It was a very nice stay. We were there for one week. Dec 13th-19th 2024. Beautiful view of Sandy Ground on your personal terrace or balcony. It was just me and my husband but we had plenty of room. It was 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. One king bed in one room and 2 standard size beds in the other rm. We could have invited another couple to come along. Maybe next time. The manager in the office is Crystal Conner and she checked on us regularly. We got back home to MD today, early morning. Crystal would get for u whatever u need. You would need that considering its so secluded, private and quiet. What I didn't care for was the steep hill climb u have to take by car of foot. And be careful leaving out, visibility is not that great. You have to b careful. Good space for your money. Only 3 min from Sandy Ground which I really like for Elvis Bar and Criss Conch Shack. Souvenirs r reasonably priced at Bijou in Sandy Ground. A nice family spot, feels like home.

We stayed at Easy Corners Villa in May and it was the perfect place for us as we were there for a friends wedding. If you are looking for a place that is reasonable priced (esp. with their deals that include rental cars!) and you want to experience all of the insland, this is it. For $700 bucks we got a nicely appointed 2 bedroom "villa" with 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen (plus a bbque) and a rental car for the week. There were 2 TVs and phone service, plus the AC worked like a charm. The kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals (groceries are expensive, but they have some different things down there to try) and drive to all of the wonderful beaches all over the island. We also got to eat at the great restaurants that are scattered all over the island. The bugs on Anguilla did eat the girls alive, but for some reason didn't touch the guys, so bring the bug spray. The staff was exceptionally helpful and generous with us. My finance and I got engaged and they were already trying to help us plan our wedding there!
The best part really was the freedom staying here gave us. We went to over 15 different beaches, each more amazing than the last. Would def. recommend bringing your own snorkeling gear so you can just hop out and go when you find yet another beautiful beach that you have all to yourself!
This is the best way to see Anguilla and not have to take out a second mortgage to do so!

I arrived at the residence and there was nobody there. I had to wait for someone to come and pick me up and open me the doors. FYI, the front desk is 3 km's away from the actually villas/residences.
over an hour of wait time before finally someone comes and see me.
The villa : smelled scummy, was humid and not to mention it was full of mosquitoes, spiders, ants, and all kinds of other exotic bugs buzzing away making for a very VERY uncomfortable sleep.
THE BEST PART!
on the first day i arrived i left my bags and luggage to go for a walk and visit the vicinity...Immediately as I came back, I started unpacking and I found a lizard underneath my luggage! As soon as I moved my bag, it ran away and I lost it, If ever you go here make sure all your bags are closed. Would not recommend to ANYONE! If you want a good quality sleep, this is definitely not the place. i was terrified with all the insects, bugs, cockroaches, and lizards in the damn place!!! Also the roosters going off like crazy every morning
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
if your worried about zika virus, definitely don't consider this place. What an absolute SHOCKER!
only good thing was the wifi.
it says they offer a shuttle service... THEY DONT! DONT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE.

The staff is very nice. They were very patient because our English is very bad. The first day we arrived early by boat and they gave us a studio until our villa was ready. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well equipped kitchen. You could eat outside on the terrace or relax on the sun loungers. The villa is perfectly clean and housekeeping is every day. We stayed 4 nights. This is a very good value for Anguilla. You must rent a car to visit the beautiful beaches: Rendezvous Bay, Shoal Bay, Crocus Bay, Cove Bay ... It is best a 4 WD to see wild and isolated beaches like Savannah Bay, Captain's Bay. Anguilla is a very safe island, you can walk around at night without problem. People are very cool.

Very special place. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful staff. Rooms were immaculate and well stocked with things travellers forget. Best deal in Anguilla. Great WiFi, tv, air conditioning. Best part was the staff who bent over backwards to make you comfortable.

We have stayed here three times now in unit 1B. We love the value and the apartment is absolutely perfect. The only problem that we noticed is that the unit is close to the street and a new bakery went up next door. Holy Cow!!! SO LOUD!!!! Between the cars blaring their music and the dude in the house a little further down the hill blaring his music it was far from the peaceful week we planned. We think we will try another unit in the building complex farther from the street...maybe. Dorothea is great with check in and the unit is kept spotless by the maid who comes every day.

Budget travel accommodations. If you don't mind unmodern, unfresh, outdated accomodations and you're just trying to save a buck, it works. Let's face it, Anguilla is about the beaches, and that's the positive. Negative-- not a great location, weird and unclear checkin procedure. Phone in our room never worked. Be aware-$38 daily tax added to quoted rate. Wouldn't stay there again. But would get you by.

Huge two bedroom apartment at good location for a very decent price The apartments are locatated over Sandy Ground only 4 min. with the car from Road Bay, a great, always calm bay with a few nice restaurants and bars and a very good dive center (Dougie Carter – ask for him at Dad´s Bar in the middle of Road Bay). For us it was the perfect location. As the island is quite small everything else is also not far away. Everything was very spacious - 200 sqm in total - two bedroom and two bathroom, a combined kitchen and living room and a big balcony. The furnishing was an „older american style“ and functional but ok for a holiday. No dishwasher, but you can get the apartment cleaned everyday if you want (including the dishes...) . Great owners. Highly recommended in this price range.
