Maybe I’ll give Dominican another try later but not here There is not much to do here and the staff seem miserable… save your money and go elsewhere… I really hate writing a unfavourable review…...

...Marcos is always around and planning games and making sure everyone has a great time and encourages people to participate in daily games, which are fun and usually “champion winners” gets a bottle of rum!...

The property is very well kept and the security guards are discreetly evident... Not certain they've completely thought out the reservation system for the restaurants as you have to line up for 9:00 am.. No provisions are available for disabled and medically fragile people...

...All activities are hosted by the most energetic and friendly staff members, all the staff here is very helpful and welcoming which made our stay even better...

Couple of things that I didn't like, first one the tv remote from one of the rooms wasn't working, we reported the same day we checked in, some one at the lobby reported but we never get a replacement...

We are using this hotel as a base for a service trip and booked on Amex... Guests have to wait in a 9 am line that starts at 7:30 to get reservations at these two eateries, otherwise it is a so-so dinner buffet... Staff are very kind and helpful but English is limited... There is a well stocked pharmacy down the road at Hodelpa Garden Suites and a nice little restaurant with good pizza that is a 10 minute walk on the main highway with a sidewalk...

This place is awesome, great service , staff and food.the entertainment is next to none for most of the places I’ve visited throughout the Caribbean. The staff are hard working people that put there all into their work... I would like to give a special call out to a LEIDY, for trying to make everyone reservation possible with a big beautiful smile , even though having to put up with aggressive abuse of unsavoury people ... and Elvis and Kelvis ,Daniel down at the pool bar that make sure always have a nice cool drink with a smile and a pound ... The upstairs restaurant bring first class service to your table with incredible professionalism.I’ve been here for 9 days and thankfully have another 5 days stay ...

I’ve travelled many times to 3* 4* and 5* resorts all over and I must say this was the worst service we have received... The service at the pool bar is good again only one of the smiles I seen all week... Keep in mind that day passss are sold to locals for the weekend and that means longer waits for drinks and snacks … the snack bar only has 3 options fries, hotdog and hamburger and pizza ... The buffet is always cold you will not get hot food even if you’re the first one there and there are not many options... Nelly the bartender at the Sports Bar is a lovely lady she was our favourite and made us feel super welcome... The A La Carte restaurant were a little hit or miss... They had just opened this while we were there so we got to try it the first night open...

...Lots of security so we felt safe and the staff was the best ever... Allowing locals in could ruin it for the returning customers...

We just returned on Aug 5 from a 2 week stay which we got a great deal... We were put in deluxe room main building over entertainment area... Oceanfront deluxe was the best much less noise and could sleep... The resort is spotless, large space for Lounge chairs all in new condition and clean... Omlettes amazing lots of food and plentiful... Bartenders were excellent great drinks... The resort offers many activities for kids and adults... You have to walk through the back 40 like an alley way and there is a store for snacks... The resort had Miss Teen Spectacular pageant going on which was amazing...

...This resort for me is better than the 5 stars resorts I've been to. People are friendly, staff is amazing and make your stay wonderful... Can't forget Juliana at the bar always happy and smiley, same with my friend Juan and Kelvis great happy people always serving with a smile, Karina, Sylivia, Katrina, Josee at the buffet thank you for making this holiday a wonderful one... Always helpful and ready to receive you with a big smile... This resort is a family resort with a beautiful beach, and you don't have to walk too far for it... The rooms are clean and are done every day... This resort is really a nice small one with a big beach, but right now sargassum is everywhere in the Caribbean, so do expect that... Don't expect luxury in Costa Caribe, but it's definitely a place where you have everything you need to feel welcome...

This resort is located right on the beach and had 2 pools on the property, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view on the beachside is amazing I couldn’t get enough of it and there is a nice breeze coming off the sea all day so it’s not too hot... There are three scheduled buffet meals which offer a wide variety of options daily, as well as a 24hr snack bar that provides pizza, burgers, hot dogs, and French fries, additionally there are 3 specialty restaurants operated on alternating nights with Mediterranean, Tex-Amex, and Dominican menus... There are daily activities ranging from yoga to competitive games, and nightly shows with choreographed dances some of which include/involve guests... All activities are hosted by the most energetic and friendly staff members, all the staff here is very helpful and welcoming which made our stay even better... ...First time at an all inclusive with hot buffet meals!... Gorgeous sand beaches, new lounge chairs, new beach towels... The only thing they still need to upgrade is the room towels... Bar beach drinks are tasty, and the sunsets are spectacular...

Lovely resort with great staff... Drinks are lovely the beach is amazing with a great sea ( honestly most of the pics you’ll find on here won’t make justice to the beach ) only negative thing for us is that the resort it is open to locals also and it gets very very busy and noisy especially during the weekends where sometimes I had trouble sleeping as people were screaming outside my room around 3 am...

It was great experience and the whole staff was courteous and helpful. The food , drinks ,beach, pools and all exclusivity made the stay that much better along with the evening entertainment...
