My wife and I recently stayed 3 nights here. The place has excellent service, nice and clean rooms, very good food. The staff was very helpful and warm. While not inexpensive the quality of everything made the price reasonable. Would stay here again!!

Hey. There are a lot of excursions available, but I do recommend you rent a car. Places are not so near to get. Many of the POI can be found here on TripAdvisor. As I speak Spanish also, I can't answer your question about the language, though I'm certain they do speak English at the hotel.
