The service was very good at all. But I give you 4/5 because not every employee was the same. Some of them were excellent super sweet, and very kind people. I was very happy with three people here they made me happy and they did and a wonderful job with my husband birthday celebration. I want to said thank to my two favorite people. Lusidania Jiménez and Luis David from call center. They’re awesome. Thank you so much for the wonderful surprise for my husband birthday.

What can I say! We are literally on our way home now after 11 amazing days staying here and missing it already! We were 2 families of 4 and think we can speak for them to when I say how welcoming they are all there, the reception staff were great and always very helpful as were the ladies who helped book the restaurants. The guys around the pool the entertainment team - Chocolate, Coco Cola and Coffee were just brilliant, always made the effort to come and speak to people around the pool and were very good with their activities and entertaining to that’s both day and night!! The guys around the pool were always there for drinks and kept us topped up, and the guys in the towel hut were great to always happy to swap the wet towels for dry clean ones for us. The food in the buffet was great plenty of choice and always something for the two vegetarians on our party. They do have restaurants there which get booked up very quickly La Lola - Tapas avoid it! Awful and we left half way through, as was Bhogali - Indian was just an ok, the steak restaurant Eldorado average! Steaks just put in the table with no idea what or who’s was who’s!! Now for the BEST - Sumptuori this was absolutely amazing the food the atmosphere the staff, was that good we went twice!!! The rooms - We have a garden view and a Loft room and both were lovely and very good on size, our friends had a little problem after the rain storms with cockroaches and that was sorted by reception with a can of spray!! This was our first time visiting the Dominican and will definitely not be the last. Overall this is a beautiful clean and tidy hotel with brilliant staff and always plenty of food choice even for the picky eaters!!!

The four of us (H,W, 3yr old, baby) stayed at PC Mar-Apr. 2024. This was our 7th trip. Edgar Reyes, Guest Services Manager, Jonathan, and Carlos Kingsley took wonderful care of us. As ever, the Palladium Family was very welcoming. The Indian food at Bhogali thanks to chef Singh was exceptional even for Indian tastes. Luis in building 2000 cleaned our room early so that the children could have an afternoon nap and did an excellent job. The baby club team led by Paloma was excellent and my daughter wanted to go every day and spend time there. The family-friendly shows every evening at Bavaro were a particular highlight. The only disappointment was that the kid-friendly splash park was closed for renovations. We will be back soon!

This hotel is beautiful the food etc fantastic. You can book restaurants but the torres buffet is amazing. Regarding not such good points, the room was run down a bit would def need a refurb , for such a lovely resort I was surprised at the room. So when you come be prepared that the resort is luxury but the rooms not so much. Its an affordable option and you will def enjoy it.

It is a shame to be discriminated on your own country. First I have to say the hotel is huge and the beach is beautiful. However, this is not enough to go back to that place. First, you need to know if one family member or yourself have any disability this hotel it is not for you. Second, if you are dominican they treat you as a garbage. Even though, you go from another country. Day one the service was really bad and we could noted the difference when they were tooking care a costumer from another country. Especially white people. It is a deep shame that as a dominican I have to say this.

Room, food, beach everything was absolutly perfect. The experience at Sumptuory was amazing ! The choice of food at the El Arrecife and Behique buffets is very impressive. All the a la carte restaurants are worth trying. The Hemingway Bar is a lovely place to start or end the evening.

Could use some benches around the compound. I enjoy how everyone was so helpful. Liked the fact that your staff remembers who you are.. It was hard to find chairs by the pools when people place a towel on them and then they never there to use them..

Stayed at the Bavaro part of the resort. The grounds are very clean and up-kept. Beach, chairs and towels all a plus! The management of this hotel need to take a closer look at how they deal with dinner reservations. Extremely disappointed that we were eating at buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner (with the food being cold at times). Dinner reservations cannot be made prior to arrival. Upon our check in, we inquired about dinner reservations and everything was booked!! Did you back during the day just to check again and found availability at the less popular restaurants at 9:00 pm or 6:09 pm. Seems like reservations are held for “club members”. Upon your check in, you will be approached for them to take you on a tour of the premises on a golf cart , get a free massage and pick you up for breakfast. All a ploy to sell you a timeshare. If you purchase, you are a club member and guess what , all of a sudden you can get a reservation for dinner. Have been to Punta Cana several times and this trip was a big disappointment. Will not be staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms cleaned to a good standard. Pool bars , staff very pleasant and professional. Pool was OK very busy due to school holidays. Food is same everyday. Alot is cold and could benefit from a microwave as some of the meals tasted OK but not made to be cold. I would have tried more if the temp of the food was OK so mainly stuck to salads.

The very fine sand of the beaches were awesome. Hotel room was very nice, Service was kinda slow, food was Mehh or just fine it was food. Even in the ala carte the food was food and nothing to write home about.
