The room was average and room service minimal. On top of this they charged my credit card a second time a week after I had booked out. Several phone calls over the next 3 weeks always told yes it will be refunded. Each time I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not there. I still...

Very quiet and modern room with Sky and unlimited internet. Good size LCD TV. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and usable bench space. Good shower with excellent water pressure. The unit was fairly clean - open bag chips and opened milk left in fridge which I found odd.

I booked this hotel at short notice just before a long weekend. It is 20 minutes from Wellington and close to shops and eateries in Petone. A true 3 star motel, the room had beds, a fridge with enough milk for coffee and tea, and a small kitchenette. There was not a lot of room for a family of 4,...

Great place to stay, we had a studio with a queen bed and a single bed. The room had plenty of space for two adults and a toddler. Room had been done up, new carpet, modern bathroom, had a heat pump and heated room really quick. Nice people and walking distance to train station. Great value for money.

Unfortunately our stay wasn't the best. We arrived late as our plane had been delayed, and then our luggage was delayed. When we did eventually arrive - there was a muck up with our room. When we did get into a room, all the windows were open and it was beyond cold in there. All the beds were damp, and...

We stayed here for two nights (4 adults/1 child). Lovely 1 bedroom Unit with kitchen. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff & good location, 12 minute walk to train station with an easy commute to Wellington. Supermarket & restaurants about ten minute walk. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends and family. :)

Although our family unit was dated it was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well set out. The bathroom with walk in shower was great. I would recommend to someone needing a family room

The room was tidy and had average facilities. The bathroom was musty and needed open window entire stay. I would suggest a Bathroom heater to keep it dry. Electric outlets in kitchen were sparse. Big puddle outside where loading car in rain was not nice.

We stayed one night and we were glad we moved on the next day. It wasn't terrible, but we've stayed in cheaper, better motels in New Zealand. The man at reception was rude to my wife when she went to ask about the wifi and extremely unhelpful and unwilling. When I went to check in, I stood in reception for...

We stayed in an upstairs "executive" room, I believe the difference is a desk and a recliner chair in the room. The room was clean, largish with a kitchenette, desk with USB and ethernet points, and ironing board and storage space. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and very clean and had the most towels I've ever seen in a...
