Whew, this was so beautiful, we were sad to leave. The canoe ride was very nice and a pleasant relief from the hot days. The grounds were just what we expected being in the Amazon. They were so well kept and very nice. Our room was so nice. The view was something out of a magazine. There were screens and... More

The arrival by canoe was a unique way of arriving to this resort splendidly sitting high on the shore above the Napo River. The resort seemed to be carefully planned out. Our room looked over the river. As others have said there are no glass windows, only screens. It does cool down a little at night. Unfortunately for us our... More

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful! It was kinda like glamping because there were no windows only screens but nice rooms. Spent some time on the hammock on our personal balcony, even spotted some monkeys in the trees. The chef provided excellent food for lunch and dinner, breakfast was good too but nothing special.

Views from any angle are simply beautiful. Very friendly staff & atmosphere make you not want to leave. Pablo our guide was the best & told us about various plants, trees, bugs & grubs. From breakfast to dinner, everything was excellent & the Chef personally came to each table to find out if everyone was satisfied. The rooms had hammocks... More

One of my best experiences in Ecuador and Peru was my stay here. After a detoured bus ride from Quito because of land slides we boarded canoes for a twenty minute ride on the Napo River to arrive at the resort. Your rooms are screened in with a hammock on the balcony, great place for an afternoon nap! The buffets... More

I stayed here for two nights as part of a tour arranged by a friend. We all enjoyed our visit--the rooms were very nice, the pool was wonderful, and we enjoyed the activities we went on as part of our stay (two indigenous village visits, butterfly farm, animal preserve). One of our group had a massage, which she said was... More

Round the river bend via the motorized canoe and there it sits. Located directly beside the river, this hotel provides impressive views of the Napo river and the Amazon forest. The food here is AMAZING. The chef does amazing work and is present at all meals. I am not sure how he makes his pancakes but they are divine. The... More

This hotel is so unique. You have to take a motor canoe to the lodge, so that is exciting in itself. You get to ride on the Napo River and see a lot of the rainforest on your ride. The hotel grounds are well kept. The pool is amazing and so are the views! The rooms are very nice. You... More

To get to this place you arrive by canoe. It was about a 15 minute ride and quite spectacular catching your first glimpse of the resort by water. The grounds are beautiful and the staff were all very friendly. The food was wonderful and the chef made it a point to come and greet every one and make sure you... More

Jungle resort located on the bank of the Rio Napo. Large bungalows with all the facilities. Balcony with a hamac and 2 chairs. Surroundings are very beautiful with lots of flowers and vegetation. Very nice swimming pool. Meals are served buffet style with good quality food. You can access the Lodge only by canoe. After, you have to climb a... More
