We stayed here 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful staff. We are right on the river. Clean park with concrete level sites. The bathrooms are closed because of COVID. Will definitely stay here again. Close to downtown and many restaurants that are still open.
Awesome little campground. Concrete sites, we had a river view site and was spectacular especially at night! Traveled in a 42 ft fifth wheel with plenty of room. Well kept campground, staff friendly and accommodating, pet friendly. Great location. Lots of walking/biking trails. Lots of things to see in the area. Will definitely return.
well kept park with friendly receptionists. all sites are concrete and relatively level. park is a bit hard to locate first time; gps didn't like locust street. very nice river view. convenient to downtown little rock via walking/trolley. no cable; good antennae tv. poor wifi. bathhouse is single service; satisfactory. would certainly stay here again.
We were traveling through Arkansas and hadn't made any reservations. I called the campground right before closing and they were so happy to help us. They did not have anything for us that night but made space with electric and water hookups. The next morning we were able to have a site. Park is right on the Arkansas River. Great night views of the city and pedestrian bridge for taking pictures. Didn't use facilities since we are self contained, but everything appeared clean in the park. Easy access to major roads.
From the RV Park to the hotels, restaurants, museums and everywhere this is such a delightful, welcoming small town. Go for a free ride on the Metrocars (trams) around town or across to North Little Rock. I was here in 2018 for 3 weeks and there was still more to see. This year I spent 2 weeks: went to the Clinton Library, Heifer International centre and just walked around. There are electric scooters to move faster, and they seem to be well looked after; I saw none of the negligent tossing around which other towns complain about. Lots of things for kids as well as the almost grown-ups and the dodderers. Rather cool at this time of year.
