. Nice staff, bad English, all inklusive not that hop d, all Food tasted the same and no spices, less meat Than we arr udde to. Bad bad alkohol in the poolbar

After arrival, the shower in the room did not work, the staff at the reception extremely unwilling, the food was of terrible quality. The hotel absolutely cannot be rated up to 5 stars level, the maximum can be rated 2 stars!

Long story short, it's a nice place to spend a weekend with your family or friends. The hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was adequate, had everything. The junior suites in particular with jacuzzi were quite lovely and tidy and a direct sea view The staff was excessively pleasant. The boy on second shift and the girls at check in at the front office were both very accommodating and helpful. Overall I value it as a comfort stay.

To start with something positive: the room was nice. If you look foreward to a positive vacation in this hotel, just forget about it. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner is always cold, even if you show up when the mealtime starts. To top this you have the bar. Cause this bar is crap. The internet works when it works, forget to use it before dinner and before bedtime. I don’t think the staff in the reception knows that they are at work. Stay away, find something else.

First af all about food: always cold and the same food every day. Coffe you can choose only on breakfas, than in bar and so good. Juce is made from chemical mills (not natural). Some of the rooms are quite good enough but some of them needs to renew. In those which needs to renew chower place don't have a glass wall or ant doors to protect that water split on all floors. Miror is old with no extra lights around it. Some furniture is even broken. There is no hot watter ( just warm and sometimes just cool). But the view from most of the rooms are nice to the sea. Drinks in bar which is all inclusive are locals, there is no coctails except if you tell the barman what to mix. And there is no garantie that he will have all ingredients which needed for your drinks. There is another bar with a lot of most popular coctails but there you will need to pay for it extra.…

Room was beautiful, nice sea view, a very large balcony. We booked via email, and they replied very fast. Prices were cheap compared to other hotels. We choosed all inclusive where it was included breafsast, lunch, dinner and a meal in the afternon by the pool. everything was fresh and very well decorated in the restaurant. you dindt know what to choose from different varieties that were . There was a litle que in the evenings . i believe it was because of the pizza section, where you could get immeditaly cooked by your choice . guests were from all over the world. we were suprised that durres was so well known from polish and swedish. the dj was playing every night even polish songs, and guest were very happy.

So to start off with something positive: the rooms are nice, the pool and beach are great too. However, the hotel was so overcrowded that the pool was always filled with people and the restaurant always had long lines to get the food. If you wanted sunbeds you had to get up by the crack of dawn. And don’t even get me started on the hygiene in the restaurant! No such thing as hand sanitizer - we all got food poisoning!! And the staff in the hotel were all very sweet, but so, so young that they could not coordinate anything or make any decisions without a manager. We were dissapointed!

Accomplished staff, rooms complete with everything contemporary. Polite staff and their communication was of a high level. Everything was clean, comfortable and luxury. It was a large swimming pool in the hotel, accessible also for children. Best experience ever!
