What an outstanding hotel with a beautiful staff and Mark is an excellent manager! Loved it! The view is extraordinary The rooms are exquisitely clean and each day made to look beautiful. The staff can be trusted when leaving anything of importance that you forgot to put away. The food is amazing and will fix whatever you like if they...

We booked this hotel with TUI because it's not a big hotel and not too pricey. Glad we did. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is not luxurious but it was fine. Rooms need some new furniture and the bathroom needs to be redone. The pool is fine but we enjoyed the beach. Very private and not crowded. You have a...

If you avoid crowd and luxury, this human-sized all-incluive resort is just for you. Direct access to a private beach and many day trips are proposed. Puerto Plata airport is nearby, otherwise it takes 4 hours time to cross the country to Santo Domingo.

The rooms were adequate - but could use some TLC as well. There was a housekeeping cart stationed outside my door for the entire stay. The...

Our group stayed here from Nov 15-22, 2016. The staff was great and they went out their way to make sure we felt cared for and the needs of our group were meet. The hotel was very clean. The buffett didn't have lots of choices but the food was really good. The rooms were basic but the bed comfortable, air...
