We arrived on the 5th of May 2023 for 14nts until the 19th. Up grading to their Premium package sounded like a great idea and after experiencing a problem with the Premium service, I booked a meeting with the head Concierge Flor De Leon. Flor, was outstanding, very supportive and put all the necessary processes in place. We received our own butler called Jobrailyn Romero Cedeno, Jo was excellent, he planned and organised our needs so all we had to do was relax and enjoy our time. We were also introduced to Miguel Angel, he was always calling to see us and checking what needed to happen did and what a fantastic job he did, his operational Managerial skills were outstanding. What Flor did and put in place made this one of the best holidays that we have had. All the staff work long hours and very hard to please the guests so some of the negative reviews are just sound bites and the criticism with regards to the booking in time it takes has no reflection on how much you will enjoy the Hotel. There is an army of staff that take care of the grounds and poolsides, also the beach area and probably never get a thank you or a mention but we really appreciated their hard work. We also had a wonderful Lady clean our room every day, who was pleasant and wonderful to speak to. We would highly recomened this Hotel to visit, it is very impressive the "Impressive" and we intend to return hopefully next year. Thank you Flor to you and all for the great time we had. …

Was a relaxing and beautiful trip!! We came for the beach and it did not disappoint! Also you get a butler when you get here, and we highly recommend our Butler Manuel Perez!! His supervisor Julia Roberts was awesome too. He was amazing and took care of allot of the little details!! Also all the staff were so friendly!!

I had nevsr been to a resort of any kind before and the advice from our lovely new friends from Nova Scotia at the end of our trip was to not rate any resort against this one as it is far superior to any they had been to. From stepping off the shuttle to the hotel (included in our package) and the warm service we received where our friends we travelled with were housed very close to us, to our very friendly butler Angel...we fell in love with the resort right away. In booking the premium package we not only enjoyed the buffet and all the restaurants Angel booked for us, we also frequented the premium lounge for food and fantastic drinks and the premium pools for the best marguaritas and some mamajuana! We never had to reserve a chair at the beach or pools, we were always welcomed warmly and the service was exceptional. We had room service (included) that was fantastic and the ladies at the cafe made the most delicious coffees for my morning relax and read. Some exceptional staff to mention are Marta and her beautiful friend at the buffet (I am drawing a blank on her name...short hair, beautiful,beautiful red lips) and David and of course Jonas the MVP Michael Jordan of the crew! I could name every waiter, bartender, cleaner, all the staff as being exceptional as I really feel this is an impressive crew. The other thing i noticed in our wonderful pampering is the lack of trash and litter. It may seem like a no brainer, but the facilities are so clean and so well maintained that even if someone leaves dishes or garbage...it is cleaned up very quickly and the grounds are beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. Now that i know what it is too be pampered, I will surely be back. Also, we booked thru redtag and got a wonderful deal...then the impending strike happened and when we contacted rest at Roula D. Sorted it all out and booked us on AirTransat and it was a wonderful experience. …

Our butler Jobrailyn was great really helpful and made our stay a great experience. He would definitely a reason to come back. The breakfast and lunch in the Italian was special the view was a million dollars. The entertainment was good especially the Micheal Jackson show.

Shame on Air Transat for falsely describing this resort. My husband and I work hard to enjoy a week of vacation twice a year. We enjoy and splurge on extra services that this resort apparently offered but when we arrived it was a completely evident that we were fooled by false hopes. Upon arrival we were given a room in the back of the hotel that definitely was not the room category we paid for. The front desk staff was beyond rude and unprofessional- beyond anything I have ever experienced. Concierge service was non existent, food was blah - cold tasteless and lacked variety. We enjoy meeting the staff and love to tip and thank them for good service. Needless to say we left with half our tip money. A warm hello and smile from staff would go a long way but we only met one staff member who even made a friendly gesture to us. Please do not waste your money vacation time or energy on this resort. There are so many other resorts that outshine this one by far. Air Transat - I will never trust you again.…

Just returned from a week at Impressive Premium Punta Cana with 3 girlfriends. We have been to many all inclusive hotels in Dominican, Cuba, and Antigua and this was our absolute favorite by far. From the moment we arrived at the Premium Front Desk, our vacation was perfect. We upgraded to a pool view room and did NOT regret it. We were on the bottom floor and 6 steps away from the premium pool. The beautiful beach was close by, all the restaurants were within a short walking distance. Premium guests have access to a reserved section on the beach. The hotel was 98% full but you would never know it. Always chairs around the pool and at the beach. Staff was very friendly. Drinks were great. Pools and gardens very clean. The room had a double shower and a separate washroom. Beds were extremely comfortable. Our butler helped us get reservations at all the restaurants. Ranked least favorite to best - Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, The Grill. The large buffet had great food, and there was a smaller buffet at the Premium Lobby for quick breakfasts and lunches. Pizza (at Snack Time) was great too. Lots of entertainment, white party on Sunday nights on the beach. Michael Jackson show was incredible (I know, you have seen lots of these, but this one was fantastic). PS you do not need reservations for breakfast and lunch at the Italian Resto and the Grill. Take advantage of it if you want to change up going to the buffet. Room service was free for Premium guests, and we did this one night but it wasn't great. All in all, we loved our vacation and highly recommend this hotel. IMPRESSIVE for sure and we will be back one day. …

We had an awesome time at Impressive Premium. The staff were all excellent, and our butler, Angel Pacheco, was wonderful! On our first night we had a problem with our safe and he stayed with us until it was fixed! We loved the Premium Lounge as well. The evening bartenders ( 2 ladies, I'm sorry I don't remember theirs names) were friendly and made the best drinks! All the restaurants were great and the portions were more than generous. I will look forward to returning!!
