My first time to stay here and in my mind, I had a very high expectations. I sort of put Taal Vista Hotel in the pedestal. Like how I expected Manila Hotel should be. But I am disappointed. Customer Service was nice. The staff are all friendly. There were very big spaces everywhere. Clean and impressive lobby and hallway. Then...

Stayed for 3 nights. The Premier Lake view rooms were worth the extra price bump. Wine by the tiny but functional terrace was a nightly "must do" for us. All our rooms were nice but already showing age. The guests right above my room were unruly, adults shouting, furniture being dragged across the room, kids running til the wee hours...

Rm 377 at Lake Wing has noise coming from the ceiling. I wasnt able to get a good sleep because of that. Should you want to book for Premier at Lake Wing, request not to be assigned in Rm 377. The upside was to see the beauty of Taal as a foreground at the break of dawn. Breakfast buffet was...

There was a problem with our reservation. We booked 2 rooms but only 1 was available. It was such a hassle. My family had to stay in one room for an hour or so. When the problem was fixed, they bumped one of our regular rooms to a suite in compensation of the mixed up. The staff handled everything gracefully...

If you are looking for a place to unwind and relax without the fear of security then Taal Vista is for you! You can't go wrong with this hotel. Excellent service and not to mention the food. The only thing to add for me to add that adtl star would be to create an event or facility to make it...

We stayed as a family of four in a suite overlooking the Volcano. Very nice and accomodation excellent. Unfortunately the buffet dining room was closed and we had to use either the lounge menu or go to the formal restaraunt for ala carte menu. Since we had kids (ages 11 & 9) we opted for lounge menu which is very...

My family and I stayed at a premiere room in the lake wing. We specifically requested before checking in to add an extra bed for a 3rd person. When we checked in, not only was there no extra bed but also the complimentery items for the 3rd person was also not available so we had to request them. It took...

We attended a wedding at this property. The hall was decked out quite well. The rooms are clean and cosy but don't expect five star amenities. The finishing is also 3 star, pricing however since it tagaytay is premium. However driving to tagaytay be careful of the fog. Good hotel for business planning or strategy dev. Quite centrally located in...

We attended the Tagaytay wedding of our niece and we stayed at this hotel. It was unfortunate that we did not indicate we wanted two (2) beds and not a king-sized bed. The hotel was very clean and the free buffet breakfast was really great. Our room was a bit far from the reception area, it was on the same...

Since my family went to Taal Vista Hotel for a work function one Saturday, I tagged along for some me time at their coffee shop. I was supposed to go to the Taza, but I ended up at the Lobby Lounge, because I thought it was Taza. Hehe! 20160917_142511_marked Cappucino I hung out with my mom, who ignored me because...
