I had a great stay, it’s was all beautiful!! Loved the people, we were treated like royalty. Sad it’s over, that kind of customer service is hard to find now a days. The beach was spectacular, we even went to a separate island excursion and the beach at palladium was way way better. Super clean, and the sand was so soft. Ugh, sad it’s over.

Amazing family holiday, we're from the UK with a couple of fussy eaters - absolutely fantastic resort with such a variety of restaurants with quality food. The resort had so much to offer with watersports and an amazing gym and sports center offering everything from tennis, Badminton, football, mini golf to name a few, special mention to Constantino at the sports centre for his enthusiasm and sense of humour. We had a real blast on our 2 weeks there, it was our second visit and we'll definitely be back again.

The resort was nice, however we paid for ocean front, however we got oceanside with a partial ocean view. The selection of food could have been more extensive. Service was excellent. Biky, in ElDorado restaurant was excellent. She made our dining experience memorable.

If you google grand palladium it says 5 star but it doesnt feel like it. The property could use more maintenance or updates especially the room. Room was suspiciously clean upon arrival but our housekeeper was nice and cleaned it better for the rest of our stay. The bed was hard! I had experienced better beds from 3 and 4 star hotels. Food selection was wide but quality could be improved.

From the time I touch do the transportation was real professional and very friendly. Once I arrived at the resort the hotel staff was extremely helpful and very cooperative. The food was so delicious I picked up an extra five pounds. The the DJ at the night club keep everyone on the dance floor. The beach and the pool was clean, peaceful and very relaxing. And I want to send a special shout out to my favorite person Yafreisi for making feel like I was home. Thank you all!

Maycol and the whole entertainment group were amazing. Loved how clean the pools were. Loved bamboo and the rest of the food was just as good. Clean rooms. Loved the beach parties and nightly entertainment. Had so much fun at Hemingway.

A fantastic week stay at the Palace Hotel. Our room was beautiful and we had the best time each day with the entertainment team. In particular Maicol. He was absolutely fantastic. We already miss his infectious smile and banter. Big shout out to Jose Luiz who made our day times at the pool so fun, never letting out drinks go empty. “It’s beer o clock”

Resort was clean very well kept. Rooms were nice ,service was fantastic.the Buffet they need to change the food ,every night. It’s the same gets a little boring. They also need more pancake and waffle making machines there was a constant line. The service for coffee and soda was excellent. I had a very relaxing time.

This was the best holiday I have ever had. I have been to many resorts and this one tops them all. All the staff was amazing! They all made me feel welcomed and safe. I would like to give a special thanks to Eddie Murphy, Cocacola, Caramello, Michael Jordan, Coco Loco, Rhianna. They always made the day so much fun and I felt very comfortable and happy, always had a smile on my face. They are very good at what they do and are very talented individuals. I would also like to say thank to Jose Luis our waiter at the pool side. He always made sure we are taken care off, very kind man and always smiling and helpful. Another person I would like to say thank you is Yomarah at the front desk. She went out of her way to make us happy and satisfied with our room. She was so friendly and always smiling. As for the restaurant I would like to say Yubelkis was amazing and so friendly she always made me smile. Because of these individuals I will definitely be back to the resort next year.…

after reading some of the reviews, i was nervous for this trip to punta cana, especially since it would be my first time out of the country, and the first time that my boyfriend and i were planning the entire trip on our own. now that the trip is over, i can confidently say that it was the best experience of my life! everyone at the resort is SO FRIENDLY and seems to love working here. we were always treated with respect, and the language barrier was little to none! some reviews were upset with the rooms, the food, and vendors, but my boyfriend and i aren’t picky. we loved our room (and it’s not like we would be spending much time in there anyway), loved the food (specifically la adelita, portofino, and sumptori for a la carte restaurants) and never had any problems with eating it or drinking the water, and vendors left you alone as long as you say no! overall, i am extremely satisfied with our first trip out of the country together, and there is no other place i would’ve wanted to travel! …
