The only four star deluxe hotel in #quetta, #pakistan. It has the furnishings of the culture traditional works of #balochistan and the finest luxury modern interiors of lighting and chandeliers. This hotel provides the pick and drop complimentary services to all the Serena customers was quite impressive. I love the way how the cleaners were available for 24 hrs making sure that the hotel is cleaned and upgraded with room service if needed for late hrs too. The reception desk were very welcoming and very professional. The booking for room was very fast and convenient without waiting for long time. The rooms were clean and complimentary gifts for personal products were given and room service was available all the time. Serena has a very central location in Quetta. The architecture and ambiance is good and in line with the beautiful and rich cultural heritage of Balochistan. The rooms are very cozy (I visited during one of the coldest days when it was -10 in early hours of the day). The food is also good, and more Balochi dishes should be added.

A good stay with my family. They upgraded one of our rooms to a suite, without asking. Friendly service and clean rooms.
The beds and pillows could have been more comfortable.
More local dishes, a larger variety of desserts, and better baked goods would have added to the experience.

Quetta Serena is situated in the Center of city. Ambiance is good with comfortable rooms. It has well maintained lawns. However due to lack of competition there are many deficiencies. No kettle or tea making facilities the rooms. Climate control in the room’s air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Most disappointing part was breakfast. The croissants were stale and variety of dishes was lesser than other comparable hotels. Management needs to look into the deficiencies seriously since these will affect the repute of Serena hotels generally. Overall a good experience except for food and amenities.

A comfortable two night stay at Quetta. Serena Quetta only available best staying option in city.
A warm welcome at reception, delicious breakfast with lots of options to choose. Our experience with Chinese food at dinner was excellent with live classical music.
Room condition is good with old decor but washrooms require complete renovation.
One thing to remember for your stay at any Serena in Pakistan - “shorts” not allowed in hotel premises. You can further confirm at check in time.

Quetta Serena Hotel delivers an exceptional experience, combining luxury with outstanding service. The nicely designed and comfortably furnished rooms, stunning views, and amazingly delicious food are perfect for all palates. At the same time, the attentive and friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for. The staff's efficiency is remarkable, handling every request promptly and with outstanding professionalism. The staff is warm and attentive, making every stay memorable. I take this as a pound privilege to inform you that I am a constant user of Serena hospitality facilities since 2010, in different cities across the country. Beside Serena outfits I have been travelling abroad in different countries like Africa, Mayamar, Qatar and KSA. Being a sales trainer / motivational speaker and business evaluation head in various national / international organizations, I always measure / gauge the organization from their staff's attitude, their behavior and the organizational ability. It is the fundamental rule of business and my firm believes that the people and the staff are the actual asset of an organization. I always found the team spirit and leadership demonstrated by Mr Imran (GM-Quetta Serena Hotel) was par excellence. Although I am using other Serena properties for stay & for my meetings /workshops in other cities, But it was my first stay & workshop in Serena Quetta & my first introduction with Mr. Imran I spent many days there & during my stay i observed him many times while performing multiple tasks simultaneously like checking of rooms, inspection of food quality, attending guests, coaching of other team members & more, trust me I really impressed with his versatile personality

One of the worst services witnessed. No proper mechanism of complaints handling. Worst experience ever. Plz have some guests courtesy because we pay a lot for the services. Smelly rooms and washrooms had the worst smell. When we went to the reception, there was no one to entertain. I'm in the morning when we again made a verbal complaint to request to shift the rooms but they denied rudely and said if you want to change you can pay and get better room. What a problem solving approach by serena quetta.

The Seerena Quetta hospitaluty services are excellent in terms of relation to guest as well as the caring attitude from staff members. Specifically in house keeping services Mr. Shahbaz is very caring to guests. Thank you Ms. Sobia aslso for her hospitality on behalf of Seerena management.
