We spent 6 days in this absolutely exceptional, beautiful resort and will always remember our very relaxing, wonderful time there. After one rainy day we could enjoy in the following days so scenic, stunning, totally cloudless views on all these snow peaks, many cosy sunbeds were available, perfectly spread over the different places on the very spacious areal! The very tasty (from the own organic farm) food is excellent as well as all the services! And finally as the hotel has a helipad on top of the hill we could early in the morning directly start there for an unforgettable flight to the Everest... and then directly back to Kathmandu.
We stayed here for 3 nights and we were absolutely impressed by the full experience that this resort offers. The property is massive, I feel there are more facilities than guests rooms. The resort used the natural landscape and plantation to give guests full privacy. Great security never feel unsafe. We were there during the quiet season so had that amazing felling having the resort to ourselves. Scenery is absolutely spectacular, the valley, the mountain range, the snow covered peaks in the distance, we could stare at it for hours and hours without doing anything else and not feel bored. We had breakfast and dinner at the main dinning room for 3 full days, loved the Nepal local cuisine, steak is awesome. The bar on top at the peak had an amazing view, floor to ceiling glass with a rooftop. Experience is beyond words. Good cocktail selection. Service is top notch with full attention to details, feel like a family after a day. Everyone is nice, professional and always with a smile. Room is huge we got the executive suite with a roof top, comfy bed, massive day bed, super clean. Overall we're impressive and hope the next time we will visit in a better/warmer season. Indoor area in general feel cold, if the resort can get the temperature up a bit that would be perfect.…
We stayed here for three nights after travelling around Nepal for ten days. It is an excellent place to relax. There are lots of activities on offer but it's also possible to just rest and there is no pressure to participate. The grounds of the hotel cover a large area so we were able to wander around, listening to the birds and explore. The focus of the hotel seems to be on meditation and there are many interesting philosophical thought provoking statements located around the grounds We found all staff particularly helpful, food is excellent and we couldn't fault our room. We had a restful stay and would thoroughly recommend it.
What a fantastic resort! The staff, rooms, amenities and ambience could not be faulted in any way. Everything has been thought of and is it’s own world once you enter. We were very fortunate and given an upgrade from our junior suites and would highly recommend room 228- you have uninterrupted views (not the right time of year to see the Himalayas as there is a lot of mist) and a rooftop terrace with day beds and a lounge area for a huge family! There are so many activities to do that you need more than a night here, which was our mistake, and we were only able to try yoga, the salt room and the hot tub. Pottery, painting, meditation and the farm visit would have been nice to fit in if we had the time! The resort is over a large area so there is a lot of walking to do. They do provide a golf buggy that you have to request to take you places but there are still steps to get from A to B. We would highly recommend this resort and worth doing to Dhulikhel just to stay here. …
