I stayed for one night in March because it is very close to the bus station. It was ok, the rooms have fans, but no windows. Sheets and bathrooms were not very clean. The owner does help with transport etc, but was not very friendly. The food was really good though.

I planed to stay here for 1 night and move on to Myanmar but fell in love with Ranong and ended up staying here for 5 days! Great location, just 10 min walk from the Main Street and literally next to the bus station. It's very basic but big rooms and everything you need including laundry service next door, motorbike... This hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop. It's a one minute walk from the bus. The owners are very nice and can organize everything. I booked our room through TA and they were waiting for us. The price is right and a very good location to start island hopping.

My husband and I came to Ranong to do a visa run, which we set up through Jia here at Kiwi Orchid. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. She even ironed our $10 US dollar bills for us. We ended up staying for an entire week. The room was very cleans. They meticulously clean everything everyday. The food... More

This Guesthouse is located right next to the Busstation in Ranong. Our room was very simple but clean. Bathroom was shared and also clean. The Owners are helpful and nice. The food in the restaurant is also good. For those who choose not to organize the transfer to Ko Phayam on their own - you can book everything through them.... More

I found the guesthouse very randomly, looking for a place to spend a night. I am traveling on my motorcycle, and the owner immediately found me a place to leave the bike inside. She is a lovely woman with good English. She helped me plan my route for the next day, and was very useful and nice in general. The... More

The owner is very nice and can explain you everything you need to know for the visa run. The visa run was 500 baht and was done without any problems. Bring a nice, unfolded 10 Dollar note! (these banknotes can be quite expensive in Ranong)

I was suggested to stay here while doing my visa run to Myanmar, and I'm so glad I did! It is located in the bus station area and the 2 sisters that run the place couldn't be nicer or more helpful!! 250 baht for a simple enough double bed room with fan and shared bathroom/toilet. It's not luxury but the... More

Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Jai will help you with everything you need. From bus tickets to boat tickets, pick up or dinner, Jai takes good care! Her personal service was great. Cheap stay and also good food in the restaurant. Shared showers are fine and rooms are clean.

I stay there for 2 nights to catch early bus to Paksong and to Phuket. However, if you don't need to catch an early bus, I would suggest you to stay somewhere else in Ranong town and take a tuktuk to the bus station. I have been to places where there are lots of mosquito but the bite that makes... More
