    Rooms: This resort had the nicest accomodations that I have had in the DR. The rooms are all suites - and include a living room and bedroom, 2 large screen tvs as well as a full and half bath... I loved the fact that my hotel bracelet had a chip to open my room door!... No losing room card keys at this hotel!... Recommend a room facing the pools (inside) on the 2nd or 3d floor... Each room comes with a free bottle of your choice of liquor... There are 2 types of coffee machines in the room to suit your personal taste... This level of service from the top management puts this resort way above others... Butler: Every room has a butler assigned which is nice if you like the attention and need help making reservations for restaurants or excursions...

    ...I've traveled to many places around the world and by far this was the best room we've ever stayed in... Inside there are 2 sinks, 2 toilets (one with a sink), a shower and hand-held spray, large lit closet space, safe, 2 flat screen TV's, a computer work station, a living room, a bar with stools, refrigerator well stocked, and include a bottle of rum and champagne... The service and people are impeccable, and the grounds very clean, all porcelain/ceramic/tile... Everywhere you go there is a cabana you can take and they change the sheets every night...

    ...Upon arrival the main entrance and foyer is large, clean and opens up with a double staircase to the lower level giving one the feeling of making a grand entrance. For the most part the entire resort is spotless (there is the understandable exception for some of the restrooms close to the beach and pool areas that experience high volume)... Room: 9/10: the corner suite we stayed in was incredible... Main bedroom was through the French doors and included a double vanity, separate toilet, double shower room and a walk in closet/hall area for clothes...     ...But the bed was super comfortable and we had housekeeping come in and leave fresh towels and clean everyday, we had all the comforts we needed. The grounds were beautifully maintained and manicured... We didn't really get down to the beach very much but the beach was also well-maintained with the seaweed being swept away daily, we did go down there one day when the seaweed hadn't been taken care of yet and there was a TON of it but that was the only time and be ready to be haggled with vendors and guys walking around with the monkey and "parrot" on their shoulders...

    Rooms: This resort had the nicest accomodations that I have had in the DR... No losing room card keys at this hotel!... There are no towel cards, which is a huge plus... There is some seaweed and although it was cleaned, it could be done more frequently...

    This is the best resort I have ever stayed in... Reserved chairs for my family, brought towels to us every day, and always made sure our glasses were full with drinks... Besides the staff, the resort was so clean and gorgeous!... People are working around the clock to make sure the resort is spotless for the guests...

    This resort is the cleanest, most well kept resort I have ever stayed at... The workers are out there all day cleaning and tending to the landscape... The beach is not wide so it is a smaller beach but they did a great job to contain the seaweed... Large shower stall and a bathtub... Nice size balcony with furniture and jet tub (didn't use it)...

    3 of us went on a mini girls trip for my 40th birthday and stayed in room 6201- First of all, I would like to say Arling, our butler, was by far the best!! He picked us up in the lobby and gave us a tour on the way to our room... Arling explained everything to us, asked what our bottle preference was, asked if we were celebrating anything etc... every morning he messaged us a schedule for the day thru WhatsApp and asked how our day was going... He found us on the beach or by the pool also every day and reminded us of our reservations etc... Arling had amazing communication with us, without being too much!... He made all of our reservations for dinners, the spa and the Oasis rental... It was difficult finding beach towels which was frustrating, once we mentioned it to Arling - he got some for us and brought them right to our room!... It was my birthday and he decorated the room and door with balloons which was so awesome and a nice note with a bottle of champagne... One day he brought us chocolate covered strawberries to our room and sent us a picture so we knew they were there waiting... Frankie at the Oasis rental was also super sweet... It started raining so hard in the afternoon and he stood out there soaking wet to make sure we didn’t need anything even though we told him to go inside so he can dry off!... There was another gentleman out there too with him that kept coming over to us and joking around- even got on the phone with my mom when she called to wish me a happy birthday!... Natalya at the main buffet was full of energy and always smiling... We went one night and had her taking care of us and after that she would run up to us every time we walked in... She even decorated a table for us on our last night with flowers... Very attentive and always kept our drinks full and table clean!... Claudio at the family side swim up bar always had our drinks full before even asking and the shots flowing!... He gathered a bunch of the staff on my birthday while we were at the swim up and brought a cake out with a candle and they all sang to me... There were a couple big groups and were they requested 15 shots at a time, plus drinks etc and it handled it without blinking an eye!... The 3 of us were playing cards one evening when the live music was playing and one of the entertainment staff came over to interact and asked us how to play... All of the staff were amazing, worked hard but seemed to have a lot of fun doing it!... We are so grateful to everyone, especially Arling for making this a truly awesome experience and not having a care in the world while we were there!!... Also, if you need transportation Renny Travel was awesome and set us up with the VIP airport experience as well!...

The times that we did need him, for dinner reservations or check out arrangements, he always responded via text literally within minutes of our requests...     ...Ask the maid for extra throws and/or towels to put on the sofa and to put on the bali bed. My bali bed didn't have a canopy, which I told the butler, I received my canopy the next day in the evening... I had a private swim up which is provided to rooms 4101-4108, 4109 thru 4120 were not private but does come with a swim up pool... I recommend you get your beach towels in the morning because they run out fast... I also recommend you tip your butler half in advance (I did $10 per night) and the other half at the end if you feel he warrants the tip (another $10 per night)... You don't really see your butler except when you check in and check out but he is available 24 hours a day for anything via whats app so download the app if you don't have it prior to arriving... The shows are cool, they are well attended and they have bar service walking around... All photos taken by any professional on the resort will cost you $15 each... Everyone will say ask for their butler because their butler was the best... My butler was Victor Alexis Urena... He told me if I go back to let him know in advance so he could try to get me a better room location...

    ...All of the staff is very welcoming and polite, we both felt very welcomed. We were both very pleased with our butler his name was Yordy... He was very attentive and was always there when we had a request or question... He came and found us at the pool to check in and see if there was anything we needed... He sent us an itinerary for the day every morning so we were well prepared for what we wanted to do or attend for activities... I must say he went above and beyond with that request... He not only layed out rose petals but there were balloons all around the room, some were put together in the shape of flowers I was very impressed... He also was sure to have the jacuzzi full with hot water and bubbles as well... I would recommend this resort and would suggest you to get Yordy as your Butler...

    My wife and I had our honeymoon at the Majestic Mirage and everyone made our stay special. Especially Erickson Polanco, Miqaeus, bartenders Joel, Charly, the animation team Edwin, Barbora, Juan, Jairo, Valeria, Oscary, Dorian... These individuals truly and wholeheartedly did everything in their power to make our stay unforgettable... The beach was beautiful and on the days where the sea weed was present, the staff were quick and diligent to clean it up... Our room had a jacuzzi on the terrace and the staff ensured we had clean towels, bathrobes... Our mini fridge was stocked with new beverages every day... On the late night munchies, the room service was very quick to prepare and deliver food like burgers, fries, pizza... Cleaning staff were amazing at keeping our rooms and shared spaces spotless, clean, and dry!...

    ...The staff is extremely friendly and energetic. I’ll start with our butler Pablo... About an hour after we arrived he had all of our reservations booked and would send us a good morning message daily reminding us of where and when we were having dinner... He would check on us at the beach and at dinner and even take photos... It was our friends anniversary and he decorated their bed with rose petals and had a bottle of champagne waiting in their room... I can’t say enough about him and will definitely request him next time I visit... It is huge, the bed was very comfortable, our fridge was always stocked when we would get back at night, the bed had been turned down and we had bottles of water on the nightstand... At breakfast they will make you an omelette to order to die for and at lunch they will grill up a great burger... In the afternoon we would move the party over to the pool and hang out at the swim up pool bar where Layder would whip up the best frozen drinks you could ask for with a smile and a “yeah baby”... Edwin aka Chocolatte and the rest of them are so engaging and go out of their way for you to have a good time, weather it’s at the beach in the morning, in the pool in the afternoon or at the plaza in the evening... We also really enjoyed the baristas Miladis and Darleny at the coffee shop... Joel is also a pleasure and making sure you are enjoying your stay...

    We arrived to Majestic Mirage on Wednesday and met Alan our butler. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us everyday... He definitely made our trip a five star experience!!... He made sure he checked in on us every day and even came to check on us when we were on the beach!... Alan was able to handle all of our requests and things I thought weren’t possible, he made possible - getting reservations for 13 people and getting our Wi-Fi fixed within hours of my just mentioning that it was spotty!... We loved the hospitality of the resort and met many people we consider friends now... If you go to Majestic Mirage and you aren’t lucky enough to have Alan as your butler - he’s also a mixologist at the resort... We visited him at the Piano Bar and he made us wonderful drinks!!...

    My husband and I stayed at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana and they did not disappoint!!... Service was phenomenal throughout the entire resort, didn’t matter if we were at the buffet for breakfast or sitting beach or poolside, everyone was extremely attentive... The rooms were kept immaculate by the cleaning staff and our mini fridge was always fully stocked... He certainly went above and beyond to make our experience perfect... He was always able to make a reservation for us any night we wanted, even when it was last minute... He made sure we were aware of any daily activities and if he didn’t hear from us he always checked in on us to see if we needed anything... Book your vacation today and make sure to request Huggins as your butler!...

    ...We were there during hurricane Fiona and the staff worked so hard to get everything cleaned up that we couldn’t even notice a hurricane came through by the time we left. Our butler Daniel was fantastic, he made all of our reservations for dinner and last minute reservations for a couples massage at the spa for us... When the button for the jets on our jacuzzi got stuck he made sure that maintenance came right away to fix it... All of the staff treats you like your family at this resort!...

Our butler Dario by the time we arrived did an amazing and efficient job taking care of whatever we needed and was in the lobby the day we left to wish us a safe flight and to come back in the future... We requested our butler to send us a dehumidifier and was delivered quickly to our room ... Definitely will go back and request Dario as our butler...

    ...The staff were all very attentive and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. When by the pool or beach, there was always a staff member checking on us and asking if we wanted a drink... We stayed in the “adults only” section of the resort, and it was well worth the extra money... There was never a problem with getting a bed or chairs to lounge in by the pool (this has been a problem at other resorts we’ve stayed at)... The pool area was very well kept and beautiful... The staff were all fun and uplifting and truly looked to be having a good time... What really puts this resort above the rest is having your own personal butler... Our butler was Leonel Richie, and he was fantastic... Every morning Leonel would reach out to us, send us the resort schedule for the day, and was always available to answer any questions and help with any requests... He would always tell us “good morning” and truly treated us like family... We think the world of Leonel, he treated us so well!... The entire process from checking in to leaving was fantastic... From the moment you walk on Resort they call you “family” and treat you as such...

    ...He welcomed us with great English and enthusiasm, he showed us to our room and explained a few features of the room including the mini bar explaining that if there was anything specific we wanted he would get it for us. He left and gave us his mobile number to call him when we needed something... But he would also check in on us and would always stop to chat if he seen us around the hotel... He would update us daily on every day events at the hotel and meals via WhatsApp... He booked us in to the restaurant to save us having to do it and even cancelled one we had a change of mind with... He decorated our room so lovely on one evening to celebrate our honeymoon... Couldn't have asked for a better butler... We are English and not used to having a personal butler on holidays...

    ...Elvis made everything so easy booking our dinners, spa visit, golf outing, and even did a special surprise for our anniversary. We really appreciated how helpful he was and quick to respond... We also had a great experience with Olga... She was the hostess who we saw at multiple meals and she was always so sweet and made sure we were satisfied... As always the spa experience is the best we have ever had with the multiple offerings of sauna/aromatherapy/etc.prior to the massage...

    ...I think the Majestic Mirage is my new HAPPY PLACE! I got my spend an amazing week at this resort which is has beautiful accommodations and views... Everything we experienced was top notch and I highly recommend the Majestic Mirage as your next getaway... Loved having a living room and the bath an a half... From check in to check out I could not have asked for anything more... When we checked in Henry the manager of the Butler team promised us we would have an amazing room and he did not disappoint... We had a great end unit swim out suite in the middle of the adults only complex... There is always something going on from an entertainment standpoint but if you just want to relax you have the ability to do so... Our Butler Elvis was top notch & out of this world when it came to making sure we were well taken care of... Our beautiful server Milquella well she was our hero because she took the very best care of us and made sure we stayed hydrated every night with soda water and limon when we’re were not up to par after our days of sun, fun, an outrageous amount of food and adult beverages... Juan the pool concierge who returned to work with a contagious smile after a long vacation...

    ...I had a swim up room 4102 to be exact. The room is great because it comes with one and a half bath; however the living room furniture is dated... Ask the maid for extra throws and/or towels to put on the sofa and to put on the bali bed... I had a private swim up which is provided to rooms 4101-4108, 4109 thru 4120 were not private but does come with a swim up pool... I had no liquor bottles in my suite but I did have a refrigerator filled with four beers and 4 sodas and 2 water bottles with a bigger bottle sitting outside the frig, which I used for mouth washing... I recommend you get your beach towels in the morning because they run out fast... I recommend the Steak House, French and the Hibachi... The seafood restaurant at the beach has very good pasta, if need your fix of pasta... The shows are cool, they are well attended and they have bar service walking around... The higher the number the further you are from the entertainment and restaurants...

The layout of the resort is very easy to navigate and the landscape is very stunning... All of the staff is very welcoming and polite, we both felt very welcomed...     ...The resort is good and the rooms are spacious... There are a couple of kid lounges and kids activities during the day and night which we liked... The french and a couple of lounges are adults only which leaves few options for families... The bar ans drinks are also very good...     ...The snacks that were provided at check in were much appreciated! We stayed in room 4207 and it was lovely!... Our balcony faced the Elegance however as it’s under renovation right now, it was private... He made our reservations, hooked us up with room service and made sure all our questions were answered... The VIP lounge was awesome for breakfast and Katherine always greeted us with a smile... We got the Oasis Experience for a day and Kendry was our server... Energetic and funny; he was on top of our drinks and brought us a delicious assortment of fruit for a snack and a lovely lunch... We mostly spent the week relaxing, and got to the beach early so we had no trouble finding chairs... He made us the best drinks and every night they were different... He used ingredients like rose water, hibiscus, cinnamon, ginger and fresh fruit juices...

It was our friends anniversary and he decorated their bed with rose petals and had a bottle of champagne waiting in their room... It is huge, the bed was very comfortable, our fridge was always stocked when we would get back at night, the bed had been turned down and we had bottles of water on the nightstand... We had breakfast and lunch at the Seaside restaurant because it is steps away from the beach and has a beautiful view... At breakfast they will make you an omelette to order to die for and at lunch they will grill up a great burger... The beach is gorgeous, the water was warm and there are plenty of chairs and beds on the beach... In the afternoon we would move the party over to the pool and hang out at the swim up pool bar where Layder would whip up the best frozen drinks you could ask for with a smile and a “yeah baby”... Edwin aka Chocolatte and the rest of them are so engaging and go out of their way for you to have a good time, weather it’s at the beach in the morning, in the pool in the afternoon or at the plaza in the evening... They are everywhere and super fun and energetic... We also really enjoyed the baristas Miladis and Darleny at the coffee shop...

    We had a terrific stay at the Majestic Mirage!... He was very proactive and responsive in handling all of our requests... The staff was very friendly and provided great service overall... The beach was nice, and there were plenty of chairs with shade and umbrellas available on the beach... I enjoyed several rounds of golf at Punta Blanca (hotel guests can play there for just a cart fee) as well as several other courses in PC... We were pleased with the food quality, particularly the steakhouse and the option to have a good variety of fish and beef freshly grilled to order at the buffets... The hotel has a nice gym with a good mix of free weights and machines... We also enjoyed the nightly shows/entertainment... The hotel was gracious enough to extend our stay by one day after we arrived a day late due to missing a flight...

    We arrived to Majestic Mirage on Wednesday and met Alan our butler. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us everyday... He definitely made our trip a five star experience!!... Alan was able to handle all of our requests and things I thought weren’t possible, he made possible - getting reservations for 13 people and getting our Wi-Fi fixed within hours of my just mentioning that it was spotty!... We loved the hospitality of the resort and met many people we consider friends now... We visited him at the Piano Bar and he made us wonderful drinks!!...

    ...Our butler Jose Jacobs was extremely helpful, has an excellent personality, and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone who works on the resort was super helpful and made sure we were smiling and enjoying ourselves... The resort is clean and easy to navigate... There is so many things to do on the actual resort but an added bonus is you have access to all of the Majestic resorts with your wrist band... We had an amazing experience from the beginning to the end...

    I cannot say enough positive things about this resort. We loved our stay at the Majestic Mirage... The resort was very clean and well kept... When by the pool or beach, there was always a staff member checking on us and asking if we wanted a drink... We stayed in the “adults only” section of the resort, and it was well worth the extra money... There was never a problem with getting a bed or chairs to lounge in by the pool (this has been a problem at other resorts we’ve stayed at)... The pool area was very well kept and beautiful... All day they had different activities, and the staff tried their best to get everyone involved... What really puts this resort above the rest is having your own personal butler... Every morning Leonel would reach out to us, send us the resort schedule for the day, and was always available to answer any questions and help with any requests... We think the world of Leonel, he treated us so well!... The entire process from checking in to leaving was fantastic...

    ...My husband and I stayed at the Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana and they did not disappoint!! Their signature cocktails were delicious and my husband and I really enjoyed the Steakhouse for dinner... The rooms were kept immaculate by the cleaning staff and our mini fridge was always fully stocked... He certainly went above and beyond to make our experience perfect... He was always able to make a reservation for us any night we wanted, even when it was last minute... Book your vacation today and make sure to request Huggins as your butler!...

    We stayed at this resort for 11 nights and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very large and did not feel at all cramped with three adults sharing... It was particularly nice that the rooms had two toilets... We also found that the resort was slightly quieter than other places that we stayed which was exactly what we were looking for... The pool bar staff, Omar and Daysi, were fantastic and really helped to make our trip special...

    ...He welcomed us with great English and enthusiasm, he showed us to our room and explained a few features of the room including the mini bar explaining that if there was anything specific we wanted he would get it for us... He would update us daily on every day events at the hotel and meals via WhatsApp... We had a couple of bottles of Rum and some processco for our special occasion... He booked us in to the restaurant to save us having to do it and even cancelled one we had a change of mind with... He decorated our room so lovely on one evening to celebrate our honeymoon... Couldn't have asked for a better butler...

Ramon is the best!! He makes our whole family have a great time!!!! We enjoy all the dancing with Ramon, his engery is on another level. He had the entire beach dancing as well as at the pool. Not sure how he keeps his energy up all day, as he also puts on a show in the evening after dinner. Lots of fun when Ramon is around.

I visited this resort in December 2023. I went with a friend and was not disappointed. Upon arrival you are given a butler for your stay. Isaias was ours and very attentive. The entire resort goes above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. The rooms are nice and I really like how the resort was set up. The food was also good with many options. We tried the French and Italian place and they were good to eat at. Since there was seafood during my stay each morning they had a cleaning truck sweep the seaweed up. The only complaint I had was that the check in person never asked if I wanted a queen or two beds and since there was one bed for my friend and I we had to find a new place with two queen beds. The reservation was for two beds so not sure why that happened. We booked a trip through someone on the beach which I wouldn’t do again. While he was nice the boat trip had way too many people, multiple stops along the way to the trip and too many logistics for just a day out on the sea. I would recommend you book with Go Majestic through your butler. Overall, 10/10 for service and cleanliness!

We where in the Mirage club. Great service, quality food and plenty of it. Gigantic clean and gorgeous rooms. Great service and our butler Elvis would find us anywhere on the property, he found us at least once a day to ask if he could do something for us. Stayed at the hotel October 9th to the 19th and not one drop of rain, but some days it was very hot. If you are a wine drinker, bring your own wine because the wine for sale at the hotel is around 4 times the price we pay in Canada. We are already planning a trip back to this lovely hotel.

Garden well maintained / good beverage selection / AI bracelet = room key Staff often not properly trained -> unqualified / sometimes unfriendly / no sufficient English Beach beds old, dirty and not in good repair / beach loungers old, dirty and discolored Jacuzzi on patio dirty and wooden structure around dangerous Food below average with only a few exceptions Kids in the adults only area (pool and bar) A selection of negative things I experienced & some additional comments Arrival: No friendly welcome / no refreshing towels offered / no dinner offered / no introduction to the resort / waiting time for the room more than 20 minutes (after 9pm) / incorrect phone number for butler Breakfast: First morning: for à la carte breakfast from VIP lounge („we don’t have a menu“) to Seaside restaurant (only buffet and they told me there is a menu at the VIP lounge), then Italian restaurant where I could finally get my breakfast. Actually I wanted to sit outside (not possible in the Italian place) but I was happy to at least get the breakfast after having been sent around like this. After a couple of days I got at least a decent breakfast on a regular basis outside the VIP lounge, thanks primarily to Thalia who really did a good job. Changing money: Walking from one place to another was also required when I wanted to change money. The VIP lounge staff sent me to the check-in, from there I was sent to the family check-in, and they sent me back to the check-in. A bellboy eventually gave me my change. Restaurants: 4 decent dinners in 13 days: 2x in Essence and 2x Sports Bar – all other dinners were below average for a 5-star resort. Staff often did not know the menu / main course was served before the starter was finished/ allergies were inquired but not always considered / fresh silverware after starter had to be asked for / bread often dry / food quality sometimes poor Café: very good and tasty selection of cakes and creams Butler: Incorrect and missing restaurant reservations. 4 days involuntary butler-free time. After mentioning that I had not seen a butler for 4 days in a row, Jacobs informed me that I (!) should have sent a WhatsApp message if I had needed anything. Is this guest support? Other butlers saw ‚their‘ guests on a daily basis to chat and make sure about their well-being. Jacobs then had a chat with me and told me that it was my fault to have the ‚do not disturb‘ sign on my room all the time – not true. If he had once inquired about my daily routine, he would have known my ‚schedule‘. In addition to telling me what I did wrong he told me I would have too negative an attitute and that’s why I attract negative things. I should have more positive vibes. Is it generally okay for a butler to criticize a guest’s attitute? Maybe Jacobs is too busy preparing for his life after Majestic instead of adhering to his job description which certainly includes taking care of guests not only in case of requests, especially when this service was paid for. Hotel management: After 5 days I was offered a massage as apology for the inconveniences, however with a string attached, i.e. „by accepting the above compensation and by signing this letter you dischare the Travel Agency, Tour Operator and th Hotel of any future responsibilities or claims in respect to this reservation“. Neither did I book this massage nor did I sign this letter. I booked my own 55min massage and wanted to pay for it when checking out, however, they gave it to me for free (no signature required). Sustainability: Little plastic bottles in the room – no longer up to date; conditioner and lotion almost impossible to get out. Gym: Lady’s restroom in the gym not lockable; lock ripped out / no towels (2x) / unfriendly host Jeury (no apology after waiting time of 40 minutes for towels, no good morning, no good bye) / some equipment should definitely be replaced (bikes, treadmills) Friendly staff: I do not forget to mention that there are a couple of friendly, helpful people (without having to be tipped beforehand): Ana Hilda (Sports Bar), Jerry (Piano Bar), Charly (VIP lounge bar), Mabel, Jeison and Rosemary (VIP lounge), Yamilex (Café), Roberto (gym), Olga, Thalia Some recommendations: Patio and balcony door with handle outside to enable opening and closing from outside / adults only restaurants / private speakers at pool and beach should be restricted / in the event of rain more seating options in front of the VIP lounge / beachbed reservation should be restricted

I would like to share our recent experience at the Majestic Mirage, a place that has become more than a vacation destination for us; it has become a special part of our lives. We recently returned from two glorious weeks at the Majestic Mirage, and we find ourselves filled with a profound sense of fulfillment. As seasoned visitors, this marked my sister's 13th visit and the 4th for both my husband and I to the Majestic. Before delving into the details of our stay, I want to express how some of the staff at the Mirage have transcended the role of service providers to become a part of our extended family. In particular, I must mention Wrkia Valdez, whose adoration, attentiveness, and respect for her colleagues make her a standout member of the Mirage team. She is not just a valued staff member but a dear friend who ensured our stay was pure perfection. Our transfer to the resort, while marred by a slightly extended wait time due to unforeseen circumstances, was quickly overshadowed by the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The check-in process was seamless, and the air-conditioned lounge provided a comfortable setting where we were attended to by the gracious guest service staff. Here, we were introduced to our butler, Eduardo, whose professionalism, knowledge, and excellent service made a significant impact on our stay. His perfect balance of anticipating our needs, communication via WhatsApp, and thoughtful check-ins by our Bali beds poolside added a personalized touch to our experience. Our rooms, 6311 and 6309, were not just accommodations but retreats of comfort. The spacious layout, with sliding doors separating the sleeping and lounge areas, and the expansive deck with a jacuzzi tub, were wonderful features. The bedding and mattress were amazing, so much so that we were trying to discover the make of the mattress but couldn’t find a label. The attention to detail in amenities in the room included a well-stocked beverage fridge and daily replenishments, weigh scales, coffee and Nespresso machines, all of which showcased the commitment to provide the best guest satisfaction. The pool area, with its abundance of Bali beds and pool attendants offered a place of relaxation, though the occasional loud music from a neighboring pool was a minor annoyance. The culinary experiences at Majestic Mirage were very good. We only ate at the buffet for breakfasts and found it to have a wide range of diverse offerings such as omelet station, meats both hot and cold, fresh fruits, crepes and a huge variety of breads and pastries. It became a daily ritual for us, thanks in part to the outstanding service provided by the lovely hostess Ana Maria and server Super Dario. The a la carte restaurants, particularly the Italian and Seaside, stood out for their delectable dishes and impeccable service provided by Noemi who added warmth to our visit. We walked the beach every morning for a couple of hours and it is a stunning beach, the resort grounds are meticulous, and the shows (favourites were Michael Jackson, Circus and Magic) added to the overall magic of our stay. The main building and Piazza, with their lively evening entertainment, romantic atmosphere, and excellent bar service, became perfect spots for pre-dinner gatherings. In conclusion, our love for the Majestic Mirage goes beyond the picturesque setting; it's the people who have transformed our vacations into family reunions. The exceptional leadership of General Manager Elena, along with the dedication of Leo, Lorena, and Raul, has undoubtedly contributed to making this resort our number one choice. We look forward with great anticipation to returning to this magical place, where the warmth and professionalism of the staff turn every stay into a truly unforgettable experience.

The overall experience was very nice. The hotel is very elegant hotel. The staff are very accommodating and friendly with a lot of emphasis on customer service. A shout out to Omar at the pool bar, Maria, Ana always greeting you with a smile with your coffee. The marketplace buffet greeted and served by wonderful staff. Our room was very nice, we had the rooftop terrace, nice but did not spend anytime out there. We would have preferred the larger room with 2 bathrooms rather than 1 small cubby hole space for a bathroom. The WIFI dropped out 4 times where we had to get new username and password over our 11 nights. The room key failed at around day 9 and these were fairly common issues. The restaurants are nice but inconsistent in food prep and portion size. One person ordered medium rare steak and got a well done steak for example. Some couples ordered platters for 2 and got serving sizes more for one. The beaches were nice, the ocean water was warm, still a fair amount of seaweed present and a constant barrage of venders that seemed relentless all day for a private beach. Understandably people are trying to earn a living. The courtyard is beautiful at night, entertainment is standard pretty good. The overall food is very good, hotel is very good, the overall price is getting up there regarding value for the dollar. They are very good at customer service. I gave it a 4 star only because of the minor issues we had which was not a big deal. When you factor in 5 star pricing it is getting expensive. To be honest I would go back but would definitely keep an eye on Hi Risk advisories from the Canadian Government.
