Great location for motorcycle destination!! Property could use an upgrade. Carpeting would be start. Owners are great. I would be willing to pay a little more for some new comforts. Resteraunt only open on weekends. Nearest place to eat was 9 miles to jasper or 7 miles to Harrison. Not a kid friendly atmosphere

I've been staying at The Hub for more than 10 years and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when I'm in the area. Why? Because Deb and Randall are great people who have always gone the extra step to make people feel welcome and Scooters food is always good, especially the Steaks! Sure the hotel may be a bit older... This place is a DUMP. At night, you can drink and sing around a fire with drunk bikers! HOW EXCITING! If you get blinds in the room (??) they are strips of fabric held together by binder clips. There is a tube television, bed (who thought this setup of beds against furniture was good??) sink outside the bath and a... More

We stayed here for a couple days in June when we rode to Arkansas. I see several reviews whining about the rooms being "dated" and no wi-fi. I didn't come to stay in a 4 star hotel, I came to have a place to cool off and sleep after riding, and that is exactly what this is. The restaurant is... More

This is a run down motel at The Dog Patch amusement park, they cater to bikers as it is close to many fine mountain roads. The place looks and feels like it hasn't been up dated in many years. Our room was clean but worn, the wi fi was terrible, I was unable to use my tablet unless I went... More

1st off, this place is what it claims to be clean and simple rooms. That's what you get. Great people run this place who go over and above and love socializing. Probably great for a guys weekend....most women would probably want a little better. And I'm definitely not a princess....I've done my share of traveling out of the country. Poor... More

Stayed here recently with our motorcycle group. Great gathering area with fire pit and tables. Very friendly owners. Central to all the great riding roads. Rooms are decent. Wish they had a fridge in the rooms. We will be back to stay.

We stayed here on a weekend getaway to see the elk in Ponca. The room was no nonsense no frills standard room. We did have three beds and coffee and fridge and microwave. It was peaceful the first night. The second night is when the rowdy bikers showed up and partied into the night.

Recently, we stayed at the Hub for a VFW Department of Arkansas Commander's Homecoming. While the hotel is aged, the owners were friendly and very accomodating. The rooms were clean and the restaurant was good. There was also an area for bonfires outside which added to the atmosphere. While we were there, there was a group of bikers there also.... More

This was an unexpected stop on a three week trip, and without doubt, one of the highlights! There are fantastic roads in the area to ride which are further enhanced by knowing you'll be returning to The Hub at the end of the day. Sure, the rooms are dated, but they are neat and clean, and who cares to spend... More
