My family and I checked in to this place on a late Friday on October 2016. We were a party of 7 including 2 kids. The staff was not friendly and their customer service sucks - big time. One of the ladies in the desk told us right away that if we "overstayed" it would be an additional P200. I... More

Over priced room wth no bed sheets only dirty small blanket. Very depressive small room. No wifi signal in the room. Unfriendly ladies at the reception. Everyting was a big disappointment and we decided to leave one day earlier. The breakfast was so poor and bad that we prevered to eat outside some where.

Not bad for a middle of the night check in. The room was good enough, but nothing special. Clean facilities, free wifi, but dependent on your room location. Good overall service. If you're looking for budget and emergency hotel for late night arrivals, put this hotel in your list.

Since we were with friends, we were looking for a cheap accommodation that will let us sleep for the night. And after 3 hotels that I've gone through, we stumbled upon Cool Breeze. We were 6 and the family room can accommodate 4, and if we divide it, we will shell out 1400. If we go for the standard rooms,... More

It's a low cost room to see the volcano The room is basic Manila type room for 900 peso if you arrive expecting anything else... More

(stayed here about a year ago) We had a lot of choices in Tagaytay but chose this because we thought it sounded nice. It was mentioned a lot in other forums as a budget accommodation (though we haven't read a post from someone who actually stayed here) We reserved a room for 1 night here with my boyfriend and paid... I am sitting in the Cool Breeze lounge writing this review. One thing I can say is the employees here are always cleaning. I came here from a 2 room suite in Makati so when I walked into the room I was blown away at how small it was... but it grows on you because all you do is sleep... More

and less expensive inn here at tagaytay that doesn't compromise the quality, Cool Breeze is a good choice. Accessible to everything you need, from restaurants, to your destination and etc. Good customer service. Clean room. Cold AC. and a good night sleep after a long day :)
