My husband and I stayed on the 8th floor of tower three for a week over Christmas break. This was our third trip to Marbella, and it continues to be a lovely place to stay. The property is well maintained and safe. The apartment is clean, comfortable and functional. The pools are clean, the beach well taken care of and there are plenty of chairs and daybeds. There is an abundance of security both at the front gates as well as at the beach and pool areas. They diligently ensure that residents and vacationers have a safe and enjoyable visit. While there is only one restaurant onsite, there are several local dining options in the town. They are all walkable, under a mile from Marbella. Definitely start your day at Julia's for breakfast! Excellent dinner options are El Meson and Paladart. I rated the location and neighborhood a three. The property is one of the nicest beachfront properties that we've visited in the area. The challenge is more the surrounding neighborhood. There are a number of abandoned homes and resorts, and empty lots are laden with trash. While I would like to see this lack of infrastructure improve, I would not let that deter us from returning! My husband and I look forward to our next visit.…

We had a great experience during our stay, we rented with Xeliter through AirB&B and I completely recommend it. The staff is welcoming and our host at arrival, Luis Caceres, bent over backwards to accomodate us promptly and ensure we could enjoy our stay. The common areas are in good condition, the apt is comfortable, cozy and with an amazing view. The only issue I see is parking, since you might have to park on the parking builing across the street (included for Marbella visitors), not a big deal, the car will be out of the sun and protected. We will definitely return!

The apartment was very nice, clean, organized, and the staff was super attentive. The view is amazing and the atmosphere is very relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway close to the capital. I'm very happy that I booked through tripadvisor.

Tower 3 Apt 3-200 Great pool and beach facility. Stove and dish washer did not work. No one answer at the reception, bar or restaurant to order food. I walked over to order pizza, and got food poison. My reservation said I had parking and when I got there they said no parking included even thou the reservation said so. I had to park at a plaza away from the apartment complex. All middle doors closed to get in and out of the complex. We had to walk to either end to get out to eat or purchase food, which was an extra expense since stove did not work and no one came to fix it.

This was our second time at Marbella. We booked via AMEX travel so we could not pick our unit. xeliter is the management company for owners who rent out units and don’t wanna use Airbnb. We have stayed in 3 of their units as we had problems with one on first trip and we were grateful that they were onsite and able to move us to a different one All the units are similar just the furniture and design are different as up to individual owners. We like using Xeliter as the buildings are older So if there’s a problem you have a contact unlike Airbnb where you might get stuck in a unit with broken air conditioning as was the case with our first one. Our main issue and the reason we won’t go back is as a result of the security that fall Under the control of Marbella complex. We were a family of four adults and three children. We rented 2 units. We weren’t drinking. We had countless encounters with the security over the most insane things they told my mother-in-law that we could not leave a towel on the sun bed that it had to be folded as if it was in your linen closet. There’s no drinking or eating in the pool including water. They have two enormous pools and during Covid expect everybody to have their water bottles or alcohol bottles near one small hot tub that holds six people Which is the only area you’re allowed to take a sip of your drink you also have to be inside the hot tub to stop to sip the drink. My partner was bringing a bottle of water to the hot tub and the security man came out of nowhere screaming at him to get out of the pool because he had a plastic bottle of water and he was clearly walking to the hot tub When we were checking out we our packing our car . I had a cooler full of meat and walking down the stairs and three security guards staring at me telling me they had to remove the bracelet from my arm since we were checking out When I explained that we weren’t checking out yet we were just packing our car because our children were still in the pool they looked at me like I was going to go back and spend the whole day frolicking on the beach meanwhile I’m clearly putting pershibles in my car and they have no idea what arrangement I have made with the resort in terms of checkout time and they were looking at me like I was a criminal. Honestly if it was a one time thing ,I wouldn’t really have said anything ,!but it happened on both of our trips and multiple other people we spoke to at the complex told us the same thing so they really need to reevaluate how they train their staff …

The beach is very nice and quiet- however the amenities are very outdated. It is great for kids- I would suggest that the playground gets a little remodeling as splinters are a huge concern. The restaurant I would not recommend but there fantastic restaurants around the area (walking distance).

Xeliter\Marbeilla is perfect for a family vacasion. A guarded apartement complex with a nice shallow beach, two big pools and all the shopping and restaurants you need in walking distance. It‘s a little sleepy in February though and the beach is not for serious swimming (too many rocks). Our apartment was also somewhat used up... so only four stars, Four and a half, maybe...
