I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday at this hotel. I WARN EVERYONE NOT TO EVEN CONSIDER STAYING HERE. It's a shame that this has the best view of Mayon but that's the ONLY plus factor here. My first impression: that their guests are never to be trusted and that guests are out to pull one over them. Why? They...

Requested a room with a mountain view ( ie. Mayon. That is a mountain right !) They allocated me a room with a hill view. They then changed this to a twin room with city and mountain view and pushed the beds together. But they are seperate beds and not made up as one bed. The room itself was tired....

We stayed at The Oriental Legazpi in March 2016. It was a big plus to book the Deluxe Mayon View room. You really get a fantastic view of Mayon, Lignon Hill and Legazpi City. The room was modern in design, clean, and very comfortable even with 3 of us in the room. I slept in the extra bed and it...

We booked last minute and got a great deal via trip advisor for one night . The place is outstanding with a wonderful aspect overlooking legazpi with the awesome volcano and the bay. It has excellent facilities and you can swim outside whilst gazing at the Mayon volcano . Plenty of staff and every body greets you with a smile...

Stayed at the Oriental to visit relatives in Bicol and see the Mayon after 10 years, was pleasantly surprised. Booked a twin City view room. View was great since we had a view of both the city and the volcano. The room is modern, clean, the pool has a great view of Mount Mayon. Staff were helpful. I was initially...

It really was unacceptable. Worst place to stay at. This hotel ruined our vacation. The sink was clogged, mildew everywhere, dirty walls and cabinets, dusty, smelly and the safe is not working and worst there were small cocroaches! We tried several times to request transfer of room but they kept on ignoring us and said the rooms are all the...

The hotel has a beautiful interior, the rooms are clean and has a good design. The whole hotel has a nice interior especially the infinity pool. It is beautiful. The food is average and the customer service is poor. They need more training on this. I really had a headache in terms of asking for extra this, that and ro...

Went to Legazpi City as part of a last minute travel plan. Since we wanted to have a laid back short stay, I opted to choose this hotel. For the price which includes welcome drinks, dinner and breakfast, plus airport transfers, I couldn't complain more. The dinner service varies according to the day of the week; some days are buffet...

The amazing view of Mt. Mayon and lots of choices over buffet breakfast made our stay memorable. So if you are booking a room, dont mind the additional fee because you wont regret it. And there are lots of choices over buffet breakfast, which is a plus for me. Other than that, there's nothing more special. What made our stay...
