Despite many similar terrible reviews, the hotel continues to disregard the negative feedback. It is affiliated with other properties in the area, which may look better (I don't know I didn't see the others)… Which is how they hold onto a 4 star rating even though they are, at best, a 2 star hotel! If you read the reviews, you will see that often after a terrible customer review, there are three or four perfect reviews that look and sound like they were written by the same person [same kind of comments with same spelling mistakes] . Horrible cleaning, a real mess, pool open until after 10 pm, lots of noise, people smoking marijuana, hookah, glass bottles around the pool. Total disrespect, there were children in the pool. Extension to the pool with loud music. As if the pool were private. Poorly educated, lazy employees. I do not recommend. Completely messy, unfamiliar environment, horrible.

Don't waste your money, terrible facilities, terrible reception, the towels are terrible, the photos are by far what the place is, the air conditioning is terrible i.e. it doesn't work and of course, lots and lots of mosquitoes in the room. Ah yes, very far from the beach and to have breakfast you need to go somewhere else.

We have been in Puntacana many times and this hotel has the best location . Beach was clean without seaweed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits! Beach clubhas DJ and bar with snacks. We recommend this hotel.

Good offer for the price eith amazing location on the beach. Breakfast was delicious and evening intertaiment was cool. We slreafy plsn to come back in March with a big groop friends and also family !!
