Was amazing, room sizes were large... suite for about $40 us. Room service was good... hotel was very close to the Centre of the city. only complaint would be the loud noises in the early morning. Would stay again

It took us 30 minuyes to find our reservation and then they were trying to move us to hotel Marlon across the street. We refuse and requested a room be found. When it was finally resolved we ended up with a king room for a family of 3 and no a 2 doubles as per our reservation. Oh i forgot...

We book our hotel for a one night stay, it was great but the television was old fashion which the control remote would not work and the television eventually turn off by it self. Apart from that they rooms were very clean and air condition works perfectly well. Hospitality was awesome at the Gran Marlon. I will definately recommend this...

We stayed for one night in this hotel. The rooms were nice, but the air conditioner made a lot of noise. The swimming pool is really tiny. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was the worst breakfast we had on our whole two-week trip in Mexico. This is definitely not recommended.

A modern hotel conveniently located in the center of the city, with a private parking area. The rooms are quite comfortable with two double beds and the bath and dressing area are ample. A small pool was more than adequately chlorinated.

The photo shown is not Grand Marlon... that's the old one across the street. The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The restaurant downstairs had good food and drinks. Hotel is located near to the main avenue with all the stores. Very nice restaurant is nearby El Taquito.

We were surprised to check in to the Grand Marlon and find dingy tattered towels in the bathroom. The name of the hotel is deceiving as it has a tiny little pool. The air conditioner took forever to cool the room. The good side to the hotel is that it has a nice restaurant and we had an excellent breakfast!

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The most romantic hotel ever! Right downtown and close to everything. The pool is in the middle of the resort, so easy access. The restaurant was really good. Room was clean and air worked great. Can't beat the price either.

I was disappointed with my stay. While the room was clean, the bed was not very comfortable. The air conditioning took a very long time to cool the room. I inquired at the front desk about the location of the ice machine at 9:30am and was informed that since the restaurant was closed, there was no ice available for guests....

We booked this hotel over the internet and although we read quite a few negative reviews we continued with our booking - we should have taken other travelers advice. This hotel, although located centrally in the center of the city of Chetumal is awful and overpriced for what you get. First off the lobby is new & beautiful with marble...
