This was my first Resort experience and I have to say that it was an outstanding experience!... My family and I are particularly grateful for the attention provided by staff members from the restaurant we frequented and who paid attention to the needs of my elderly parents... I want to thank the hostess, Rosa Eusebio Diaz for her warmth and hospitality; Adalgisa, for being so caring and attentive (and for the hot chocolate!)... The waiter, Jose Miguel Candelario who also demonstrated great respect, and attention towards my family and I. I will most definitely visit this resort again if given the opportunity...

Just returned from this hotel and had wonderful experience. We were greeted by nice welcome drinks, I didn’t pay to Upgrade for anything so we just normal service... After check in, I asked if we could be booked for different restaurants in the evening that have a La carte and Nina was very helpful, she managed to book us for every night to go something... Also we arrived around 4pm so lunch was over at the main restaurant but behind the reception they had an American fast food restaurant so she said we can go and eat there if we want... The room size was good and two showers more than enough... We didn’t have any problems with finding sun beds at the beach or at the pool... There was seaweed in the ocean but they do seem to do a good job cleaning it up... Near reception there is an ice cream place and coffee and cake place and you can actually get Frappuccino which was nice and the coffee was good ... The housekeeping is minimal serving cleaning floor , making bed and changing the towels , no cleaning shower or changing bed sheets etc... The waiter at the restaurant can be slow bringing you water or coffee in the morning... More staff at the coffee and cake place as they seemed slow at times... Also the Dominican love tipping so you will need to have change, we didn’t tip if we didn’t like the service...

...A la Carter’s: If the app was working you could book ahead Japanese was excellent Brazilian and Italian were okay-food was lukewarm though Tex-Mex restaurant was slow service and lukewarm food Dominican restaurant-took 2 hours to get appetizers and entrees which were not very good... Sports bar was a hit and miss with sometimes good and other time terrible and you could wait for 20 to 45 minutes for food... Beach was looked after and couple of high wave days but, enjoyed this time...

This resort fully met all our expectations... Our room was as requested in a quiet area and again exceeded our expectations... The best thing about the resort in our opinion is the staff... They are excellent workers who exhibit kindness and warmth... Upon our arrival we met with Nina and then resident manager Alberto Gomez who was very kind to us and never failed to come over to see how we were whenever we encountered each other... He was constantly all over the resort ensuring that all was running smoothly... In the buffet we would like to make special mention of food manager Reynaldo, door attendant Lilliana and Rosa, waitresses Esther, Aris, Reyfre... Although the lobby, theater, ice creamery, and other shops are a 15-20 minute walk from the rest of the resort they provide a 24 hour shuttle service that keeps running between the two areas with a wait time of just a few minutes...

We just came back from a family trip from tropical deluxe princess... Rooms Rooms were cleaned daily and well maintained... Small sink, shower and toilet seperated by doors...
