My hotel room was surprisingly spacious and modern with key amenities, beautiful bathroom, mini-fridge, a huge bed and great air-con (outdoor temperatures were 95-100 degrees Fahrenheit). Wi-fi worked well. Rooftop restaurant was lovely, but no shade. Staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. If you're staying in New Bagan, I'd recommend this hotel. Two small caveats: the bike I rented from them...

13-room hotel on 2 floors around an interior courtyard with bamboo, bananas and bougainvillea. Spacious cleanly designed rooms with air conditioning & hot showers. Very attentive & helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast served on the rooftop, a wonderful place in the morning. Outdoor bar in the afternoon. 4 old pagodas directly across the street and another 6 within 50 yards! A...

This is a modern range hotel and is perfectly adequate in its class. I had a very spacious room and the staff were most helpful. They even provide a packed breakfast if you're leaving early for temples or the train. Very close to restaurants etc

Compared to other hotels in the area, I was happy with the price. The breakfast was OK, not many options. Actually, you could only order eggs and they served toast and fruit/juice. The view from the top floor where breakfast is served was great though. Service was good. Room was also good and bathroom spacious with everything one needs. There...

The hotel is in a quiet location away from traffic. Around there are several small temples. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast (not exciting) is served on a terrace with a view. It also has a courtyard garden with bar. Free wifi.

Thank you to all the previous TA reviewers who underlined the point about booking a Superior room. I initially booked a standard room and was fortunate enough to be able to upgrade my booking on arrival for US$22 per night. I was shown to my standard accommodation upon arrival, and immediately asked if they had other rooms available. I can...

Charming older hotel, reminds me of Spanish ranch style. The staff were always helpful and pleasant. The room with a King size bed was a bit cramped. Bathroom was your basic shower set up. The one design bonus is the bathroom is a bit roomy, and has the shower step down. The toilet was far away from the showering area....

Disappointing. On first impressions it appears a rather attractive hotel. Some nice architectural features with a sunny roof terrace that looked ripe for a sunset drink (if you weren't at the temples!). However, our standard room was downstairs and felt like it was in a basement. Stained curtains and a bad damp smell. The room itself was clean, the bathroom...

How you rate this hotel will depend on which type of room you book. If you stay in the higher category you will love this hotel, if you stay in the standard category you will hate it. i was lucky and stayed in the better room which was large, clean, comfortable. My sister stayed in a single standard room which...

This hotel is on a quiet side street but near the shops and restaurants as well as 5 minutes away from the sites. It's clean and comfortable and they serve breakfast on the roof with wonderful views. The amenities are pretty mediocre but the room was large and the shower was hot.
