    ...When we get to our hotel room, the room itself is very large, nice, clean, but there was water leaking out the side of the bathroom, we informed the front desk the first day but we didn’t get a room change, instead they had someone come to dry up the floor but the water starts sipping out again overnight, so we had to use a towel to cover the leaks, but because our stay was short, we did not insist on the room change the next day. But interestingly they call my friend who stayed at the room across from us the next day saying they apologize for the leak, but we were the room with the leak so the whole company feels very disorganized... The hotel room key we have to be very careful because the second you place it next to the phone, it deactivates, and it gets very frustrating when you are staying in a room far from the lobby and the room key is not working because it got deactivated, including the time we make it purposely to the lobby to change the key and we didn’t put it anywhere next to the phone and when we get back to the hotel it deactivated again...

We called the night before and spoke to someone at the front desk to ask if they could extend the days of our reservation due to our flight being cancelled... Finally at noon, they kicked us out of the hotel saying we couldn't stay because the hotel was full and they had no room to placed us... They said we needed to leave the hotel because our room was already booked... The airport was closed, it was impossible to be booked, this was the morning after a hurricane and this people kicked us out of the hotel not caring for anything else but business...

    First, it is a beautiful, clean resort and admittedly I may be a little harsh but it is expensive so I have high expectations... The beach was beautiful but there are vendors that walk the beach every day all day and you have to say no thank you many times to the same people... At a “Hard Rock” I would have expected more live music... I think because we booked through a member we got the hard sell... We had been at the resort for 24 hours and they asked us to commit for $30,000 we kindly said no and then had to say no to 6 more people andvarying other offers before they would give us the “free” zip lining... This place is all about selling vacation memberships and in order to get butlers and all the amenities some places provide for free you must join... All in all, we had a nice time but nothing stood out as spectacular and for the cost, I would not return...

They also did not honor the free airport transfers that were included when I booked the rooms because I tried to confirm them six days before our trip... They did offer me a private transfer for $95; however I found a reputable company that I hired for $55... She introduces me to her supervisor who basically tries to sell me on booking with any Hard Rock resort for next year at a "great price" but I needed to give them a deposit on the spot...

It feels like a meat market where all guests are literally seen as walking dollars for the company to take advantage of... To start with we had to sit through a 2 1/2 hour sales presentation where 4 separate sales reps aggressively tried to sell us $29,000 membership... From being the price down the $17,500 to people cheering and music playing each time they made a sale in the sales room... In the end I just had to say that I have no money to get out the room but in doing so they went from being overly friendly to being very rude... The resort credits aren’t worth much, in the one gift shop that you can use credits in they virtually quadruple the prices and tell you it’s 75% off...

    ...The hotel while very large has no outdoor dining at restaurants and only has two bars for evening drinks (both very loud) which also have no outdoor space. Menu states two red and white wines but only Chardonnay was offered and for a five star resort this isn’t acceptable... You can be treated sub par in some areas if you aren’t rock royalty (and they know this from your wristband!)... While we did have a nice time sat in the sun, we will not be returning as other similar priced resorts offer much better dining/drinks options... Hotel also offers mini golf etc but all at extra costs... At the end of our trip, we were told the hotel isn’t up to scratch and that we could come back at a “reduced price” but had to pay $450 there and then to secure it!... Not sure why we would come back when the hotel itself is stating it is not good enough... Having been to the Riviera Maya property this wasn’t up to the same standards...

    ...If you are travelling from Europe, like myself, then you're in for a shock. This resort is no more than a 3*+ Hotel in Europe, or anywhere outside of the Dominican tbh... I mean who can drink 15-20 rum punches ina day and not feel tipsy, but go to the restuarant bar and have 3 and be on your way... The food, is quite frankly terrible... It's typical American high sugar, high salt content mush... And tips by the way are given after every single drink, every request for a new glass, everything, it's ridiculous...

    Do not stay here.... from the moment we checked in this was a nightmare. The hotel does not bother to mention they are going to constantly try and upcharge for everything but even worse they give your information to a timeshare agent who claims to be part of the hotel staff to help arrange dinners and free attractions during your stay... Hotel claims to have transportation but when arriving they automatically try to upsale you or force you to wait a half hour... Never ever will I endure this again... run far away from hard rock punta cana.....

Front desk were SUPER AGGRESSIVE at check out and added 1100 to the trip and wouldnt provide detailed billing, said printer wasnt working and wouldnt let us leave until we paid the bill, literally wouldnt give us a ticket to show transport to go to airport... Wouldnt go back here due to this aggressive behavior and the overly expensive nature of the hotel...

    I have been to this resort 4x, and each time it changes and they keep taking away. Example the spa you spend $350 on an 80-minute massage and now they want to charge you $100 , of resort credits, to use the spa amenities including steam room sauna hot tub... Most spa usually only charge you to use the amenities if you don't have a service... Next, they used to give you steak and lobster at the steak restaurant, last time we were there if you wanted lobster you'd have to use your resort credits and be charged the service fee of 20 to 25%... Being an owner in the timeshare is not worth it stay away... I would stay at another resort, once I finish using up my credits... I mean who charges to use spa amenities when you book an 80-minute massage?...

In the past 12 years we have NEVER been charged for this... They now want $10/$20 per day for it... Not even Las Vegas charges for this!... Nothing about bringing canned beer on ice to the pool or trying to do anything to make it right considering how much money people have spent... I can get as much beer as I want brought to my room but they can't even bring a six-pack out on ice to the pool for their members!... And they "claim" COVID-19 causes prices changes & increases"... If money is tight you don't start huge billion dollar projects!... When asked about any of this the "VIP Services" just point fingers at each other while trying to get you to upgrade for obscene amounts of money!... These guys have a ton of competition and there is no way they will be able to survive what these other properties are offering... I only hope my review helps people out and gets them to stay away... Myself and many other members have talked on our trip and we are all disgusted with how this property has turned out... There are other resorts that offer way better service, way better prices and honestly are a better investment!...

My husband bought white Hennessy which is normally $75 in California, but was $186 in their liquor store, so make sure you ASK about prices... 4 cigars and a cutter also cost $320 at their Cana Market... I don't see any reason why we'd come back, we'd definitely try to find a nicer/more generous resort...

    Overall, I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone... It was bad enough to say if I could go back, I would have just reschedule the trip in entirety instead of going here... The staff was friendly but so clearly uneducated on how to provide that resort experience we paid thousands of dollars to get... Seriously, just stay somewhere else...

My room had a leak from the ceiling and they kept telling me they would change my room they waited until my very last night at 6/7pm to finally provide me with a new room which was a DOWNGRADE from the room I paid for... I have stayed plenty of places and if something was wrong with my room they would either switch me to a room of equivalent value and if it was not available a room upgrade was provided... All the employees wanted to do was provide credits for another stay but my husband and I REFUSE to ever come back to this resort again... There were other resorts that cost less that we had a better experience at...

    ...we opted to get a family photoshoot but again it wasn't included in our resort credit but the photoshoot people gave us prices that wasn't quoted on their price list... once we complained to front desk we got greeted by fred boutouba a hard rock director which fixed our problems for the last night but it shouldn't be that way to complain for a week and a director to get things fixed when paying excessive money for a holiday... as I've been twice now me and my new family will not be staying again which we have all decided...

When a storm hit and all of their food options were limited and no amenities available, they wanted us to spend $300 for the night... We went to another 5-star all inclusive down the road for half the price and had an amazing night... That’s the NEW one” so I’d tell you that this one’s a little too old for the price...

    Horrible food, horrible staff, horrible management, horrible service... I will never ever ever stay at another hard rock hotel, especially in punta cana!!!... I guess their reputation doesn’t mean much because I expected way better for a hard rock hotel... Worst “all-inclusive” experience of my life... The all-inclusive is a joke because they upcharge for tons of things or charge for things like a whole coconut drink without having a sign or letting you know until after you start drinking and it’s too late to say you don’t want it... Seriously, you’ve been warned not to stay here unless you like having horrible vacations...

    ...When we get to our hotel room, the room itself is very large, nice, clean, but there was water leaking out the side of the bathroom, we informed the front desk the first day but we didn’t get a room change, instead they had someone come to dry up the floor but the water starts sipping out again overnight, so we had to use a towel to cover the leaks, but because our stay was short, we did not insist on the room change the next day... The beach is very nice, very clean, long stretch of beach with mild-moderate waves...

    ...Our door lock was loose and we found our door open after they cleaned our room... Reception hardly ever answered the phone from the room... When I asked to see if I can get reimbursed the last 2 nights that I paid for but wasn’t going to be in, the supervisor didn’t even give me the courtesy to speak to me herself bu at her sent the guy at check out to tell me that was an issue for reservation department... They had me full out a form and supposedly would get back to me, which I know won’t happen because this resort is quick to take out money, but won’t help out in cases of emergency... Lastly, the welcome breakfast took over 2 hours instead of the 90 minutes and they had 3 different people insist to the point where I was uncomfortable... Very bad impression I expected better service and a different experience...

    ...We had a small hiccup in our first few days and we mentioned it to staff, what can I say, these guys pulled out all the stops to make our stay Perfect... Do not worry about it being too big, there are golf buggies riding around 24/7 you won't wait more than a few minutes to get a ride... We preferred the main pool which had fun staff and entertainment throughout the day... The service around the pool was amazing... Room service, lots of choice and great service... Special mention to Judith who made our stay extra special!... She genuinely wants you to have the best holiday and she gets back to you so quickly with any queries and another mention to Fred the general manager who is always walking around making sure guests are happy!...

    Transport from the airport took forever, and the car was a wreck... The next day I spent 8 hours swapping rooms and got a livable suite... Room service was always wrong... The minibar was refilled only after calling reception... Toro and Zen required reservations which our key person managed to secure most of the time... A convention was going on, and at precisely 13.00, hungry attendees were released to the lunch service... So did easy access to drinks and snacks...

    The hotel was very average, staff friendly initially on welcome and check in. Rooms nice but only 3 star quality, room service, cleaning and minibar were good... Bar staff and waiting staff varied... Drinks at bar were very poor, no cocktail menu, all drinks served in a very small plastic beaker which kids drinks would be served in, even on an an evening all drinks even wine are served in a beaker which you would not expect from hard rock... For how much we paid standards were very poor and I have been to better 3 stars in Spain...

    ...The hotel itself is very big, a bit overwhelming to get around, but it does provide free trams that takes you around the places but maybe due to the fact that it’s a busy wedding weekend at the resort, often times we see tram pass by and it already has a lot of people and we often gotta wait 2-3 tram pass by to get in. Just to give one example, we were having dinner at the Market restaurant and a waiter kept yelling in our ears "todo bien todo bien" every 2 minutes... One minute later the same guy got a 5 dollar tip and helped another guest to move a table... If you tip, you need to pray to get a decent service... If you tip hard, you will get a decent service...

    having stayed at this hotel 2017 me and my partner absolutely loved it. having gone back a second time as a family i have noticed a massive change in service... if you tip then you are treated well on the day at that specific place... many room service people stand at the door and expect a tip... I know it sounds horrible but i tip based on service i tipped many times throughout my stay... Every time we went for breakfast Spanish speaking family's got everything they wanted instantly and we waited an hour for water or juices/coffee which is disgusting considering the table next to us that spoke Spanish got served everything immediately... room service was quick when we tipped but then slowed down when we didn't... considering we had an 8 month old baby fresh water took about an hour... once we complained to front desk we got greeted by fred boutouba a hard rock director which fixed our problems for the last night but it shouldn't be that way to complain for a week and a director to get things fixed when paying excessive money for a holiday...

    Went back a third time as the hotel gave us a free upgrade voucher due to the poor experience the second time... It meant we had 3 showers and toilets so no fighting to go first... Our fridge was always well stocked and now that the optics were removed we had lots of mini bottles of alcohol given to us... This time it's all extra if you only book for a massage you go straight to a room...

    We had a great time at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana this past week, it seemed like there was always something to do or see... First the good, the resort was beautiful and expansive with more areas to explore than we had time... That is something we look for, as a small resort can get boring after a week... The entertainment shows were fun they gave us something to do at the end of the day... The service and employees were great they kept the drinks coming and made sure your meal service was great... I personally enjoyed the music playing all over the resort, for once it wasn’t just club music playing but a lot of the old hits... We also loved how big the beach area was and how many pools were available to use... So we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to lay down or on umbrella to sit under... We enjoy walking and looked forward to exploring but the constant traffic from mini bikes to the trains and room service carts was a bit frustrating... Being a coffee lover we didn’t like that the room only had an espresso maker, so a morning cup was a 15 min walk to the lobby, waiting for the restaurant to open or waiting 45 mins for room service...

Pool staff work very hard and do bring drinks to you which was much appreciated... While we did have a nice time sat in the sun, we will not be returning as other similar priced resorts offer much better dining/drinks options... Hotel also offers mini golf etc but all at extra costs... At the end of our trip, we were told the hotel isn’t up to scratch and that we could come back at a “reduced price” but had to pay $450 there and then to secure it!...

    ...It was under renovations but luckily re-opened during our stay, and it was no short of extraordinary. You enter through the back of one of the store fronts and it is bright and welcoming... The staff are friendly and remember the kids and pump them up about the days activities... The inside is bright and nicely decorated with an indoor playground, a trampoline park with basketball net, a cooking area, beauty area, theatre, gym area, lego tables and lots more... They were able to participate in activities right in the kids area (like Slime Lab) or they had the option to go with the staff to do other activities like a treasure hunt and mini golf... The kids had fun there and we were able to enjoy some lounging by the pool knowing they were safe and enjoying themselves...

    ...From the point of arriving right up until the end of our vacation our butlers Wander, David, Elvido & Ivan went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of our vacation was a true pleasure, and made us feel like kings and queens all week. Wander made us feel like family and was there for us every step of way during our whole week, from room accommodations, dinner and show reservations and then some... When Wander was helping others guests, David and Elvido stepped in always with respectful happy smiles everyday always making sure that we had everything we needed... Santos at the Legendary pool was exceptional!!... He ALWAYS greeted us with a smile everyday, made sure we were always taken very good care of with al our beverages at the pool, and welcomed us into the for truck restaurant and food areas and truly showed us so much respect and feed us wonderful food... Randy at the Legendary pool was also always helpful, respectful and made sure we were taken care of... I also want to make sure that David and Elvido get raves as well, because each and everyday they always made sure every aspect of each detail of our stay was incredible... Ivan thanks for a great stay, The three butlers, Wander, David & Elvido, we can't thank enough for truly making our vacation as a whole group feel like we were royalty...

    ...The hotel staff "upsell sales pitch" (meet him for a 90 minute sales pitch) to get a higher level of service begins the minute you check into the hotel when the hotel directs you to your "Concierge". BEWARE that the simple task of making the required dinner reservations at the 7 restaurants, golf t-times and spa treatments will not be a simple task... Like my family I heard many complaints that the reality of these "conciege" employees is to upsell you to get you to join the "legends" level of stay... Beware that its not enough to get up early to reserve a chair by the pool or beach... Great place for families that want the Disneyland, cruise experience... Also animals allowed on the beach for more barking...

    This place is truly paradise and the people who work here are awesome. They are the main reason we keep coming back!... The grounds are kept in perfect condition and the entire property is beautiful and clean... The restaurants are delicious and that’s saying a lot considering it’s all inclusive... Bowling, arcade, escape room, virtual reality, miniature golf, brand new water park, etc... If you plan to spend time at the beach, rent a cabana & hope Selandia, Rosanna, or Digne is working that day... They are the ones who really make your trip special... From putting champagne & snacks in your room while you’re away, rose petals on the bed, escorting you to dinner reservations, making sure your room is ready when you check in, & anything else you may need, having a butler is the way to go... She kept the room very clean every day and even put flower arrangements throughout as just something extra...

    Stayed here for the last week of December and it was an amazing trip. Things we loved: There is a secret waterpark in the back of the resort that no one knows about... Kids had a 9 slide waterpark to themselves every afternoon... There are "Secret" huts by the main pool that serve roasted chicken, rice and vegetables and that was some of the best food we had for lunch... We had so much dessert, prepare to stop by the ice cream shop with your kids after every meal... They had a flowrider...and while extra, my 12 year old daughter loved it... It's hard to find a pool chair unless you get up early or are part of their VIP club... There are enough pools that you don't need to go into the ocean... Bring singles, people who take care of you really appreciate it when you throw them a couple bucks...but you don't have to...

    I have been to this resort 4x, and each time it changes and they keep taking away. Example the spa you spend $350 on an 80-minute massage and now they want to charge you $100 , of resort credits, to use the spa amenities including steam room sauna hot tub... I don't know any spas that charges you to use The amenities if you booked a service... Most spa usually only charge you to use the amenities if you don't have a service... Next, you used to be able to use your resort credits to upgrade your wine... I mean who charges to use spa amenities when you book an 80-minute massage?...

    The resort is nice, needs some updating especially some concrete around the pools... We knew that some things were extra for the kids but charging $10 American for ONE round of bowling per kid each time was a bit ridiculous, this is something that should be included in the price, same with mini golf...

    This was our 11th year visiting the Hard Rock Hotel and golf course and second visit post COVID... It is refreshing to see that they are constantly renovating some part of the resort... Every year upon our return something has either been renovated or added... Our building was totally renovated, and the rooms have a much brighter feel to them... The tub that was previously occupying space inside the room has now been moved outside making the room much more spacious... Toro has been totally renovated and has an upscale appeal to it... They have also added a burger and shawarma eatery at the front of the resort... The Market was totally renovated last year and has a fresher, wide-open feel to it... Pool areas never seem overly crowded as they have so many of them and never an issue finding a spot either at the pool or beach... All of the staff from the pro shop to the back shop work extremely hard at making your round of golf enjoyable... The pro shop is stocked with an exceptionally good selection of clothing and golf accessories... The beverage cart is stocked with sandwiches, snacks, and ample beverages... After your round you can relax with a cocktail in the bar that overlooks the 18th green...

    ...When we get to our hotel room, the room itself is very large, nice, clean, but there was water leaking out the side of the bathroom, we informed the front desk the first day but we didn’t get a room change, instead they had someone come to dry up the floor but the water starts sipping out again overnight, so we had to use a towel to cover the leaks, but because our stay was short, we did not insist on the room change the next day... Possibly also because of the busy weekend, when we show up for breakfast at the buffet restaurant at around 10AM, there was no champagne, and no other liquor, but hard to believe because it’s a huge resort and its never out of alcohol at the bar... The pool is amazing, there’s quite a few pool so it’s not too crowded and we didn’t have too much of a hard time getting a spot, although initially they did run out of beach towels probably just because again a very busy weekend... The beach is very nice, very clean, long stretch of beach with mild-moderate waves... Sand feels super soft, never out of beach chairs, there are so many beach chairs and different sections of the beach!... I think the pool and the beach are the best part about this hotel, but not so much for the other parts of the hotel...

    Excellent resort with great restaurants and pools... Our room phone does not work and this means we have no way of reporting faults or ordering room service or reservations... More like 2 or 3 star facility regarding the rooms...

    ...The pools were nice, but there was very little wait staff to come around for drinks... The trolley system they offer to take you around the resort is irregular, so you don't know if you are going to wait 2 or 20 minutes for one to come by...

    ...Room service is great for breakfast, we did that most days so it was delivered as we got organised for the day so saved us some time. Swim up bar in the middle can get busy and rowdy, so if you want a quieter pool experience pick a different spot there’s plenty to choose from Water park is a great addition for kids, opens at 10 and there’s mini golf tucked away near block 5B We’ve had really decent food everywhere we’ve eaten... Great options by the pools which means you don’t need to get changed to head indoors No complaints...

    ...The room was huge it was a family suite and we had a second room with interconnecting door. It meant we had 3 showers and toilets so no fighting to go first... Our fridge was always well stocked and now that the optics were removed we had lots of mini bottles of alcohol given to us... We tries the escape rooms which were fun and I would definitely recommend the awaken your senses dining experiences not cheap but all the food and drinks were lovely... The spa was a bit disappointing last time we came you booked a massage and got to use the whole spa before so you got into the swimwear used the steam room sauna mud room went for your massage then got to use the pool... This time it's all extra if you only book for a massage you go straight to a room... We had an additional person with us and I kept telling them how amazing the spa is that there's the steam room etc so after the experience they were disappointed...

Hotel's Favorite
The Hard Rock In Punta Cana is by far our favorite vacation destination. This facility is spotless, beautiful and a true non-stop ride...I need a vacation from my vacation. The list of the to-do's is a mile long and everyone is exceptionally nice and engaging. My diet was wrecked from all of the delicious foods and the variety of restaurants. This is the true WOW factor. You can't walk 50 feet without some type of food offerings, even at the pool, shopping mall or even outside the casino. We can't wait to go back at Christmas for another visit.

Just arrived and have to say the check in just ruined my whole day. Screwed up our room gave us key to another persons room where we walked into another family’s room walk back to front assured key would work and it did not! Trying to tell me know other rooms available until tomorrow. They just ruined my first day!

The resort is too spread out and too big. I understand that the resort is family friendly however very rarely did I see parents actually being parents. Children were running all over, jumping in lines and just grabbing food with their bare hands. We attempted to schedule an excursion 3 different times and every time we were told we had to attend a potential members breakfast to go on an excursion for free. We even told the representative that we wanted to pay for the excursion and still were unable to schedule the excursion. We had resort credits from being there as a legendary members guest, we were told by numerous different employees what the resort credits were and how to use them. Throughout the entire week stay we couldn’t get a straight answer, couldn’t use the resort credits and still didn’t get to enjoy an excursion. Most of the employees didn’t treat guests well unless those guests were tipping the employees. We have traveled to many all-inclusive resorts and never been expected to tip nor have we been treated poorly because of the tipping. There were also many inconsistencies with food preparation, answers to questions and overall assistance from staff to guests.

Long wait times for some restaurants. No pizza for late night menu. No one serving on beach for drinks. Have to go to the bar in the back but they were friendly. Toro was horrible. Mediterranean food was the best.

Long waits for check in with no water or food - we were 65 guests attending a wedding and everybody had the same complain of check-In time. Check out was simple and quick. Some rooms were equiped better than other - we had no water bottle or drinks when the HOTEL boasts all inclusive.

Another great week at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana. This was our fourth time here. They keep making improvements and they are wonderful!! We stayed in a Presidential Suite in Building 1A. The location in great for the beach and member pool. It is the farthest away from the lobby, most of the restaurants, spa, casino and the shows. They do have trolleys to help with transportation. We were on the 2nd floor and had a partial view of the ocean. There is a wedding venue that is right in front of the building. There were several events while we were there. Noise was not an issue but if you sit on your patio you can observe all that is going on inside of the venue instead of enjoying an Ocean view. Maybe the 3rd or 4th floor would be better! The room is very nice with lots of great upgrades. Lots of room to spread out! Everything has been remodeled. A huge shout out to our Butler Samuel. Samuel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. We connected before our trip. He had the “extras” I had asked for in our room before we arrived. He arranged all of our dinners and tee times on and off of the resort. We saw him everyday to make sure all was going well! He reserved us great chairs at the pool and the beach every day! His service is above and beyond! We look forward to working with Samuel again soon! Another huge shout out to Pedro at the Members only area at the beach. His service is top notch. He was very attentive and did everything to ensure we were well taken care of! His fun personality makes your day a whole lot better!! We could have spent every day at the beach with Pedro. We are Platinum Hall of Fame members. Unfortunately I do have a couple of concerns. One is: Make sure when you sign your contract that everything you discussed/promised is in the contract down to the smallest perk. We upgraded a year ago. At the time, we were told we were at the highest level and would receive small perks. One perk was to receive a golf cart at the larger properties. This is now a benefit for only Chairman level. Rental fee was $120 per day. Not a huge deal but it is a little frustrating. At the time of our upgrade, there was no mention of Chairman Club. We returned 3 months later to find out this is a new level. Maybe it is or maybe it's not but some of the perks we were told we would receive are not available for the Platinum Hall of Fame Members. Second complaint: In order to address any issues, you have to meet with a Legendary Club manager. They are always trying to sell more and not listening to current concerns. They will take care of what you thought your were suppose to have if you upgrade again. I do appreciate them doing their job but it never only takes the 1 hour like you are told it will. Do not enjoy wasting half a day every time we come. Overall we love our time spent at the Hard Rock. The service is amazing and the grounds are well kept. The service this time was the best we have ever received. We always look forward to our next vacation!! Show less

This place is wonderful, amazing, magic... We spent the whole thanksgiving week and our experience could not been better. Our butlers Wander and Rafael were fantastic!!! Five stars for both of them!!! They made sure we were having a great time with beautiful surprises, special attention, and always a step ahead of our needs. The best ones we've had!! Can't wait to go back!!

I had the most AMAZING time at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana. I got married there and we used JJ Studio as our photography company Lester who was our videographer was so kind to my husband and me. JJ Studio is fantastic; the pictures and videos we got from our special day are BREATH-TAKING. Without a doubt for any special occasions, make sure to book them because your pictures that will last a lifetime will be beautiful and make you so happy. The female photographer who is from Italy (I cannot remember her name) was phenomenal she made me feel comfortable and confident.
