Staff are friendly.Receptionist speaking English. Rooms are good. And have AC as well. Swimming pools nice. Food is good, but the range of drinks are limited, which is not so good. Shots/coctails barely have. Food description they could improve. I can't eat chilli and was not mentioned. Overall is nice but things need to improve.

The pools are very beautiful, but ‘outside is ok and inside the rooms rubish... I am attaching pictures taken at check-in! Total lack of hygiene! And on the terrace, table above table, no safety distance between. Rubish food.

I booked two rooms at Baia Rosie hotel for the end of November and the lady who answered the phone was extremely nice. I double-checked a week prior to my arrival and was told that everything would be ok. After walking for 20 minutes, I arrived there to find out that the hotel was closed. I called and they reasigned us to a different hotel, a 2star hotel even though we had booked a 3star one.The hotel rooms were much smaller, no heating, no hot or even warm water and the price was actually much higher than I had been told before. Consequently, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and I plan to take legal action against the hotel management.

The hotel it is located in a very nice area, it's a pitty that they do not invest in renovation and services. Went there for the weekend with friends and left very dissapointed. The rooms were very dirty, the food was average and the staff not so nice. I don't recommend it!

I saw bad reviews but there weren’t any vacancies in better places so I thought- how bad could it be? I’m not to picky. Well turns out it can be pretty bad! Our room smelt of sewage (it made me feel sick), it was filthy (your fingers stick to stuff you touch). Noise from the corridor all night (they allow pets so noise includes dogs barking). And nobody speaks English. Check in took forever. I regretted very much picking this place

We organized a private party at Baia Rosie Resort in Slanic and we had great fun. The food and the DJ were great and so was the hotel staff. The rooms were very clean but the furniture and TV set are so outdated, it really needs refurbishment.

Spent 1 night in this hotel, had 2 rooms in the main (central) building. We had rooms on the top floor, probably the only floor with balconies. The rooms were quite large and clean, with queen size bad, 2 armchairs, small TV (actually very small), air conditioning. Had a small refrigerator also, but not very effective as cooling elements were completely frozen, covered in thick layer of ice. Bathroom large as well with decent size shower, having hair dryer as well. The only discomfort was the bad small in the bathroom when switched on the light, starting the airfan. All in all the room was pleasant and confortable, with the exception of bathroom smell. On the other hand the restaurant was quite disappointing. While breakfast was quite consistant with planty of choises (missing only fruits and cakes maybe), lunch was decent (several soups and main courses), dinner was disaster. There is a menu list, but more than 50% of courses from the list are not available. Only the forth or fifth choice from the menu were lucky to be available, even some of the courses were strongly recommended by the house as cooked with turkey meat from own farm....but not available. Found no wine to choose (only demi sweet available), no champagne on stock (4 types on drink list) - and we had a small family event to celebrate. To conclude, if you need a quick soup is fine, if you want a decent dinner - do not hesitate to go somewhere else. One more thing: the pricing is quite high for Slanic, around 50% above the average of the area, both for hotel and restaurant.

I've spend there a long weekend, with family and kids and some friends from Bucharest joined us as well. Main idea was that at this price they will have a proper facility and service - kids can play, adults can rest - reality was that its quite old and unattended, many areas were out of order. One older lady had an accident in front of me, falling apart with a sort of rocker and non of the staff - and they were plenty sitting at the bar - had the curiosity of checking on her, or at least removing the failed object (it was there felt apart for three days); what if my kids had the same issue? our 3 days stay was all about checking the safety of the area. Staff is young an without experience, during a heavy storm they were like "HMMM ist raining what can we do", instead of checking again on safety of clients and kids and "your food was outside, rain come its not our fault ..." The entire location is totally unprepared for tourists, I felt sorry for our friends who we got them there for the weekend. Info about the local area is missing, only at the end we found out about the salt museum, which was closed on monday, and even the Salt mine is closed on mondays - maybe its just the entire culture which is not hospitality oriented. The food was good, we enjoyed the morning buffet, and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We wont go back there, at least any time sooner .... The golf course was under maintenance or closed ...couldn figure it out, nobody ready to talk

Location is fine, although the hotel is located near the main road, there's not much noise, which is great. The hotel has 4 or 5 buildings and the restaurant is located in the main one, where the reception is. All buildings are 2 story tall and they're made out of wood although the finishing don't show this, thing that is a bit unfortunate when someone step's are heavy.
