...We stayed at the adults only Elegance Club... The rooms could use a little updating but weren’t terrible... They were cleaned daily and we were provided with clean towels that smelt fresh like they just came out of the dryer...

...The resort needs to come up with a signup system to reserve the beds because people just leave their towels on them and they are unused for large stretches of time... ...We were advised that there was a problem with our reservation and our rooms were not available. The representative was apologetic but explained that the resort wanted us to be happy and would provide us with a swim-up room on the adults side and a gift voucher useably for various amenities on the resort including their gift shop... With card in hand our bags were taken, and we were shown to our room... The six of us had rooms near each other and the my wife and I apparently lucked out as we received a Swim Out Family Suite... The suite itself was very nice, with two separate areas which were made up of a bedroom with in room jacuzzi, and a separate TV living area with a pull out sofa... The room would be fantastic for families with children as you'd have the option of your tv, bedroom, and bathroom without having to walk back and forth... On the following day, we made the move to our new rooms and were happy to find that we had all been kept together in the same building and had all been upgraded to the walkout jacuzzi rooms...

...We just had to message him if we needed anything from a dinner reservation or room service ordered help with getting more beer sent to our room… Henry gets five stars!!!...

...Even if from our point of view is too much (why you need Jacuzzi in each room I still do not understand, since you go for the see and beach) Rooms are large with sufficient space and there are elevators spread over the resorts if you do not like stairs...

My roommate and I stayed at the Majestic Elegence during the week of her 30th birthday... I’d highly recommend the upgrade the the Elegence Club, have access to the adult only rooms/pools/beach area and breakfast and lunch at the Italian restaurant made our trip feel above and beyond what expected... He went out of his way to make sure her birthday was special with room decorations and champagne and orange juice in the room for mimosas!...

...Our room was large and was located 3 rooms from the beach... Our room needed a dehumidifier as it was very humid even with the AC running constantly with shades closed during the day as well... Room key kept not working so I had to go to the Elegance Club lounge to get them reloaded again... Room was old and things were rusted or just broken and didn’t work...

...The room did have a few flaws, our electricity went out resulting in having to call customer service to have them send someone to fix it...

I stayed at this hotel in one of the upgraded rooms with the sky rooftop Jacuzzi. We had a butler right when we walked into the room I noticed how dirty the room was it was not prepared for people to be staying in it they had to change the sheets which had stains on them the tables and the furniture had sticky stuff all over them the Jacuzzi was dirty the shower handle was broken and needed to be replaced...

...The compensation offered is an insult and the manager, Marta, claimed she could do nothing else because it is a weekend... This was booked months ago as part of a large group and the incompetence is inconceivable...

...We highly recommend staying in the club section even if it is slightly more expensive because you can skip the long check in line and receive many benefits throughout your stay...

...But at this price range the food is sub par compared to other resorts at this range... We paid almost $600 usd for a family to do the dune buggy/cave/Macao Beach... We were brought to a tourist trap man made little cave which has dirty water and debris floating in it and harassed by the workers to purchase items... After that we were brought to Macao Beach which is beautiful but 100% a tourist trap... We definitely won't be returning to this resort... There is definitely better bang for the buck...

We really enjoyed the property and thought the experience in the Elegance Club was worth the premium we paid for it... Diego was our Butler; he was top notch and very professional...

We sat down and they poured up what we assumed was the house wine, per usual, and after a couple bottles, the sommelier arrived and pulled out his calculator and said that our wine bill was up to $350usd for the 2 bottles... We refused to sign the acceptance form, and left the restaurant... (Wasn't all that good anyway) I was unsettled when I spoke to the hotel manager a day or so later to see the wine charges on the room... On check out, the charges were still there, and when I explained it again, I was asked if we signed for anything to which I said no, The sommelier stated that we prearranged the wine the next night, which was total bs...

...The club section is worth the extra money for the perks provided (butler service, private beach and pool areas) To save a beach or pool huts you need to be down by 6am...

...This was very disappointing to me because I stayed at the Majestic in Mexico and did not have any of these problems. Do not go there they have problems with maintenance and need to fix a lot of things on the property so I would not waste my money on this place until it is fully fixed...

The facebook group for this hotel advised us to bring face cloths because there weren't any provided on their trip, but we had face cloths provided the entire time... Shampoo, towels and hair dryer in the room worked well... Only one day the beach was so full of seaweed we decided not to use it, otherwise it was fairly cleaned up...

...Also, responding to every text we sent him quickly, whether it was dinner or spa reservations or asking the maid to provide us with more wash cloths...

The pools and beach were cleaned multiple times daily and cozy to hang out at The Bali beds were not available early in the morning very often, as people would hoard them very early (4 am) We did manage to get one on a few days after people did move on That was the only issue we had The beach chairs were always available and that’s where we spent most day’s relaxing... The servers on the beach always came around and the bar and washrooms were close I would 100% recommend this resort...

...The beach, while clearly impacted by the hurricanes, is kept clean and you can walk far in both directions... The grounds and the room are very well kept and clean... Pantoja at Elegance Club pool was incredible: inflated floaties, ensured every lounger and Bali bed was spotless, hustling all day to clear any empty glass etc...

...The workers were quick to clear off the seaweed from the beach, they were very helpful, and attentive...

...The hotel itself has nice venues, they are big and clean and the reception especially Elvis at the reception was very professional and tried to be solution oriented... 1) My room was a swim up suite but the pool in front me was dirty … each day pool boys came by cleaned the leaves out but they never took action to clean also the dirty water … on the 3rd day of my stay I complained strongly after I reported this situation and nothing was done …... Within 5 minutes they send staff to clean the dirty water … the pool in front my room was never clean so I had to access the pool from elsewhere 2) day 1 I informed coffeemaker and tv was not working and AC to cold - the coffee maker was fixed the tv never and I was solo traveler so I needed the tv as my company!...

...Our room smelled a little but not horrible it was well cleaned everyday... They interacted with us made sure we had all the towels and everything we needed and made the experience so fun as well... Ezequiel was a waiter at the buffet and was on top of it attentive didn’t let out drinks go empty...

Someone was always there to help us with anything we needed, such as booking excursions, dinners, transportation to and from the airport... The resort was clean, beautiful, and the water was warm... We tried the hydrotherapy at the spa for the first time compliments of Manager Jose Maria, it was great!...

They were cleaned every day and they turned our beds down every night... Everyone you meet is friendly, always helpful and the majority are comfortably bilingual (Spanish/English)... Our Butler Julio, went out of his way to always make sure we had everything to make our trip even more enjoyable... He scheduled all of our dinner reservations and even showed up at some while we were there to see how we liked it... He looked for us every morning and always greeted us with a hug and a huge smile... Julio made every day better without a doubt!... His response time was impeccable and never hesitated to help us with any request... We always felt safe, appreciated, loved and genuinely treated as special guests throughout our entire stay...

...We had such a great time at this resort, everything was clean, the food was delicious, there were many activities going on during the day to choose from and the butler service was fantastic. The room did have a few flaws, our electricity went out resulting in having to call customer service to have them send someone to fix it... The room service was really nice too, lots of yummy meals in the comfort of your room... Our butler Diego Peguero was amazing, always checking up on us, really diligent about our requests and overall a really nice, respectful person... We definitely recommend his service if you get the butler service...

Our stay at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana was thoroughly enjoyable. The food was very good, and the service excellent... We were assigned a butler named Daniel Fanith and when toward the end of the trip we had some personal issues necessitating leaving the resort, he advised us and helped us in person in town until the matter was resolved... We were very grateful for his advice and translation skills... Thanks Daniel, we hope to return again...

...Part of our package/ suite included butler service with whom we had Daniel... We notified Daniel and he sent maintenance right away... So he made arrangements to change out the room right away... Even moving us to one that had water/ pool access right off our patio ... A complimentary bottle of champagne was also part of the package ... He even made arrangements for us to go golfing and took the guess work out of calling and planning reservations ... He was kind and courteous and would send text messages daily that provided details for events and happenings on the resort that day...

...However, they were well maintained and super clean... We stayed in the Elegance Club and found it a worthwhile upgrade... The nicest service was the butler service... Upon checkin we were introduced to Manuel Guzman... He was a great support throughout the whole week, checking in with us daily to ensure our stay was the best possible... He was always accessible in person or through WhatsApp... He was a great resource to connect us with the resort experience during our stay and just genuinely a really nice person to meet and talk with... give them a spa experience, get them out on all the water sport activities)...

...We had a butler right when we walked into the room I noticed how dirty the room was it was not prepared for people to be staying in it they had to change the sheets which had stains on them the tables and the furniture had sticky stuff all over them the Jacuzzi was dirty the shower handle was broken and needed to be replaced. I was there for three nights and out of the three nights I needed maintenance to fix so many problems... When we finally did get the water back it was only the cold water so I was not able to take a shower...

...Never had to wait to be seated anywhere... Room service 24hrs included with a great menu... Friendly staff/good pool entertainment/ not a bad stay... Stronger wifi/food service at pool or on sand would make it even with other 5 star properties...

...The restaurants could not accommodate the guests and the lines were long despite making reservations... Staff was friendly but had no clue how to make a drink... So you always got the bartender special that had all the liqueurs you could throw in a blender...

...From the moment you walk in it is like being welcomed home... The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to anticipate needs and make the experience personal and memorable... Just a few of the all star staff include our butler Melvin, bell boy Junior, and wait staff: Stephany, Mirurgia, and Roberto... This is our go to destination when we want to be absolutely pampered... Pro tip: Treat yourself to hydrotherapy at the spa...

...You get room service, butler service and an exclusive beach bar and pool by staying at the Elegance side... Food was fantastic, room service was very good, no complaints... Butler was very helpful and arranged all of our ala cartes... The spa at this resort was one of the best we have been at, a definite must go... They had multiple saunas, pools and it was simply fantastic, worth the money... There is definitely a tipping culture on this resort such that if you do not tip, you get worse service, which is really too bad especially when you pay what you do to stay at this resort...

Great service, kind and thoughtful attention. There’s always a scheduled activity to participate in, or else you can simply chill at the beach or the pool... Also, butlers Arling and Diego who gave us the warmest welcome and made sure everything was according to our needs during all our stay...

...The resort was clean, there were many restaurant options, and drinks were flowing!... Nevertheless, we were given complete run of the resort, which included the adult only section, and we had an assigned butler (who was excellent)... The pools were plentiful, towel service was well managed... They could use a better beer selection but there was never a problem getting an adult beverage in the restaurants, lobby, by the pool, or the beach... Great time overall, very professional and awesome service...

We just returned from a week in the Elegance Club... They work really hard to ensure a great time by everyone... He works really hard to take care of restaurant reservations and checks in to make sure you have everything you need for a great stay... Marta is the Asst Mgr and supports the staff to provide the best service... The Sea and Sea provides ocean views and daily breakfast until 11:30... We spent most of our time at the beautiful beach relaxing in a Bali bed which is super comfortable or a chaise lounge... The club beach bar is the best for drinks and the staff there are really great... Always friendly and happy to serve you many drinks😀Maxima and her team make you feel like family and she has many friends that come back to see her often... The room wasgiant and clean and the elegance club lounges are great... The swim up bar club area has Ismael and Layder who were both also great bartenders and making for a fun vacation... I would recommend the elegance club upgrade with the exclusive beach and pool areas and ala carte lunch breakfast at the Italian restaurant... An opportunity to improve was the pools are not heated so they can be a little chilly at first... Our first time to Punta Cana and the DR but we would like to return to the Majestic Elegance to say hi to the warm weather, warm ocean and warm staff!...

We spent the most amazing 10 days at this beautiful resort and are already planning a return trip next year. Let’s start with arrival, we stayed in an Elegance Club room and upon arrival were taken to a private room for Club check in... After getting arrival drinks and getting some general resort information we were off on a resort tour... I can’t emphasize enough how beautiful this place is, the grounds are very well maintained and everything was quite clean... Our room (swim up in building 3) was clean, comfortable and beautiful... The Club pool and Club section of the beach were great, a little sargasso on the beach but they were out early every morning cleaning it off... Maxima, Santa and Eric made sure we had yummy cocktails and were so very friendly... We were pleasantly surprised by the food, the buffets (Flavors for breakfast, lunch and dinner, See and Sea for breakfast and lunch) had a good selection and we could always find something we liked... See and Sea also offers late afternoon snacks from 3:30 to 6:00 where we got really yummy cheeseburgers... Our butler, Julio, was just a text away and checked on us daily... Manuel at the lower lobby bar makes the best espresso martinis and puts on quite a show... As an added bonus, they had fun Christmas decorations everywhere so the resort felt very festive... We 1000% recommend this resort and can’t wait to go back!...

...The Majestic Elegance Punta Cana is absolutely stunning December 16 2022 for 7 days... Ocean from room (3237) was perfect in every way, over a thousand square feet , 2 washrooms, 2 jacuzzi tubs... Our Butler Henry was at our beck and call at every moment for our full 7 day vacation He even wanted to know when we arrived home safely the complete staff went above and beyond to make things to the best of there ability The food was very impressive at every restaurant including the buffet... The resort was very well maintained and spotless at all times... The pools and beach were cleaned multiple times daily and cozy to hang out at The Bali beds were not available early in the morning very often, as people would hoard them very early (4 am) We did manage to get one on a few days after people did move on That was the only issue we had The beach chairs were always available and that’s where we spent most day’s relaxing... The servers on the beach always came around and the bar and washrooms were close I would 100% recommend this resort...

Another year with the family in Majestic Elegance Club... Starting with the GM Jose Maria, our butler Dario, our supporters at the pool: Maxima, Ayelina, Santa, Erik, Eriol, Walliam and Joel, in the Club Francisco, Miriam and Rosa from the Restaurants and finally but not at least: Bar tenders in the lobby and the Piano Bar: Rrrrroberto, Yanery, Manuel, Miguel, Sandra, Radhames and Josue... 2 things which should be reconsidered for the future: the guests are reserving the Bali beds and sunbeds from 6 a.m. but arriving at pool/beach many hours later - if you stated in the rules that reservation is not allowed you should tell this to the people at arrinving and conequently remove the personal things when they are not at the pool/beach...

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at an Elegance Club swim up suite... However, the beautiful beach and resort made up for all the shortcomings... We took really long relaxing walks on the beach and the ocean water was really warm... The swimming pools were warm, amazing and delightful... We enjoyed the loungers, Bali beds and outdoor jacuzzi... The staff were fun, warm and professional... Our butler, Juan, was thoughtful and nice...

This was our 3rd time staying at the Majestic resorts, 2nd time at the Majestic Elegance Club (adults only), The firs 2 times it was just my husband and me, this time we went with my 2 grown up children and more family (8 in total) and the experience was as good or even better than previous trips. The location, the activities, the restaurants and the whole staff are excellent... We spent most of the day at the beach/pool in the adults’ only area... Maxima, Santa, Erick, Anyelina, Waliam and Eriol went beyond to please and to make the whole family feel special and to be sure we were enjoying our stay... Yaneli at the Club lounge was also great... For breakfast, we tried the “Beach Palapa” buffet (Rest... see and sea), the Club lounge (if we didn’t want a big meal) or the Flavours... We love the quality and variety of the food at Flavours restaurant and it opens at 7 am, they had freshly made fruit juices in the morning a large variety of food different options each day, we enjoyed this place for breakfast... For lunch we went either to Flavours or Beach Palapa, both excellent choices... At the Beach Palapa Rodolfo, Ysrael and Noe took great care of us... My two favorite ones were the See & Sea and the Limited Gourmand... The second is French, I really enjoyed what I ordered and the ambience was so nice... The cook and the waiter at "9 doors" Japanese restaurant were so fun and nice and the also the food was good... Our butler Juan, was always checking on us... In overall our experience was incredible, the whole group enjoyed everything and we would love to go back!...

...Our room was large and was located 3 rooms from the beach. It was an Elegance Club Majestic Junior Swim-Up... The service staff, especially in our Club section, was excellent... The beach was nice and not much seaweed while we were there (mid November 2022)... The entire property in general was very well maintained and was beautiful... Everything is very clean and manicured and the staff is always cleaning the place... Repeated requests for service went unmet even though they kept saying they would send someone to look at it... Had great water pressure and hot water until the resort started to get more populated... The shower was cold one night and then just warm after that without the same water pressure... The WiFi was also good until more guests arrived and the there was a lot of buffering...

...We just finished a week at the Majestic Elegance Club resort. The room was amazing, they have very limited Oceanview rooms so we had a lobby garden pool view which we were very happy with... The rooms each day were cleaned and resupplied with no issues... We had Orlando as our Butler and he was very helpful in providing reservations at the French and Japanese restaurants... The buffets each day are the same but with other restaurants you can change things up on your own... The club section is worth the extra money for the perks provided (butler service, private beach and pool areas) To save a beach or pool huts you need to be down by 6am...

...Roberto as a bartender and Diego as our butler were fantastic... The resort was beautiful, especially the beach... I loved that that had activities throughout the day, such as volleyball tournaments, dance lessons, and foam parties... Everyone at the resort was very friendly and the people running the activities really made it fun... My only few complaints were that there were problems with the room (fridge would not get cold, the hot water in the shower went out a few times, the air conditioning would not get cold enough, and the air vent cover fell in the middle of the night, very scarry lol), and the food seemed to get cold very quickly/came to us luke warm and the portions were very small at the restaurants...

My boyfriend and I had the most AMAZING vacation at Majestic Elegance... We had a club room and our butler Manuel Guzman was so enthusiastic and helpful... The rooms were always clean, with plenty of fresh towels, comfortable bed, lots of pillows, spacious... All the bartenders at the main lobby bar and club swim up bar were so much fun and served the best drinks (Skooby shot, mini beer shots, Miguel special, expresso/chocolate martini just to name a few)... Buffet at Sea and See had tons of great options for breakfast and lunch...

...I was apprehensive coming back as I expected a deterioration in quality and was so pleasantly surprised to see that everything was the same or better (with the one possible exception of a noticeable difference in the quality of the wi-fi speed however it was still better than every other resort we've been to). We were pleased to see old familiar staff faces: Walliam, Eriol, Maxima, Anyelina, Santa at the Elle Pool; Erickson was fabulous as our butler, we wanted for nothing... The old Elle pool attendant (now Butler) Gabriel came up to us and said a big "Hello!... And of course, Manager Jose Maria overlooking everything and making his guests feel special... The rooms were as we remembered them, everything worked great, nothing broken... We had a swim up in the adult club section... We're seniors and not very tech saavy so having to scan a QR code to view the restaurant and room service menus was intimidating and inconvenient... We tried the hydrotherapy at the spa for the first time compliments of Manager Jose Maria, it was great!... Previous to finding the Majestic Elegance we'd never repeated a resort... Thank you to everyone at the Majestic Elegance for another great vacation!...

...Overall we were pleased by the service and amenities of the resort, but there were some issues. Our butler Gabriel was a gem, tried to work out some reservations and solve problems that we encountered... We bought a bottle of wine at dinner one night, ($50) at dinner, and in conversation with him, suggested we would try the Italian restaurant the next night and we would talk to him again at that point... Other than that the Japanese and Argentinian steakhouse were great, the lobby bar is great, but we do question the cleanliness of the pool side bars and the washing of the cups and glasses between use... The abundant staff are always smiling and saying hi...

...The lobby is elegant and one of a kind... The resort is very clean every where you go, they even cleaned the washed up seaweed every morning on the beach... Our rooms were much larger than expected... They were cleaned every day and they turned our beds down every night... Everyone you meet is friendly, always helpful and the majority are comfortably bilingual (Spanish/English)... There were plenty of daily activities to choose from and always incredible live music and entertainment around the resort... Plenty of stores so you can leisurely shop without leaving the resort... Our Butler Julio, went out of his way to always make sure we had everything to make our trip even more enjoyable... He scheduled all of our dinner reservations and even showed up at some while we were there to see how we liked it... The food exceeded our expectations, from the fresh variety at the buffets to the fine dining restaurants on site, even room service... We always felt safe, appreciated, loved and genuinely treated as special guests throughout our entire stay... We are already planning next years trip and can’t wait to get back and see our Majestic Elegance family!...

This was our 3rd time to Majestic Elegance... Maxi at the Elegance Club bar together with Angelina, Erik and Santa made our family vacation the most memorable... Erik with his funny sounds, and Angelina w/ her uplifting mood everyday makes the party start!... Our butler Olbis was first class the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure our whole family was taken care of... Not to mention the Beachfront room we have that we wake up to sunrises every morning and sleep on our balcony with the ocean breeze humming us to sleep every evening...

We had a swimming up pool room and we’re opposite the pool bar... There are far too many palm trees around the pool area that you’re almost always in some sort of shade...

The Italian ala carte is also a breakfest ala carte for those staying in premium side which is nice if you are looking for a menu breakfast option and avoid the crowds at the buffet... Food was fantastic, room service was very good, no complaints... Butler was very helpful and arranged all of our ala cartes... Because you get access to the Colonial side as well, you have plenty of options for shopping, food, casino, etc... The spa at this resort was one of the best we have been at, a definite must go...
