Excellent hotel. Nice, clean room and very good service. I love staying at this hotel. The hot breakfast is very tasty. The tv and the sink are very fancy. Christie(the desk clerk) is a very sweet lady. She helped me with a very nice attitude. Best hotel in town hands down.

I'm very disappointed in our room,it was dirty and it stunk. If I could have read the reviews before we would have never stayed there.I surely think Wyndham would not be pleased to have their name associated with this hotel!The area is scary and the room wasn't clean.

Next door to Pine Bluff's Hestand Stadium makes this a logical choice when rodeo comes to town. Unfortunately, the quality of service has steadily declined. This spring we had pillows with no cases one night, and a blood stained pillow-fresh not laundered-case the next. My son and I were visiting Pine Bluff for a college campus tour at UAPB. The hotel staff at this location was very friendly and helpful, however the hotel is located in a high crime area and in the early am hour of our overnight stay, we experienced someone getting shot right outside of our hotel room over a drug... none of my requests were met...I requested non smoking and first floor...booked 4 months ahead...we are an older non-smoking couple...we got SMOKING SECOND FLOOR...

We are always satisfied when we stay at this hotel. I would have rate it excellent, except there were some people there that got pretty loud for about 30 minutes.
