The hotel is pretty basic. There is no dining room, but the restaurant next door is definitely worth a visit! Rooms are quite large and clean. Best thing about this hotel is its location. Especially if your room is on the upper levels the view is fantastic!!

This place is amazing!! 60$ CAD ocean view with 2 comfy double beds! There is a price posted at the front desk higher then just showed them the one on line and no problem! The tv had option to put on English! Wifi is good! Walk to town very traditional barely any tourist which is a lovely change from Cancun!...

We had room with comfy beds and nice bathroom. But air conditioning was too loud to sleep with having it on. The room could be cleaner (dirty curtains). Big plus for free parking. There is nice restaurant downstairs.

We booked for one night to make a weekend shopping trip to Chetumal a little more manageable. For that it's great. Near Sam's club in a nice safe location, the price of the room was reasonable but I did think booking a room with a pool meant I could spend a couple of hours sunning. The pool is in disrepair...

The Noor sits directly on Boulevard Bahía facing the Bay of Chetumal, but somewhat distant from the business district, and not all rooms share the view. There is a small bar and dining area on the main floor ('planta baja') and behind the main building one can find a little patio and pool.

Thought I would give the Noor another shot again, since my last trip. It is still pricey, amenities are good, and bed is uber super comfy, but there are better priced hotels around. If only they would drop the price a bit, then I could say that it would be my regular place to stay.

We were a group of student tourists that spoke Spanish, but basically we didn`t speak with anyone. We really had a great time. We stayed in the second floor and the AC was working, the bathroom looked very nice and the pool outside was refreshing. People say that it has bad service, but if your a student you don`t really...

I was trying to decide between "average" and "poor" ..... decided on average because for the price it probably is average. It is in a pretty location, with views of the Bay. The outside looks great, but once you get inside the shabbiness begins. Wi-Fi only works if you sit in the hallway or on the stairs - even in...

I have stayed at the Noor several times and this will be my last. On my other visits I stayed on first floor and my room was musty smelling so this time I tried the 2nd floor and it smelled worse. The sheets were so thin I could see through them. The desk staff is great during the day but...
