Room and hotels itself was nice and clean. However, prices for food in the restaurant and spa/massages were ridiculously overpriced, which was a shame as it made us feel being ripped off. The prices on the menu were subject to additional 17% on top (10%...More
We got married in August at the Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort. It’s difficult to put into words how amazing the day was. Firstly, we have been planning the wedding with the hotel for over a year and nothing was too much trouble. With constant contact...More
By far one of the most incredible hotels I have every stayed at. We had our wedding there and everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived Sonny and his team had everything in hand and it will be something we remember forever.
We stayed as a couple in the resort from 23 - 25 Aug in the deluxe room overlooking the swimming pool. Overall, the 3D2N stay was relaxing and enjoyable. There were a few initial glitches, but that fixed itself out somehow.
We were first picked...More
The Tubkaak was the first hotel we stayed in during our honeymoon travelling around southern Thailand and it was amazing. Quite honestly the best place we've ever stayed in. The hotel manages to mix Thai customs with tourism very well. Our room was very comfortable:...More

I stayed in the deluxe room.
Based on my experience and what I see described on the resort's website, essentially, the interiors of the Garden Room, Superior Room, Deluxe Room and Seaview Room are pretty much the same; with perhaps a bigger bathtub for the Seaview Room.
The balcony and the location of the room is the differentiating factor for these rooms.
Garden Room: Located away from the pool; behind the block of rooms that face the pool directly. You have to walk like 1.5 minutes to the pool/restaurant/beach if you opt for these rooms.
Superior Room: The lower floor of the block that faces the pool. The balcony is rather narrow, and there is a short cushion chair, that allows you to sit comfortably, but not lie down. There is a hedge between the balcony and the pool area, so you will have to exit through your room main door. Unless you opt to jump over the hedge.
Deluxe Room: The upper floor of the block that faces the pool. The balcony has more space, and has a lounger mattress that allows 1.5 people to lounge comfortable while facing the pool. The view is sometimes blocked by trees, depending on which unit you get.
Seaview Room: This room is located quite some ways away from the pool, and is all the way at the beach side. Frankly, I don't really think paying so much for seaside view is worth it, since you can walk to the beach in 3 mins.

October is almost the end of monsoon season. However, it could have some rain during the day. We are boutique resort where is located in the peaceful beach with great view of islands. We rate ourself as 5 stars resort.
