Wonderful place to stay. Quiet location, the woods close by for the walks with nature. Nice & clean cabins, with everything provided, except of course your food & coffee. The owners are simply wonderful hosts.

There were 7 adults staying at the resort and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations! We rode motorcycles from SE Ohio and stayed with Frank and Loretta for 4 nights. The cabin was extremely roomy, the lake was beautiful but most of all, the riding was fantastic! The resort was perfectly located to enable us to head out in... More

Scott and I stayed here last week. We had the whole lake to ourselves. Frank and Loretta were excellent hosts and have a very nice resort. They treated us like family and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will recommend them to anybody who is looking for a lake getaway that is relaxing, friendly, and... More

Very, Very friendly owners & it is so beautiful outdoors in Arkansas period! Cabin was really small for the price and not right on the water so it was a little inconvenient with teens to keep an eye on. Had a good enough time during our stay but a little pricey for the size & age of cabins and amenities.

Norfork Lake is an Army Corps of Engineers lake---and our property abuts their land...yes, not easy to watch little kids in the pool AND teenagers at the swim deck on the boat dock (can't be 2 places at once, right?) It was sheer luck, due to a cancellation, that we could accommodate your family's partial-week stay, as it happened to... More

We had the best family vacation at Mockingbird Bay. Our families occupied 3 of the cabins. The grounds were beautiful, the cabins were clean, and they provided just about everything we needed to enjoy our week. Anything we couldn't find to make meals; like specific utensils or measuring cups was in one of the three cabins, and if it wasn't... More

This is a good thing. If you want seclusion. At the same time it's close to anything you may want(stores and shops of sort; antique places, historical values and even restaurants. There is a swim beach just across the bay from the "Brand New Dock" which is centrally located on the lake between three separate marinas (all are about equal... More

My wife and I first found this resort from a t.v. special interest story that was done about the resort last year. Frank and Loretta are the kindest people you could ever meet. Our stay was wonderful! This week my wife took a woman's group (12 total) to Mocking bird for a retreat and I took a cabin to my... More

Highly recommend Mockingbird Bay resort. Grounds are clean and well kept, cabins are rustic but very cute, quiet area. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but if we're back in the area we will definitely be back.

This was our first time to stay at a cabin/resort and we are so glad to have picked this one. Frank and Loretta take pride in their place and do everything possible to make your stay complete. Very quiet and cozy place. We will definitely go back and we highly recommend this resort.

We had a wonderful weekend at Mockingbird Bay Resort. Stayed in the Log House. Everything was clean and well furnished. Very comfortable. Frank and Loretta were so very friendly and helpful. Had so much fun fishing and hanging out as a family. We made lots of new memories. Very special place and people.
