I recently checked in in this hotel because it was convenient for the purpose of my visit.I cannot complain about the staff. They were courteous and helpful. I ordered a superior room on the second floor because I was informed there is no elevator in this 5 floor building. However, the room is dirty, the bed linen showed years of... More

The hotel seemed alright at first glance: it was cheap at 1,100 a night and it had ample parking space, a problem we encountered with other hotels in the area. However, a survey of the rooms revealed why it was rated so low. We booked three rooms and were given ones on the 4th floor - upon which we were... More

checked in after a long drive to first available hotel. ate first at the restaurant at the lobby and the food taste bland and stale. started unpacking and my daughter saw a rat running around - she was horrified. checked out in a hurry for peace of mind.

We stayed for 2 nights only because of some changes but it was good, great service at the hotel, the staff was very accommodating and courteous. free wifi everywhere :) A central location, clean room and nice breakfast selection. and they have consistently met my expectations. definitely going back here again when i have a chance.

Dirty rooms, check in rules that don't even make sense (can't check in before 2 even if room is ready - unless you pay extra), bad value for money in restaurant and really poor breakfast set included, awful coffee 3-in-1 in a hotel - ridiculous. Toilet hardly flushes, aircon and tv are probably 50 years old, old furniture, really rough... More

My husband couldn't sleep at all because he's been saying that he felt something in the place. Might be because the place was too old. Prices in their resto is way too expensive. Though the place is very near with so many establishments.

PRO: Near establishments and downtown area CON: 1. Little consideration would have been nicer. I got there at 11:30 am, and I was told that they can not let me check in yet because it was too early. The front desk lady told me that in a not so nice way. In my opinion, you only follow the check in... More

Avoid this hotel. Rooms are dark, maybe to hide the dirt. Even the light switches dont get wiped, the showers are blackened with slime, beds are dusty, AND THE CARPETS ARE MUSTY, SLIMY, AND VERY WORN OUT. As i sit on the toilet bowl, water dripped from the floor above! hopefully its not toilet water! I am still itchy hours... More

This is an old hotel, maintained but not quite well. I checked in at around 8pm. I had no time to look around the area so I had to do with Casablanca Hotel. I looked at almost all the rooms of different categories. I was hoping to get their better rooms if not the best so my kids will have... More

Great wifi access reasonable bar, after you wake them up, great check in, no idea regarding day trips or things to do in the area. This was my 3rd journey to Legapzi and I decided to move as a result of being less than happy elsewhere. This however had no hot water and at the price (1750p) should have been... More
