My friends and I were threatened to have the police called on us as the hotel guests because we had two dirty towels. The towels had dust on them from our feet. A bit overexxagerated? I think so... Bad management that is money hungry. They forced us to pay or they would call the police. We got threatened by the main manager for dirty towels... really?

Super helpful staff. I had to change our reservation to leave a day early in order to meet a friend in Yangon and they were super cool about refunding us the last day and even helping me find a place to stay in Yangon. We arranged our trip to Mt. Popa through them and taxis around Bagan and I always felt like I got a fair price. The Chinese restaurant here is solid as are the free breakfasts. And the beds were good. All around an excellent experience.
