Stayed overnight to attend a wedding early morning the next day. The room was clean and tidy. Oh and it was spacious also. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay in. Plus the weather was cool and refreshing in tagaytay so that's a plus point in our stay there 😝

It's my own fault for not reading the reviews carefully enough! Because the Summit Ridge wasn't cheap, I assumed it would be far better quality than it was. It's probably a fine hotel for corporate events, but if you're looking for a restful break, don't stay here! Firstly, though, the positives - a couple of the staff members were excellent...

Overall experience: Extremely disappointed, and considering it was a discounted/promo rate, I felt that I paid a very expensive price just to view Taal Lake only! The view from the room is the only thing nice… that’s it! We stayed for 2 nights (3 days) from 2 to 4 February, and we had to be transferred from Room 906 to...

Over-all experience in this hotel was excellent! The staff are courteous, friendly and very accommodating. Hotel room was very clean and interior was done in superb taste. Very nice amenities. The location is very convenient too. Literally just a stone's throw away from Starbucks. Very near to other commercial establishments. I highly recommend this hotel!

been to many hotels, this is our second stay at this property, first time was very good, don't know what happened!!! very good location, near restos, supermarket, etc. nice for relaxation... but worst buffet breakfast ever... the food/resto managers should know their crowd... breakfast is until 10am but there's no more spread at only around 8am and they look reluctant...

We only booked here since I want to have a good view of Taal volcano. We were by the end of hallway on the 7th floor. Bed is ok, they were soft and I think I rested well. The bathroom is dark and old. It can use a renovation. I hate that the bathroom door stays close all the time...

As i said on the title, the hotel requires renovation badly. From hotel rooms, their amenities, their lobby area and hallway (which by the way stunk so bad). But not just that, they also need to "renovate" their service. Nothing worse when you see customers going mad at reception while you see the receptionists chatting and trying to "do" things...

Arrived at the hotel at 7:30pm, weather was so cold! Had a smooth and fast check in, did not require us for a refundable deposit. The hotel is a bit old already but our room is at its cleanest. This is my number one consideration when staying in a hotel, Clean towels, toiletries and nice bathroom. Wifi connection though is...

I spent my birthday at Summit Ridge with my husband. I was disappointed because the rooms needs repainting and somewhat gloomy. They have no coffee shop at the lobby or bar where we can spend at night. The food is not that fresh although all staff are accommodating. What is nice is that they are near Robinson supermarket and have...

Smooth check in/out. Good parking space. Good location - near great restaurants. Room (Adore Suite @ 7th floor) looks/smells old. Walls have obvious subpar repair jobs as if it was done by a child who couldn't wait to get over it. Linens have obvious damages, holes (cigarette burn?), but still being used. Throw pillows look like it was purchased a...
