Very welcome feeling. Excellent service by the staff. Clean sheets, everything you need in the room. Amazing seaview. You can stay awake all night long by listening the sound of sea. Clean air. The prize very acceptable. Thank you 🙏
The hotel was very clean, and they did apply anti-Covid hygiene protocols. The facilities were good, but most important and praised was the excellent service of staff, which we don't always find in Albania! The food was ok, and location perfect.
Adriatik hotel was built during Enver Hoxha's dictatorship as a show off hotel to accomodate himself, party members and visiting heads of states. It occupies the central part of Durres riviera just at the beachfront. The hotel was renovated 3 y ago and is in great shape. It's a luxurious 4 floor edifice with big (free for guests) secured parking area, huge pool (along with kid's smaller one) and private beach with sunbeds (quality ones) and umbrellas included. All the staff, from the parking attendants, over the receptionists to restaurant waiters and beach security are so kind, attentive and doing their job professionally. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. I'd advise taking the Executive rooms as they come with a huge balcony with sunbeds on the first floor overlooking the sea. Breakfast is rich and delicious with several chesse and cold cut choices, hot dishes, fabulous Albania pastry and omelletes made for you. It's served in a spacious room and open terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. Special bonus is a nice indoor pool, good when's weather bad, as well for late night swimming. Both pools (indoor and outdoor) are with sea water. The Durres beachfront is not that nice - the sea is very shallow for long and murky due to that and sand. This is not hotel's fault of course, just a remark to help you plan how long to stay in Durres. All in all, the Adriatik hotel is a best place to stay in this city and I totally recommend it. Naturally, it comes with a higher price.…
Nice entrance and a great check in from Marsida, who provided excellent help and service throughout my staff. Loved the proximity to the beach, where the water is warm and ideal for swimming. Room was large, and breakfast was good with lovely outdoor seating overlooking the beach. Would love to stay again. Thank you Marsida !
I was informed that the pool is closed because of government regulations due to Covid but if you are someone that posts almost nude pictures on Instagram and have a lot of followers you can gain management's respect and brake the law. On top of this when my children saw this woman with her child swimming on the pool they started crying and the receptionist said they have a special admission from the Ministry of interior affairs. DO YOU THINK WE ARE STUPID? I payed around 450 euros for a 4 night stay. About the hotel: old building from the 50s renovated nicely but you could hear at all times what is going on three rooms from yours and a lot was going on so don't count on a good rest. The restaurant food was middle to low class considering it was a 5 star hotel. The restaurant staff though was very polite. The surrounding area of the hotel is very chaotic. The hotel also has a tenis court ,a small spa and kids playground. The terrace on the room was beautiful but you pay 30% more to have it.…
