The location of Tagaytay Haven is perfect. There's a Savemore supermarket, 711 and Mercury drug walking distance from the hotel. Jollibee is located just in front of the hotel and there's a bridge at the second floor connected to Jollibee. There's plenty of parking space. We got the deluxe room for P2800. We choose the smoking room because my husband...

Choose this hotel for its location very close to the venue of the wedding I attended. Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is basic. Rooms are small. Bathroom dirty. The breakfast is awful had to eat at Jollibee for breakfast. No available 24hrs food service. What annoy me most was I booked online via booking.com gave all my...

My family and I went here to spend and welcome New Year of 2017. The location is good since it is strategically located near jollibee and other stores if you need to eat and buy something. The room is clean has 3 beds good for 5 persons and bathroom with bathtub and toiletries good for 6 persons. It also has...

Probably one of the worst hotels i have visited. Staff: Not accommodating, dont know how to smile, everyone there should undergo Basic Customer Service Training Room: Too small for for 2 beds, no complimentary bottled water - seriously??? Toilet: Yuck, not sure but the water i guess either from the tank or toilet bowl was leaking, sliding door was broken,...

You will feel really close to mother nature if you step into this place. The rooms were like cabins and located in the hilly side. There are a lot of trees and the place was so cold, we always put our room temp at a higher temp. The room accommodation was just ok, just like any other hotels. It also...

Everything here was "OK". We actually got a Standard room and everything was above our expectations, and believe me, we've had worse. Room was very tidy and neat, toiletries were complete, a desk, table and chairs plus a couch. It was a good stay. Problem is, the sink drains too slow and the sliding door inside the shower room is...

This is a bit dated since my husband and I stayed for 2 nights last August 2016. Just to be objective, here are the Pros and Cons during our stay: Pro#1: Convenient location. Really depends on where you plan to go around in Tagaytay, but we stayed here to attend a Nasugbu wedding and a Hillcreek reception. Easy enough to...

We really had a fun overnightstay at the Tagaytay Haven Hotel, our room was exactly what we want and far from the negative reviews I have read. The staffs were accommodating and polite. Including the Manong Guards who even assisted us in carrying our bags.It is near fast foods and convenient stores so you can make a quick trip if...

It's affordable - right price for its amenities. We got a room that has 1 double and 2 single beds. It has basic amenities, TV, cabinets, table, chairs, hot and cold shower and toiletries. The restroom smells awful and the sliding door through the lanai is broken. We had to used the chairs to block off the door to ensure...
