Positives: - Swimmingpool with the area for kids (small but available) - balcony for almost all of the rooms - mostly nice staff - fairly tasty breakfast - nice playground for kids - very nice SPA personnel Negatives: - dark & weirdly smelling rooms, mould in the bathroom & mediocre cleanliness standards! Basically the hotel should undergo some serious renovation, bathrooms including - breakfast, although not too bad, consisted of the same products everyday - poor variety & not always working coffee Machines(you could always order a little bit better coffee at the bar at extra cost). - staff although mostly nice, not particularly experienced or motivated & in my opinion overworked. Very poor communication: eg. we only figured out that rooms will not be cleaned after some days when we asked about new towels. We were told that due to Covid-19 they are not allowed to enter the rooms without permission! I can totally understand this new policy, but would be great to know it before! - advertising materials available online showing the “mini zoo” in the area also misleading. The zoo has been moved & is available at extra cost. To be fair after complaining about it we received some free tickets for the family. - last but not least currently there are some building works being done on the premises of the hotel, causing some extra noise All in all disappointing experience & the owners should think about investing some money jnto training of the personnel & enhancing of the rooms. The hotel had its time of glory some years ago....thankfully the region, its beauty & poor nature compensated for it!

Perfect for the stay with little kids, nice pool for them, kidsroom and playground, tasty polish food and great breakfasts, not far from regions attractions, but you need to take car to get there (Solina & Polanczyk).

Not reconnended unless you have a lot of time to wait in the restaurant and to clean up your room. It is much better to choose local provider of the apartament like @umichalowej. In karino you pay quite lot but can not expect really much more. Swimming pool is nice to have but is small and relatively cold. Jacuzzi- Just one. Sauna closed all day, starts at 5. Breakfast ok. Finally before and after cleaning up the room I see No difference...:(

It is a new building, very good restaurant (except for morning coffee) and breakfast. Staff is ok, at least they are trying. Most rooms have balconies with nice views. The pool is there, not very big one, two saunas, some SPA facilities. Even if it's close to busy road, the surroundings are nicely keep in check. Lots of stuff for small kids. Good location to drive deeper into Bieszczady. Despite the negatives, that's probably one of the better place in the area. Especially restaurant is excellent, comparing to others. Talking about negatives, two beds pushed together, with separate sheets does NOT make a double bed, no matter what. Acoustic separation is bad, especially through the doors. Very slow WiFi, bad cellular coverage. If you want anything from the SPA, you need to reserve it two days in advance. On the last day our room wasn't cleaned - at all. No AC or fridge in the room.

What an amazing place. The rooms were spacious, very clean and great view from our balcony. The staff was great very helpful and always there when we needed help. The staff all speak English. Lots of things to do in the area. The spa is amazing. The pool, sauna and whirlpool was a great way to relax at the end of a busy day. My husband and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful staff. Charlene & Gordon Canada
