Lobby- A minimalist lobby, clean and ambiance is good. This is the only part of the hotel that WIFI is has strong signal though. With a very clean restrooms for your convenience. At the reception- You will always be attended by a welcoming staff. Rooms- You have to choose for Pod sharing, and De Luxe if you wanted to have a private Restroom inside your room. Good enough for pod living. Service- 100% happy. Note: No Breakfast Offering/ No Restaurant. Nearby fastfood(24hours) and other establishment for your needs.
decided to check in and have a room (and toilet/bath) all to myself after very little sleep on a bus ride back to CDO --pretty good deal if you're after getting enough sleep +privacy clean facilities, strong hot/cold water, courteous staff, near a 24 hr fastfood and a well-stocked pharmacy with some grocery items (food items + water)...also a short walk away from a popular mall that also has hourly shuttle services to/from LIA (airport servicing CDO)...and is accessible via a short jeepney ride from Agora Terminal no view but this place is designed for those who prioritize getting their zzz's --will try the pods (or individual beds whose sections are curtained away like those in some spas) next time
This place was hard to find the first time we went there. You have to locate the pharmacy(I think it was ROSE pharmacy) and walk a bit further to find the POD(don't go up the stairs!). Stayed at their double room several times. Shared bath/cr but clean --no problem really. Small room but comfortable beds. Location is two-thumbs up. SM Downtown is just a 2-min walk away. Connected to Limketkai Shopping center as well. Jollibee and Chowking, and a pharmacy is 1-min away. Near Agora terminal, a jeepney drive away. Accommodating staff. They provided an extension wire since there's only one outlet in our room. I like staying at this place whenever we're at CDO.
We arrived Thursday and stayed in a premiere pod with my family. The time we arrived i was disappointed because there was no parking lot available for us and we have to get the things from the car, there was no bell service attendant to assist us and the F.O. did not even bother to ask if we need assistance. But then thanks to the security guard of the building because he offered to assist us with our luggage. Our reservation was supposed to be for 4nights but then when I found out there was no proper parking lot so I decided to shorten our stay and just to extend it if needed since the car was still in the casa. By Saturday around 10 in the morning I informed the F.O. to extend our stay for 1 more night but then she informed me that it was already booked to another guest BUT there was another room available and if we will extend for 1 more night we need to transfer. That hassle??? She told me that the room we stayed was booked by a guest who just called a while ago! And that upset me!!!! is there any S.O.P. in the hotel to call the in house guest and to ask if they are extending or not or if what time they will check out???? Because for me we can extend our stay if she just called us prior to confirming the other booking.. I could actually understand the situation that we need to transfer if the F.O. just handled the situation properly. At the end we checked out...very disappointed …
Staff were very friendly, the place's clean, quiet and well kept, spacious common shower area with hot/cold water. Their rooms dont have windows yet we didnt feel claustrophobic at all. After a weary day of rafting, we were able to relax and sleep for 12 hours! Nearby, theres a drugstore whre you could buy other toilettries (theyll give you a small soap though) and a 24-fastfood, you can only eat at the common area, eating inside the pods isnt allowed.
