This hotel is next to the Holiday Inn and is owned and operated by the same person. Both are around 12 years old. The real issue is their beds appear to be worn out and need replacement. This is the second time we have had an issue with these beds. We travel to Mountain home twic

Dear buddymkoellner, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your most recent stay with us. We truly appreciate your feedback and while we are happy you’ve always received friendly service, we are very sorry for the comfort of your bed. We will address your comments with our team as we work to improve our guest experience. Your input is genuinely helpful, as it is the first step in identifying areas where we can better our guest services. We hope you will come visit us in the future.

Motorcycle trip with freinds. Good breakfast and room was clean. Grocery store across the road and plenty places to eat close. I will be going back for another trip and will stay there again, Staff was very friendly.

About the only good thing I can say about this hotel was the bedding & towels seemed to be clean.

Tiny room, tiny bed (was supposed to be a queen) we have a queen size bed in our guest room, and this was noticeably smaller. Room smelled somewhat musty when we first opened the do

Dear Coop64, We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor and noise issue encountered during your stay. Our guests’ comfort is the number one concern. Your review will assist in correcting issues in the future. We hope that the next time you are in the area you will consider staying at our property again. Thank you.

The worst hotel we stayed in on a recent 10 day trip. Not 1 king size bed in entire hotel, but I can see why. The rooms were so small, a king size bed probably wouldn't fit. Only 1 ice machine in entire hotel and it was broken. Eggs needed to be microwaved because they were not h

Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we apologize that our breakfast items were not at the appropriate temperature when you came down for breakfast, and that our rooms felt somewhat on the small side. We will certainly talk with our breakfast attendants to make sure that they keep a better ye on how hot the warmer is keeping our items. Unfortunately it is company wide policy that we acquire an incidental authorization on check-ins during stays. We understand this can be frustrating. It may appear like a charge on debit cards but I can assure you that it is not one. Depending on your particular banking institution it could take up to one business week for the authorization to fall off. Please drive safe and have an excellent rest of your trip, and we do hope you will give us another chance if you are in the Twin Lakes area again.

Went next door due to overbooked Holiday Inn Express where original reservation was made. Super nice and comfy, great stay. Fantastic breakfast waffles. Would definitely stay again if we return to Mountain Home.

I noticed a comment that the pool was not heated well last March and we were looking at staying this coming March. The indoor pool is a must for our family so was this a one-time mistake or is the pool generally kept cold? Please be honest so kids are not disappointed. Thank you!
Is the pool kept warm enough to use during cooler season? We've stayed at too many hotels with cold pools so now we ask- thanks!
Hi, I haven't used the pool but my brother tried about 2 weeks ago and the pool was ice cold (inside pool). He asked at the desk and they said the fuse was blown and they had to turn it on and that it would take a day. I would suggest asking a few days before your visit. He was only there two nights and the pool was never warm enough to swim.

Do you accept pets>
I am not sure if the Hampton Inn accepts pets or not, it might tell you on their website. I would stay at the Holiday Inn right next door to the Hampton if I was in Mt.Home again. It is much nicer, the rooms are bigger and it is cleaner. And I think I saw a small dog at the Holiday Inn when we were there a few weeks ago.
