Just got back from Amari Vogue where I stayed with my husband, daughter and my parents. I've been to the hotel before 6 years ago, but unfortunately the state of the rooms and service got so much worse. The maintanence suffers, so e.g. jaccuzi's and fountains are not working and

Friendly staff, nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Good restaurant, but expensive. Isolated, you need a taxi. Not worth 5 stars anymore. A lot of things needs renovation. Great view from the beach. Not many sofa'd by the pool and on the beach...

I was booking for a short year end trip. The booking process was decent. The hotel did reach out via email to let me know that they will try their best to allocate me a room further from the ongoing construction. During our stay, it has to be said that the construction noises wer

Hi, we are planning to book a room in December at Amari Vogue, but I am concerned about construction works caried out behind the hotel. Is the level of noise high and would it impact a peaceful stay?
The construction work is masked completely with tarpaulin and I did not find it bothersome at all.

Getting mixed answers on this question, does the hotel provide a free shuttle bus to the nearest village or town or is there a fee involved. Some reviews say free some say a cost involved, which is correct please.
We charge THB 100 for a trip to Ao Nang and another THB 100 for a trip back on a scheduled shuttle bus .. per person. The taxi equivalent is between 500 and 700 per trip upto 4 persons. Trust this is clear. Do let me know if I can help further. Warm regards Sanjiva Gautamadasa General Manager

Hello I would be checking in with my wife and son at Amari Vogue Should I be hiring a car or is it easy to get around the city in public transport ? Which of them is more economical?
Taxi from the airport to Amari Vogue costed me 600 Baht Next day I hired a car for 900 Baht which I think was the best decision. Nearest 7/11 and ATM is 4.5kms away and staying here hiring a car is must and more economical then a taxi

Hi Could anyone tell me if you can snorkel at this beach and is the sand soft and white, just returned from Koh Samui most beach’s are made of coral??? Tia 😊
You may snorkel at the beach but there isn’t much to see. The beach is soft and white. Right beside the hotel on the right hand side starts the rain forest. Avoid going far after late in the evening. You shall find a lot of small red crabs on the beach. Choose the right side of the beach as it’s more serene and beautiful. The sunsets on this beach are absolutely out of this world.

Is tuk tuk available outside hotel or nearby hotel?
No tuktuk but taxis right outside and they are fairly cheap. There is also a free van service available within the facilities at certain time to take to nao hang and pick you up as well.also when you go on excursion they come to get you there. We did not found transport an issue at all. To give you an idea a taxi or even tuk tuk ride would be about 500 bats to city and 200 to closest village. It something to take into consideration but with moderation.
