We spent the weekend at this small family-run fishing lodge, and really enjoyed it. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the location was wonderful. We ate at the restaurant two of the nights we were there, and the food was great. The view was gorgeous, but they were closed on Sunday. If you will be there on a Sunday... More

Wonderful 1st class service! Been coming w/family and now solo for over 25 years. Upgraded several years ago--yummy beds and amenities. Super friendly, a family enterprise! Cahill room #9 is my go-to deluxe nest. As a single, you are not treated as an oddity.

New owners Jimmie and Anne Green have done a wonderful job of transitioning from what was a perfect retreat and still is a perfect retreat. We just spent two nights with them, and there service and accommodations couldn't have been more wonderful. I was a bit concerned that since Julie was no longer heading up the kitchen, that the meals... More

This is a very unique restaurant in that the owners are transplants to the Ozarks. They bring with them the flare and sofistication of a large city restaurant in a small cozy setting. Located on the banks of the ever flowing White River just south of Mountain Home, AR, PJ's Restaurant never ceases to amaze or please the diner's pallat.... More

Just returned from staying up there overnight. What a perfect and tranquil setting. The rooms are small but very very nicely appointed with all the conveniences you need. Now let's talk about dinner......Julie is right up there with the best chefs around. She would even impress Gordon Ramsay from Hell's Kitchen. She is not only nice and cordial, and bends... More

My partner and I took our 3 young children to the area for a brief hiatus from our daily lives. We arrived around 6pm in absolute pouring rain. Our 3 & 4 year old girls were irate and our 8 month old son was not exactly pleasant himself. I was sure this would quickly become one of those horror trips... More

We chose PJ's Bed and Breakfast Lodge after researching many options and were impressed with the consistently high praise found in the reviews. I don't know if there are adequate words to describe how enjoyable our anniversary weekend was at the lodge. Our expectations were high, but our experience was far above those lofty expectations. The extraordinary personal care we... More

What an unexpected and pleasant surprise, we found when arriving at PJ's Lodge. The room was small but quaint, very tastefully decorated with the comfort and feel of home. The real find was the restaurant. The weekend supper specials included fresh seafood flown in that day and the wine list was fairly extensive. It is a place the local people... More

I can't add much to the other positive reviews. The others have used all the adjectives. We go there as often as we can. Either for a quite weekend at the lodge or just drive down for a great meal. When we have company, PJ's is where we take them. The rooms are very nicely appointed and the food is... More

We've being going to PJ's for over 10 years... and it just keeps getting better. Yep, the rooms are small, but they are absolutely stunning, and with the beautiful outdoors... why stay in the room??? As mentioned in other reviews the deck and setting are fantastic, and the option of eating out there just makes it better. Plenty to see... More
