Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We were staying at the hotel on a long weekend, we arrived on Friday and left on Sunday... The hotel surprised us positively, we didn't have very high expectations but the hotel really is very nice. We went in winter with two small children and it was really fun, we want come back to have the experience in the summer...The entertainers are lovely, very affectionate and make the children feel comfortable...My 3-year-old daughter was delighted with the pudding, it was so sweet!

There was a mirror in the room, a large one with an iron frame, which, when touched by our daughter, fell in front of her. We were lucky it didn't break and hurt her. The manager said it had already happened in other apartments. But then why didn't they reinforce the fixation? Dirt on the floor: when the baby's objects fell, we noticed that the floor in our apartment was quite dirty. I asked for reinforcement in cleaning. Leaking sink in the bathroom. Employees: no autonomy. I requested a fried egg for breakfast and the girl replied that there were scrambled eggs on the buffet, but that she would ask the kitchen if it could be done. “If I can, I’ll take it to the table”! When I asked for butter, the other one said that they had margarine… and that I would have to check about the butter, but I gave up because she didn't go for it right away. Restaurant dishes: dirty! I had to pick up 2 dirty cups to find 1 clean one, the same thing happened with plates. Tables and floor very dirty, always. Not to mention the number of flies. The restaurant takes half a day to open and conflicts with check out, causing a commotion at reception. Reception and pool area are small You need to go early to reserve space at the pool All-inclusive service left something to be desired - there was no popsicle and beer on Friday and Sunday. Dirty tables at the pool. The structure of the hotel is modern, current and very beautiful but the maintenance and service need to improve a lot.

Third time we've been to the hotel and several things have improved a lot, the food is delicious, there aren't many options for breakfast and afternoon but the food was very tasty. As a suggestion, there should be an outdoor playground for children, as on warm nights it would be great to take advantage of the hotel's outdoor space. The big problem is the temperature of the water in the pools, on the first day the inside was great and the outside was too cold, on the other days the inside was very hot, reaching the height yesterday and today of burning your legs when entering. From what they told me at reception, the internal and external heating system is the same and to keep the external areas at a good temperature, the internal one is very hot. This needs to be resolved urgently!! Your biggest attraction is the pools, if guests can't use them, why go there? A shame because we were loving it and these last two days really ruined the good impression. You need a thermometer to measure the water temperature, when we said it was hot the lifeguard just put his foot in to check. It doesn't make sense. I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the bar and recreation staff, who are always attentive and helpful, we love them.

Far from being a resort! Rows to pick up drinks (in addition to being of terrible category what they offer, in the question drinks) Swimming pool area very dirty, especially the bar wet the water was poor and full of bars but there was no staff to serve us. Rooms always missing towels. At the time of meals always lacked food and to repair was very time-consuming, sometimes we even gave up waiting for such food! Poor quality wine! I asked to make the exchange of entering before and leaving before that is the checkin and the 16 and the checkout at 13:00 of course they always go out winning with it ... no one makes use of alcohol on the day that will travel! And usually everyone leaves right after the coffee.
Do not recommend!

Our small family - 80 people - chose the Grand Suites as a meeting point for Christmas 2023. The hotel gave us a warm welcome, attentive staff, rooms suited to every need of this diverse group - 3 generations. The meals were delicious and a highlight of the Christmas dinner - impeccable. We had a lot of fun with the dance and water aerobics classes at the adult recreation center and the Familia Lima and BlueMusic shows added even more spark to our Christmas. Already looking forward to next Christmas so we can come back here.

The hotel is new, very beautiful, but has a very limited structure, very few attractions for children and teenagers, no slides and no outdoor leisure area, such as football or volleyball. Children's recreation needs to improve a lot to involve children in activities, not to mention that I didn't feel safe leaving my son with them. The water in the pools was extremely hot, it was a hot day so we were very hot. And speaking of hot, the air conditioning in the hotel in common areas is terrible, in the restaurant the heat is unbearable. The food is very good, it could improve the cafes, have more savory options as there are a multitude of cakes.

The hotel is great, excellent physical structure, food is getting better every day, drinks need to be improved. I thought Carnival activities were a bit of a no-no, the dance group isn't for that kind of thing, they would be cool for those who go to a dance show. Those electronic music people don't see anything, it's like a university party. For carnival, a samba school drum set would be cool, with dancers and such. And for the children there was something different too.

Preferred location, tranquillity and the view to the river is well worth a visit. The service is wonderful from the reception, food, recreation kids, comfort of the rooms and leisure area, cleaning of the pools that are very warm. It's worth a visit.

Ita airways heir of defunct ALITALIA showed the worst of the airlines I have traveled , even Iberia was better. The crew was unpolite, the cabin dirty, asking for a cup of water I had a dry No. Which I enforced rights to get it. Food was disgusting. The meat smelled like dog food and look like dog food. The so called pasta was stuck together in a piece. Cheap beverages and an uncomfortable seat reminding American airlines uncomfortability back in the 90s. The sandwich taste like fake and pastic( I had my own sandwich). Food was scarce. The only thing was a long list of forbidden rules and a high price ticket. Please choose a different airline. Simply horrible company

We loved our stay, great food, clean rooms, good pools, top-notch entertainment for kids. We only stayed for two nights, but we already have plans to return as soon as possible. Suggestions, late check in time and very early check out, more lighting in front of the mirror in the room.

There are more places to choose from in the Ita area.
