This is a bit dated since my husband and I stayed for 2 nights last August 2016. Just to be objective, here are the Pros and Cons during our stay: Pro#1: Convenient location. Really depends on where you plan to go around in Tagaytay, but we stayed here to attend a Nasugbu wedding and a Hillcreek reception. Easy enough to... More

We really had a fun overnightstay at the Tagaytay Haven Hotel, our room was exactly what we want and far from the negative reviews I have read. The staffs were accommodating and polite. Including the Manong Guards who even assisted us in carrying our bags.It is near fast foods and convenient stores so you can make a quick trip if... More

It's affordable - right price for its amenities. We got a room that has 1 double and 2 single beds. It has basic amenities, TV, cabinets, table, chairs, hot and cold shower and toiletries. The restroom smells awful and the sliding door through the lanai is broken. We had to used the chairs to block off the door to ensure... More

The establishment itself is rather old and didn't seem well-kept. Our room's aircon was leaking; was told maintenance will be available the next day so they offered to just move our bed or transfer rooms. The toilet bowl was just continuously flushing, so it was difficult to sleep. Shower unit was hard to use. Room smelled stuffy and old. Pro:... More

We lost about 30K pesos taken from two wallets. Odd thing was the CCTV that infront of one of our rooms was not working. The staff here are not even shock on what have happend. They felt nothing at all and did not exert any effort to find the culprit. Beware of this hotel!!!

We had our training-workshops in this hotel a number of times. The ambiance is good and the rooms are clean. The hotel staff is accommodating, especially Ms. Shiela who always cater all our needs to make us feel more comfortable in the place. Some rooms are not senior citizen-friendly since the hotel has no elevator nor escalator. The rooms on... More

Weve been here a week ago. Together with my husband, we get the executive room for our overnight stay. Upon checking in at the room, the first i check is the bathroom, the toilet have a reddish color, (i assumed that the previous guest have a monthly period). I flushed the toilet and knew for myself that there is something... More

A very affordable place to stay at Tagaytay that is very accessible because when you rode a bus it is just walking distance from the drop off point and to different establishments like grocery, banks, general merchandise stores, fast-food/specialty restaurants and drug stores. I already stayed at this hotel for two times and I am very keen to the cleanliness... More

Honestly, i do not expect that much with this hotel especially having mixed reviews here in tripadvisor such as average room, no slippers etc... what i didn't expect are: -the RECEPTIONIST(who doesn't have a name plate) seems doesn't want to entertain any guest with her facial expression.... when we arrived last saturday, we are already standing in front of her... We went there just for an overnight stay. We booked the room for 6 pax. So, I'll just summarize everything: Broken shower Ants and insects in the bathroom Broken tiles - grout are greyish Sheets smells like moss; old and looks dirty The cabinet has cobwebs The aircon is dripping from the outside balcony so we have to be very...
