Hotel staff at buffet was friendly and helpful however at main reception would not say the same ,food was good. Coffee was terrible had to go to the paying restaurant for to het me a good coffee even I had all inclusive. My main complaint about the hotel was the construction was going on from my the morning till sunset. After 08:00 good luck sleeping from drilling and hammering the walls, filed the complaint at the reception that did not do anything. I rated 3 stars because of the staff at main buffet because they worked as off to accommodate people.

Caring staff, with good communicative English language. Affordable and very cheap prices on the beach bar, and restaurant. Very nice hotel for families, or couples . Animation team was great. My children enjoyed the mini disco the most.

We all as a family love this hotel. We have enjoyed a lot all the areas of this hotel. Room was nice decorated, with a lot of space inside it and in the balcony as well. Towels were changed every day. One of the best things in this hotel is the ala carte restaurant . Very reasonable prices, and very good food. Sea food especially , was very tasty. Staff - very friendly and very helpful.

Totally fantastic. Very clean on the beach, restaurant, rooms. Everywhere were disinfectants for hands, all the staff had masks due to Covid . The most beautiful stay we have experienced. We will never forget. The level of service was great.

We stayed at this hotel four nights when travelling with a group visiting Albania. We got a room at the B building first floor . The room was big, very clean and had a nice big bed . The bed was very comfortable. The room had a good aircondition, safe and a fridgerator. We also har 2 big comfortable pillows and a heavy big double blanket. There were also a flat screen TV in the room but we did not use it. The bathroom was provided with big and small towels and shampoo for the shower. The shower had great space and both kind of showerheads. There was enough space to store your clothes and a good bench to put your suitcases on. There were 2 bottles of free water when you came. There were also nice chair and a table in the room. Free wifi in room and everywere in hotel. Good WiFi. We had a nice balcony with seaview and that we enjoyed very much. We had breakfast and dinner included and it is a buffet . You have a lot of choises to eat here and the waiteres cleaned the tables quikly so it was kept nice and clean. Only complain about the food is that the warm food to often was more cold than warm. Here is something the hotel could look into. There is a big sitting area inside and outside and a nice bar. You can sit and chat and have a drink there. One night there also was lokal dancers, performing. There is an a la carte restaurant on the area. We had lunch there one day. Had a pizza and it was good. The hotel has at least 2 swimmingpools as I could see. This time we had to busy days travelling around to use any of them but they looked nice. They also have massages that you can order. Just a few steps from the hotel building you find a beautiful big beach and a very nice walking boardwalk with several restaurants and small shops. Very nice to walk there. This hotel is modern, feels very new, had a great staff , very good beds, and it was a pleasant stay. I can stay here again if I come back to this area sometime and I can recommend it to others who are looking for a hotel here.

The only thing "valuable" about this place is the thuggish behavior from the staff, especially the one around and serving the pool! Definitely, the Spanish incident was not an isolated one...it's amazing actually, because if they hate the customers so much, why open the damn place!? Go live in a cage!

Very nice and helpful stuff! Very good and various food. I was unlucky with the room where were other occupants - ants, which wanted to share the bed. The stuff couldn't help with that even though i complained about it more times! They sent a houskeeper who i guess just wiped the wall where were a lot of them but without success. My friends didn't have such a problem though. Despite of ants i enjoyed my staying in this hotel and recommend it!

It is all marble, brass, gilt and huge chandeliers. At the back is a pool, beyond is the beach. Yes, this is very much a beach holiday hotel so it is somewhat unfair to be reviewing it in November. Everything seems to be on a large scale, including the bedrooms which are also all marble but little other decoration. A comfortable bed, enough storage space and a rather fierce shower. Check in was very efficient, staff are friendly and the enormous dining room does a decent dinner - sea bass in my case. It is some way out of Durres with not a great deal around apart from other hotels. Absolutely fine for a one night stay for me. Fine for those who want little more than a pool, a good beach and a bar.
