Palladium travel club is not worth it, beware, Im a member for about 8 years and every time I travel to Gran Palladium Bavaro its a problem, i always request the rooms in the same villa due to traveling with a disable person and always they end up separating us into diffetent villas and the excuse is the same, based on availability - but what's the advantage of paying for a membership? This is the first day of 6 days vacation and I had to complain about this, also I asked at 7 for someone to bring sheets to get the sofa cama ready and it's 11:26 PM and nobody has come, last time I called someone very upset told me to just wait, and when I called afterwards they just don't answer the phone, which means 3 of us will have to sleep in 1 bed just because they decided so.- I feel very discriminated because I'm Dominican and I could see how they treat other nationalities, but I guess me and my family don't deserve the same treatment.- We are a group of 9, 3 rooms, but its obvious they don't need our business her.- Not even a supervisor or a manager attempted to help, im just paying a membership where I don't received what it was offered, so this is obvious a scam.-…

We had a shorter stay in this fantastic hotel, next time we will plan more time here. It was a very nice experience, all the staff was very friendly and really transfered the dominican way of life. The rooms were clean and had enough space for our family.

Beautiful hotel in the best location ever! You can enjoy of the private beach all day through. The entertainment team are a plus to this resort. The food was really nice, plenty of variety and you can choose different restaurants every day. The cocktails in the main lobby were amazing! Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Also everything was immaculate.

I would highly not reccommend this resort. I loved the Jamaica Grand Palladium, this was a huge disappointment. Room quality, the amount of things staff tries to make you buy, and the overall quality was not there.

Birthday party of 15. I was sick last 3 days and two day after due o food.. I called the number on the phone for guest services they said in the lobby that's the managers #. Called 0 they said to call guest services. 3 calls to get towels. 3 and lobby visit to get laundry price list that wasn't in room

We came for 3 weeks. Everything was great, the room was a great size, yes it was a little dated but it had everything we needed and more. The food was lovely with lots of choice, we ate at most of the restaurants and they were great. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We had some major personal issues, the hotel were fantastic, they had no responsibility to help us but they did. They sent one of their staff off site with us for the day to help us, Jean Carlos the concierge who was sent with us was amazing. I can not fault anything about this place. I had a few goes at archery and Constantino the coach was fab. All the entertainment team were lovely. I can not fault anything.

The resort is very well groomed but some of the staff can do much better with guest service and support. I called guest service 6 times about my safe not working it did not get fixed until 4 days later, a day before we left, Our shower was broke the whole time and we called and was not given another room and it was never fixed. The guest service seem to have attitude the was not the friendly.

We stayed in Villa 18 of the bavaro resort in a premium junior suite room. The rooms are equipped with worn, smelly furniture in general. Mold stains on the wall in the bath and toilet and in our first room there were even growth of mold inside the cupboard. It took 2-3 days to get a room changed. Services otherwise around the pools, beach and restaurants are good. Rooms in this area shall be definitely upgraded.
