My family was very comfortable here when we stayed for the better part of a week. You can tell there have been several additions to the building over the years, but that adds to the charm. The lobby has a cozy fireplace with plush armchairs for reading. The restaurant has excellent food and attentive service, with maybe only 6 tables... More

The restaurant in this hotel is WONDERFUL, the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, and the bed was comfortable, and soft. One of the owners spoke English, so there were no issues with communication for a non-Spanish speaking traveller. I would stay here again, however, the wi-fi wasn't working in my room. I had wi-fi everywhere else that had... More

The best in Coyhaique! The restaurant is amazing and the breakfast is absolutely wonderful- with REAL coffee. I have been staying here for years, have tried other places in the area, but keep coming back because of the amazing service, attention to detail, friendly staff and like I said- real coffee in the morning.

We decided to splurge on a hotel room our last night in the region and after 6 nights in hostals of varying quality, we really really enjoyed staying at El Reloj. The rooms were very clean and had wifi. Their staff spoke English and cheerfully opened our bottle of wine and provided glassware and cocktail ice for us to take... More

Second time in many years that we have stayed at this very well run family hotel. For the service alone, we would not consider staying anywhere else in Coyhaique ! Additionally, the rooms were very comfortable , particularly those at the back of the hotel on the first floor which had luxurious bathrooms . The restaurant has an excellent reputation,... More

We stayed in El Reloj after having a bad night in a nearby B&B after two days of bus transit. We had been traveling for weeks and were tired of lumpy hostel beds and shared bathrooms. We chose El Reloj as a 2-night retreat and really enjoyed the comfortable king-size bed and lovely bathroom with a bathtub. We had a... More

This was our second trip to this city and second stay at El Reloj. This time, we stayed for three nights after long days of fly fishing. What a pleasant and comfortable place to return to. The bed was comfortable (we stayed in room #9). The heater and hot water worked. The place was clean. The restaurant was convenient. The... More
