We booked at this hotel last September 2016 for the Penafrancia Festival. The room we got was spacious but a little outdated, the airconditioning unit is sufficient for the area of the room. The comfort room was ok. No Wifi inside the rooms. Even if the hotel was located beside the street, the noise level was pretty low. The food... More

This hotel has good location since it's in Naga's downtown but it's poorly maintained. When we arrived the bathroom door need a serious repair. No complimentary shampoo and soap. Towels were not change in daily basis. You need to call front-desk if you need anything. Although staffs are friendly. All in all good location but it's not best hotel in... More

We had a suite on the third floor. After turning on the aircon we were blessed with a smoke and car exhaust smell for the next two days. We asked for towels in the room...and we finally got them five minutes before we checked out. Do not use the Oyster bar restaurant for you breakfast or any meal thereafter. It... More

Staff was okay and they attend to your needs as soon as you call their attention. I also like that the location is at the plaza where in you can have easy access to your needs. But I guess, the rooms are just outdated and the pictures here doesn't exactly capture the room itself because it looks a bit different... More

What I like in this hotel is the proximity of the place, markets, shopping, banks and restaurants. Staff are accommodating and friendly. The amenities is average, services is also average. Just a little patch up on other items that needs restoration or maintenance.

I booked for a Single Deluxe room. It was smaller than what I expected but decided to go through because I had my reservations already. The ac did not have a remote so it was hard to adjust the temp. The staff (housekeeping) were nice and accomodating. Food (breakfast) was okay. No free wifi. The BAD thing was after months... More

We checked in last September 14 and we're due out on September 20. We're in executive deluxe room which is not your typical deluxe room. The room is spacious, it's on the 4th floor. But the lift will only bring you to 3rd floor and you have to walk a long way which includes a bridge way that connects the... More

We were booked originally in a twin Room but when we arrived and saw the room the room assigned to us do not have a window. The room smells old as if no one stayed there for a very long time. The bath towel provided is so old that even the printed name of the hotel is almost erased. The... More
