This was the worst experience I ever had in my life, we booked 2 apartments both of them for 2 people. Each apartment has a total price of 20.77 for the night, base on the price that was set up on the web. (Look at the picture). I set up my credit car for the payment to be debited but they never did, wen we get there the guy how gave us the keys tell us we have to pay 46 dollars instead of 20.77 bc the cleaning was 25 dollars. What mean we par 92dollars on total for the 2 apartments that were supposed to cost 46 for both. On top of that the service was really bad and the and also the attention. They didn’t even gave us a bottle of water that is the most simple thing to do. Wouldn’t stay there ever.

Rachel and Wesley were very pleasant and helpful and were very kind to try to speak english. I also typed into Google Translate on my phone so they could read Spanish. The apartment we were given was next to the noisy reception office...many loud voices, cleaning staff talking loudly outside our door, phones ringing, etc. It was a 2 bdrm first floor apartment that had no locks on 2 of the kitchen windows, very few dishes, older tv but that was fine as it had many english stations, firm beds which was fine and air con in both bedrooms...above the bed :( Feeling a bit scared, we asked for a different room the next morning and were given the apartment directly above the first one. lol. Similar noise level but that was ok...there were at least locks on all windows here. No english on any channels, my mattress was completely shot on the one side, lots more dishes which was great. Pool was cloudy...children were allowed to spit (and who knows what else) and have huge horseplay so we only went in a little on our first day. Very few lounge chairs but we never had a problem getting a couple. Dangerous tiles that were not secure around the edge of the pool. Excellent email communication with the resort when we reserved a taxi (Sandoval) through this hotel. The driver was there when we arrived and was prompt on our departure. He runs on "Dominican time" when picking you up the the beach, though. One of the times he was late he said he was at the airport picking someone up and yet his daughter was in the front seat. Oh well, not a biggie. While I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends or family, it is inexpensive, friendly people, reliable taxi driver, remote controlled air con, and it was a short walk to a large grocery/department store and a few restaurants.

Room Tip: 2nd or 3rd floor on opposite side of the Reception Office...probably less noisy and good...

This was a last minute booking. The staff that met us was very welcoming. Helped us get check-in. The apartment in the inside needs some updates and kitchen supplies. But in the morning I had 3 staff knock on my door. 2 was housekeeping which I told each time what time I was leaving. Once in English and another time in Spanish. The 3rd, person wanted a copy of my passport or ID for the stay. Which I thought that was weird because. I have rented many apartments in Punta cana and no one has ask me for a copy. The price for the apartment was nice, but the cleaning fee was high. Overall is was a ok. Wouldn't book for more than 2 nights.

I was amazed at the cleanliness of this place, everything we needed were available. The staffs were extremely helpful, especially Rachel, Judith and Wesly. The location is ideal as the stores and supermarket were within walking distance, about 5 minutes away. As for beach lovers, the staffs will make the necessary arrangement for you to get there. I highly recommend this place, base on location, price, comfort and helpfulness of the staffs.

We are always looking for an accommodation that is comfortable and provides the needs of a family that is traveling. These apartments are a perfect fit! The price is perfect and the location works if you have transportation. Our first time here was just an overnight before our early flight out the next morning...we are already planning our next trip!

This property is great if you want to engage with locals. The property is pretty far from any of the Punta Cana festivities so it’s a must that you have a car. The room overall was ok for the price. I actually had to move from one apartment to another because the shower was stopped up. I felt very safe and the people who cleaned daily never made my safety jeopardized. I probably wouldn’t stay if I came to Punta Cana next time.

The room we had was run down and I reserved 2 queen beds with 2 rooms and the beds we go was full-size beds and they brought in a roll away bed the was sunken in the middle no support at all my kid ended up sleeping in our bed cause it was uncomfortable the bathtub enamel was chipped and run down looking. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking from the people above us. That was gross. The only nice perk was having a complimentary shuttle to take us to the beach and mall areas. If you walk a few blocks you will find restaurant and grocery so there is stuff in walking distance (15 mins walk). You get a limited amount of towels and you not supposed to take them to the beach. We took ours cause we didn't bring any towels. The pool is cold it's not heated and the smaller pool is not a hot tub just a small pool. Also there is no elevators and stairs good thing we were on the second floor. Cause I can't imagine carrying my bags and stroller up 5 flights of stairs. I wouldn't recommend staying here. We made it work for the 4 days we where here since it was new years hoildays and everything was booked up.

Only advantage is the close proximity to the airport. Stayed for one night before heading to our resort. No restaurants or stores within walking distance. Suggest you bring food, they do have a fridge & microwave. Also read fine print when booking. There is a cleaning fee that you have to pay at the property, which is not included in the price you pay online.
