One word sums it up. A dump! This place sucks. You would have to pay me to stay here. My dog bed is far cleaner than this place. Isn't there some kind of quality and health dept in Mexico. If you want to film a horror movie this would be the place. I am sorry I even gave it one...

Don't go there ! Dirtiest sheets i've ever seen in a hotel ! Waxy and stained ! You better sleep with your clothes on ! The service is minimal, nobody at the reception when we left (even thought the hotel is 100 meters away from the bus terminal !) so we had to left the key in the room. You'd...

I stayed here with my mom and my son. Our room was on the first floor. The room looked alright definitely not worth 500 pesos. There were so many mosquitos that we lost count after killing 30. My mom is allergic to mosquito bites and there was no way we could get any sleep. After complaining four times the desk...

My friend and I arrived at 2:30 am (ADO bus was 1 1/2 hr late). We had had reservations for 2 nites for a very long time. When we arrived and paid 1000 Mx for 2 nites + 100 Mx for remote controls (reimbursable), the receptionist log us as early morning arrival (6 am) and pocketed 500 Mx for herself!...

The best of this hotel that is near of the bus station. When you arrive very late at night (ie. when you arrive fron PDC to belize) you must pick your backpack and walk trough the park for less than a block. The hotel is safe and clean and has room service (cheap)

I recently found this new hotel which is located a block in front of the Chetumal ADO bus terminal. Nice, well designed rooms with good quality furniture, and, unusual for budget Mexico hotels, very good lighting! The rooms all appear to be identical--ask for one on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the small park.
