Since this is an old hotel, it needs to be renovated badly. The room we occupied some years ago was the same room assigned to us recently. I can say nothing has been done to at least make said room not look as old as ten years ago. In fairness the towels are quite new. In this age of social...

We were looking for a hotel in Tagaytay, most of the good ones are fully booked and came across this. We gave it a try since it's along the main road. When the room was given, it looked like an old house's room. This hotel definitely needs a renovation! Unclean restroom, smelly sheets and it felt really creepy. We're never...

Upon arrival I was met by a swarm of delegates in the lobby since this hotel was a venue for a Govt sponsored weekend seminar. The building is dates back in the 90's. For all travelers to this hotel just a word of caution, If you are a backpacker, couple and someone who needs simple place to stay this is...

First things first! The hotel from distance is a creep! Second the front desk is horrible! They are unfriendly, don't know how to manage customer, and they look like "are they even happy of what they are doing?" Third, the most awaited the room! Oh my goodness! Did we just checked in into a haunted hotel? Like seriously??!! (But the...

after traveling for some time,we finally found this hotel standing a few meters away from the main road, the side with no taal volcano view.we thought it has that much to offer since it was quite grand-looking at a distance.but don't expect too much, you'll be disappointed. service is slow, food is so-so and the facilities need upgrading. there are better hotels...

Terrible hotel. Terrible food choices offered. Terrible rooms. Stayed here for a 5-day workshop and the hotel experience couldn't be any worse. From the fact that it's more than 10Km away from city proper, no signages, very difficult to identify at night. Front desk and guard was nice, but service staff were unfriendly.

The supposedly new wing of the sunrise mansion hotel looked old, wallpapers in the hotel room were torn, hot water in shower was not functioning and available so we had to call the maintenance for it to work, toilet seat paint was fading, bathroom tiles chipped off, water running from sinks in kitchen and bathroom were slow and little in amount, cabinets smelled like insect repellent..though...

Hotel has a potential but needs massive renovation/ updates, cleaning and maintenance. It takes luck to make the heater work. (Maintenance guy didn't arrive right away and wasn't very much help in giving precise tips on how to make the heater work.) Some of the lights in the room are not working...Dim hallways. BEST PARTS: The hotel is located in...

Had an horror experienced with this hotel. Couldn't find the hotel at first coz it's very isolated and the place is dark. When we arrive at the hotel around 9pm, we park our car in the basement, guess what? A bunch of bats welcomed us 😱😳 we asked the staff if it's. bats and he told us that it's just...

Stayed here Aug 20-21, 2016. If you just like to have peace and quiet at a minimum blow to your pocket, you'd appreciate it here. It is quite far from the dining destinations in Tagaytay. No wifi in the rooms though there was one in the lobby for free access, but there was lte or 3g signal in the rooms....
