This resort is wonderful! Smaller and easy to navigate. The staff are by far the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing at a resort. Very accommodating, well taken care of and they go above and beyond for service! Also, if you’re looking for a wedding destination, I highly recommend them! Everything was handled for us. All we had to do was show up!

We have been there twice, both times we have had a great time. Our room was always cleaned, we had a wonderful lady. Our room was right at the pool. We are in our 70's and it's hard for us walking, this is a small resort, so everything is close.

Was there week of May 21-28th 2023 From Canada Pros-Lovely resort, small and intimate, Beach beautiful, staff friendly, “Animation” Jason, Valeria, Evan, Felix were filled with energy, smiles, and laughter. They made the Evenings Entertainment was so energetic. Rooms decent, clean, stocked everyday Food was 6 out of 10. The main buffet was nice, friendly staff, clean. Steak house was 7 out of 10 Italian restaurant was the best 8 out of 10 Cons- Seafood restaurant was the worst food inedible. Guests walking out. Food horrible, atmosphere terrible. Don’t waste your time. The vendors on the beach are the most annoying, relentless. They work for a company that has a contract with the resort. They are in your face 24/7. Security walks behind them to make sure they do not meander through the lounge chairs. However if there is no security following them they take the opportunity to walk right up to the guests and bother them. Guests refuse to bye their goods or play with lizards, parrots or monkeys but they don’t care. It’s probably the worst part about being on the resort. All in all 8 out of 10. We would go back. Service was great, we could not ask for best help, the food was very tasty and the beach is like a dream. Had a small issue with keys, and they fixed immediately. The night was amazing, and the personnel at guest service was very attentive. All in one was a great vacation.

The best Holiday ever . First time in Punta Cana but i will definitely come back again . The resort it s so nice ,staff as well very good people and ready to help you at any time . All clean ,all the staff it s working day and night for us to have a good time and everything in order. Food it s amazing ,the view from the beach it s breathtaking ,the party from the bars are no 1 ,the Entertainment staff is no nice ,I have only two names remembered from staff ,Felix a very nice guy ready to take you to dance and put yourself in a good mood ,to engage you in their lovely activities ,also are two more guys very lovely as well,very good dancers and also in their job and Alexander from reception ,from party’s organising,very nice men and with a good vibe . Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff are amazing, Alexander guest services was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Grey on the beach serving drinks will keep you topped up. Louis was great always friendly. Loved the holiday. Only down fall was choices vegetarian food. There was always still selection. Tried all restaurants which were great. Will definitely come again room's looked amazing.
