Poor cleaning of the rooms. No TV in English. Poor quality of food in restaurant. Only good is a seven 11 near and a street with good restaurants in the location. Hotel is old if you ask for thai massage the ladies asume you want sex.

I had read many other bad reviews about this hotel but booked it based on price and location. I was pleased that I did. I honestly think that previous reviewers are far too picky. Or that they expect 5 star luxury at 1 star price. Ok , the rooms and the whole hotel has a very tired look about it... More

So was in Songklah for 3 days on work, and was asked to stay at this hotel as it was close to the jetty. Seemed like a very big hotel, indeed it was but at the same time was very old and worn out.. The internet in my room was NOT working. Complained twice and asked them to get me... More

The hotel is very old and not worth the price (1200 baht). The ac is not working properly as the TV is very old-fashioned. The mattress is yellowish. The parking underground smell quite bad. In conclusion, I was not very impressed with this place. It should be renovated soon.

Along with four colleagues, I spent two nights at this hotel. We would have spent only one night but couldn't find another place to stay fast enough. We all experienced the same issues in our rooms: 1) No towels. We went to front desk to ask for towels and were told "10 minutes" but even two hours later, there were... More

We stayed one night in this hotel and then moved. Very old and worn out. I believe that it is cleaned the best that they can but the grout and shower curtain are in such need of replacement it looks horrible. The cable was out most of the time and the internet was in and out so very frustrating. The... More

You can tell that this hotel used to be an upmarket posh hotel but that must have been 20 years ago. It is situated in a great location but it needs a massive referbishment. The room constantly smelt of old stale smoke that was buried deep in the furniture. All of the fixtures were ancient. I'm sure you can get... More

Bit weird this one, I have stayed at the Pavilion Hotel Songkhla many times over a very long period and it has never changed, it has neither improved or went downhill, it remains exactly the same with the same plus points and the same minus as it did from my first visit to my last. The rooms are dark and... More

Location is good, near 7-11, lots restaurant, motorcycle taxi, atm, and my office I got better room than my friend, minus only on slippery floor and holey bedsheet.. my friend got all that + quite damp room.. The wifi is not bad, IF... More

I may not write the most reviews, but I certainly stay in enough hotels to know the good from the bad... The reviewers saying this hotel is good or anything remotely close to good must be at the wrong page for this hotel... The Pavilion is easily one of the worst hotel iv stayed in & I've travelled over the... More
